A filling device for fat emulsion injection as claimed in claim 2, wherein the nitrogen inlet (4) is located at an end of the reservoir (1) near the sealing assembly at 1/5 along the length of the reservoir (1), and the nitrogen outlet (5) is located at 1/10 along the length of the reservoir (1).
5. The filling device for fat emulsion injection according to claim 1, wherein the liquid storage tank (1) is provided with a tuning fork level gauge (6).
6. The filling device for fat emulsion injection according to claim 5, wherein the height of the sensing end of the tuning fork liquid level meter (6) is higher than the liquid inlet (2) and lower than the nitrogen inlet (4).

A filling device for fat emulsion injection according to claim 5, wherein the sealing assembly comprises a sealing ring (7) and a clamp (8), one end of the tuning fork level gauge (6) is located outside the liquid storage tank (1), the sealing ring (7) is fixed on the liquid storage tank (1) through the clamp (8), and the sealing ring (7) is sleeved outside the tuning fork level gauge (6) to form a seal.

s2: when the residual oxygen amount in the liquid storage tank (1) reaches a set value, injecting a fat emulsion product into the liquid storage tank (1), simultaneously introducing nitrogen into the liquid storage tank (1), and when the liquid level of the fat emulsion product in the liquid storage tank (1) reaches the set value, controlling the fat emulsion product to flow out to a filling system to perform closed plunger pumping filling.
