Wherein the modified water-soluble acrylic resin is AC-170 modified water-soluble acrylic resin provided by Shanghai albizia Material science and technology Co., ltd; the high-solid low-viscosity water-soluble polyester resin is WP-8086 water-based polyester resin provided by Guangdong Shundeyi curing engineering Co., ltd.
The neutralizer is dimethylethanolamine; the rear-stage defoamer is BYK-024 defoamer.
The cosolvent consists of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and dodecyl alcohol according to the weight ratio of 1 (0.5-1).
The efficient oil-resistant wetting agent is SN-1070 oil-resistant wetting agent provided by Guangzhou Sauno environmental protection materials Co.
The partially methylated melamine formaldehyde resin is partially methylated melamine formaldehyde resin produced by Cyaniter company.
The neutralizer is dimethylethanolamine; the aqueous blocked polyisocyanate is WH8875 aqueous blocked isocyanate provided by Guangdong Shundeyi curing engineering Co., ltd.
The epoxy phosphate adhesion promoter is EP 805 adhesion promoter provided by Guangdong Shundeyi curing engineering Co., ltd.
The leveling agent is BYK-333 leveling agent.
The water-based boiling-resistant auxiliary agent is an A-831 water-based boiling-resistant auxiliary agent provided by the New materials limited company in the Buddha market.
The preparation method of the boiling-resistant water-based high-gloss white baking paint for the stainless steel vacuum cup comprises the following steps of:
a. preparation of aqueous pigment concentrate slurries
According to the raw material composition of the aqueous pigment concentrated slurry, sequentially adding water, a dispersing agent, a front-stage defoaming agent, a wetting agent, titanium pigment, fumed silica, ethylene glycol and other components into a dispersing cylinder, dispersing at a high speed for 30-50 min, wherein the high-speed dispersing speed is 1200-1500 r/min, and if the fineness of the slurry is less than or equal to 20 mu m;
b. preparation of boiling-resistant water-based high-gloss white baking paint

Performance testing
The products of the boiling-resistant water-based high-gloss white baking paint for the stainless steel thermos cups prepared in the embodiments 1 to 5 of the invention and the like products sold in the market are subjected to spraying construction and performance detection. The coating substrate is a stainless steel vacuum cup, oil and rust removal and polishing are needed before spraying, and dust free cleaning and drying are ensured. Before spraying, the water-based baking varnish is uniformly stirred, and the baking varnish is diluted to have the viscosity of 45-50 s (salt pan No. 2 cup) by deionized water. The baking temperature is 150 ℃, the baking time is 25min, and the dry film thickness of the paint film is controlled to be 18-25 mu m.
The results of testing the main performance indexes of the products prepared in examples 1 to 5 and the commercial similar products are shown in Table 3.

As can be seen from the test results in Table 3, the boiling-resistant water-based high-gloss white baking paint for stainless steel thermos cups prepared in examples 1 to 5 has strong adhesive force, good impact resistance and higher hardness than the products of the same kind on the market; the content of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) in the product is effectively controlled within 60g/l, and the product is a truly healthy and environment-friendly water-based paint product.
The products prepared in the examples 1-5 have excellent boiling resistance, and can be boiled for 1h at constant temperature in a boiling water state, and paint films are free from bubbling, falling and light loss; after the paint film of the product is boiled for 1 hour, the adhesive force and scratch resistance test is carried out when the temperature is reduced to the hand-touchable temperature (40-60 ℃), the adhesive force of the paint film is still 1 grade, and the scratch resistance still meets the standard requirement of 'unbreakable' (namely, the scratch test is carried out according to the GB/T9729 standard, and the detection result is 'unbreakable').
The product of the embodiment has extremely high paint film gloss and excellent covering power, the paint film of the product obtained by one-time spraying has the glossiness of more than 92 degrees (measured according to the GB/T9754 rule, 60 degrees), and can realize perfect covering to the stainless steel bottom material without penetrating the bottom; the product has excellent sagging resistance and good storage stability, and can be widely applied to decoration beautification and cup body protection of the surface highlight white effect of the stainless steel thermos cup.
