Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sludge precipitation treatment, in particular to SBR (sequencing batch reactor) sludge precipitation separation treatment equipment.
Background
The SBR method sludge precipitation treatment process is also called an intermittent aeration movable sludge method, and the whole precipitation treatment process is divided into five periods and sequentially comprises the following steps: the water inlet period, the aeration oxygenation period, the sedimentation period, the drainage period and the sludge discharge period are treated step by step, and the space segmentation is replaced by the time segmentation, so that the occupied area of sludge treatment is greatly reduced, and the occupied cost is saved.
However, most of the existing sludge precipitation treatment equipment simply fills air into the water body to be treated to perform aeration reaction, and only the contact area of water and oxygen can be slightly improved by consuming larger power in a conventional aeration mode, so that the aeration cost is increased. When precipitation is carried out, the time cost can be relatively increased through simple standing precipitation, and the concept of reducing the cost of enterprises is not met.
In addition, when drainage is performed, the precipitated sludge can be resuspended in the water body by water flow disturbance, so that the drainage quality is affected, and once a certain relatively large sludge particles are in the drainage pipeline, pipeline blockage is often caused, so that the drainage quality is affected. After the drainage is in a deflection state, the sludge with small particles is easier to precipitate, so that the bottom is deposited, in the long-time precipitation process, the sludge is pressed due to the water pressure, the sludge discharge is not facilitated, and when the residual sludge is reserved as a strain, the water seepage is not facilitated due to smaller gaps among the sludge with small particles, so that the secondary treatment efficiency is affected.
