and B: uniformly coating glue B on the surface of the composite film semi-finished product by using a gluing roller of a coating machine, wherein the machine speed of the gluing roller is 6-12m/min, the temperature is kept at 80-120 ℃, and the gluing amount is 18-25g/m2Forming a composite film, and then drying and curing by a dryer above the coating machine;
and C: the method comprises the steps of cutting a composite film along the length direction, cutting the composite film along the width direction according to a preset angle formed by a cutting line and fibers, cutting the composite film into a plurality of parallelogram films, splicing the plurality of parallelogram films, and enabling an included angle between the fibers and the length direction of an adhesive tape to be a preset angle to form the abrasive belt butt joint adhesive tape.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the application has at least the following advantages or beneficial effects:
1. according to the preparation method of the abrasive belt butt-joint adhesive tape, the adhesive tapes with different thicknesses and strengths can be prepared by selecting different polymer substrates and fibers with different thicknesses and different strengths, so that the adhesive tape is suitable for abrasive belts with various particle size abrasives and various base materials, and the butt-joint adhesive tape with different inclined angles of fiber reinforcing ribs can be obtained by cutting and splicing according to different preset angles.
2. According to the preparation method of the abrasive belt butt-joint adhesive tape, firstly, glue is applied to the polymer substrate, then the fibers are compounded with the polymer substrate, and then the abrasive belt butt-joint adhesive tape is obtained through cutting and splicing.
3. The application provides an abrasive band butt joint sticky tape, it is neat's one-way fiber strengthening rib to be stained with on the polymer substrate of sticky tape, and these one-way fiber strengthening ribs become same slant with the concatenation angle in abrasive band, have tensile strength big the time, but the thickness of sticky tape can keep very little, and the abrasive band joint that uses this butt joint sticky tape to make is firm, is difficult for breaking away, the occurence rate of failure that significantly reduces, and the grinding is steady.

The polyurethane adhesive is formed by toluene diisocyanate and modified resin, has excellent shear strength and impact resistance, is suitable for various structural bonding fields, and has excellent flexibility. The polyurethane adhesive has excellent rubber characteristics, can adapt to the adhesion of base materials with different thermal expansion coefficients, forms a soft-hard transition layer between the base materials, has strong adhesive force, and also has excellent buffering and damping functions. The low and ultra-low temperature properties of polyurethane adhesives exceed those of all other types of adhesives.
The ethyl acetate plays a role of a diluent in the glue and is used for preparing the glue into a proper concentration, and the ethyl acetate is one of fatty acid esters which are most widely applied, is a quick-drying solvent, has excellent dissolving capacity and is an excellent industrial solvent.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the polymer substrate is made of one of PET, PE, and PVC.
Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is prepared by exchange of dimethyl terephthalate and ethylene glycol or esterification of terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol to synthesize dihydroxy ethyl terephthalate, and then polycondensation reaction. The polyester belongs to a crystalline saturated polyester, is a milky white or light yellow polymer with high crystallinity, has smooth and glossy surface, and is a common resin in daily life. The composite material has excellent physical and mechanical properties in a wide temperature range, the long-term use temperature can reach 120 ℃, and the composite material has good creep resistance, fatigue resistance, friction resistance and dimensional stability.
Polyethylene (PE) is a thermoplastic resin obtained by polymerizing ethylene. In industry, copolymers of ethylene with small amounts of alpha-olefins are also included. No odor, no toxicity, no luster surface, and milky wax-like particle with density of 0.920g/cm3The melting point is 130-145 ℃. Insoluble in water, slightly soluble in hydrocarbons, etc. Can resist most of acid and alkali erosion, and has low water absorptionCan still keep flexibility at low temperature and has better chemical stability.
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is a polymer obtained by polymerizing vinyl chloride monomers in the presence of initiators such as peroxides and azo compounds, or in the presence of light and heat according to a radical polymerization mechanism. Vinyl chloride homopolymers and vinyl chloride copolymers are collectively referred to as vinyl chloride resins. The molecular weight of the PVC produced in industry is generally within the range of 5-11 ten thousand, the PVC has larger polydispersity, the molecular weight is increased along with the reduction of polymerization temperature, the PVC has no fixed melting point, the PVC begins to soften at 80-85 ℃, becomes visco-elastic state at 130 ℃, and begins to change into viscous state at 160-180 ℃; has better mechanical property, tensile strength of about 60MPa and impact strength of 5-10 kJ/m2;
