Abstract
The invention discloses two groups of inks for a water-based pen capable of being overlapped in matched use and a preparation method thereof, belongs to the technical field of ink for cultural goods, and relates to an ink set for a water-based pen, wherein after an ink group A is written and dried on paper, an ink group B is written on the original coloring part of the ink group A again, the color of the ink group A can be completely overlapped and covered by the ink group B, and finally the ink set is converted into the color of the ink group B and has no variegated color. The method comprises adding a dissolving assistant and a decoloring assistant into the ink formula of the group B, decomposing the original color of the group A, and changing the original color of the mark into the color of the group B. The invention has the advantages of clear mark, no adverse effect after color replacement and no odor, and has good application prospect for learning marks, greeting card making, doodling and drawing, writing and the like. It is recommended to apply the double-head pen accessory with a partition in the middle, wherein one end is filled with ink of the group A, and the other end is filled with ink of the group B.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of ink for cultural goods, and particularly relates to two sets of ink which can be matched for use and used for a water-based pen and can be used for color superposition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the past, pen inks such as fluorescent pen inks, writing inks or drawing inks are popular with consumers due to unique performance, but only one color can be marked, and if the consumers want to change the color of the mark at the same place before, the color of the mark is changed at the same place, so that the color is overlapped and changed, and the appearance is not attractive. In addition, the color deepening, overlapping and color changing are easily caused at the boundary of different colors when DIY is used for drawing, so that the whole drawing is influenced. All inks for pens sold in the market at present have the defects.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the existing problems, provide two groups of inks for water-based pens capable of overlapping colors and a preparation method thereof, and solve the problems that most of inks for pens are different in color, can be deepened, overlapped and discolored when repeatedly marked at the same position, and are irregularly uncontrollable in color change. The invention uses the ink of group A as writing, fluorescence marking characters or drawing, after the ink of group A is dried, the ink of group B is written again at the original coloring place of the ink of group A, the color of the ink of group A can be completely overlapped and covered by the ink of group B, and finally the color is converted into the color of group B.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
two groups of inks which are matched for use and can be used for a water-based pen with overlapped colors comprise a group A ink and a group B ink;
the group A ink comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1-10% of water-soluble dye, 1-25% of humectant, 0.1-1% of pH regulator and the balance of water-soluble organic solvent or water;
the B group of ink comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1-10% of coloring pigment, 1-15% of humectant, 2-15% of resin, 2-10% of coating material, 1-4% of solubilizing aid, 1-15% of decolorizing aid, 0.1-1% of pH regulator and the balance of water-soluble organic solvent or water.
Further, the water-soluble dye in the group A ink is one or more of anthraquinone dye, carbonium dye and metal complex dye.
Further, the humectant in the group A ink is one or more of decaglycerol, glycerol, propylene glycol and polypropylene glycol, and the pH regulator is one or more of ammonia water, sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid and oxalic acid.
Further, the humectant in the group B ink is one or more of decaglycerol, glycerol, propylene glycol and polypropylene glycol, and the pH regulator is one or more of ammonia water, sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid and oxalic acid. Further, the coloring pigment in the B group of ink is one or more of anthrone, triarylmethane, phthalocyanine pigment or dye.
Furthermore, the resin in the B group of ink is one or more of acrylic acid, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and polyurethane.
Further, the coating material in the group B ink is prepared from one or more of PVP15, PVP30, PVP60 and PVP90, DISPERBYK-2012 and polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol ether in a mass ratio of 0.1-1: 0.5-2: 1-3.
Further, the solubilizing aid in the ink in the group B is one or two of ethanol and propanol.
Further, the decoloring auxiliary agent in the B group of ink is one or more of sodium hydrogen peroxide, potassium peroxide, calcium peroxide, magnesium peroxide and potassium hydrogen sulfite.
A preparation method of two groups of ink capable of overlapping colors for a water-based pen, which is used in a matched manner, is characterized by comprising the following steps: mixing the group A according to the proportion, and stirring at a high speed to obtain the group A ink; and B, preparing PVP into an aqueous solution according to a ratio, mixing the aqueous solution with DISPERBYK-2012 and polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol ether according to a mass ratio of 0.1-1: 0.5-2: 1-3, adding a coloring pigment after the aqueous solution is prepared, stirring at a high speed to pre-disperse the coloring pigment into viscous slurry, adding other raw materials, and stirring at a low speed to obtain the ink B.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
according to the invention, through formula optimization, the surfaces of the coloring pigments in the B group of ink colors are coated. The coating layer is a nano-level colorless transparent material, so that the coloring pigment can be kept stable in B group ink color for a long time, the structure is not easy to damage, the color is kept bright for a long time, the fluorescent pigment is kept to have a strong fluorescent effect, and the practicability is better. When the ink is used, the B group of ink colors cover the coloring part of the A group of ink colors, the dye adsorbed in the original A group of ink colors on the paper is dissolved into the B group of ink colors again and decolored by the decoloring auxiliary agent in the ink, so that only the B group of ink colors are presented, and the ink has good practical application value.
