The invention aims to provide a chemical transport device capable of being used for storage, wherein a placing plate and a placing cylinder with good vibration reduction effect are arranged in a transport box, the chemical has better vibration reduction protection effect when placed in the placing cylinder for transport, a ventilation chamber is sealed in the transport process to ensure the waterproof effect, when the chemical transport device is placed in a warehouse for storage, the placing plate can be locked by a nut to ensure the storage stability, the sealing of the ventilation chamber is released to ensure a good ventilation storage environment, meanwhile, the chemical transport device is convenient to transport and store, and the problems in the background art are solved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a chemical transportation device which can be used for storage comprises a transportation box, a ventilation chamber, a placing plate, a support rod and a cover plate; the number of the ventilation chambers is two, the two ventilation chambers are arranged above the front end and the rear end of the interior of the transport box, and the ventilation chambers are communicated with the exterior of the transport box;
a shutter is arranged on the inner side of the ventilation chamber and is communicated with the inside of the transport box, an inserting groove is formed in the lower surface of the inside of the ventilation chamber, a fixed plate is attached to the surface of the transport box right above the inserting groove and is installed on the surface of the transport box through a second bolt, a baffle is vertically fixed in the middle of the lower portion of the fixed plate and penetrates through the ventilation chamber, and the bottom of the baffle is inserted into the inserting groove;
the storage box comprises a storage plate, a transportation box and a placing plate, wherein the storage plate is horizontally arranged below the interior of the transportation box, a plurality of supporting rods are vertically fixed at the bottom of the storage plate, a plurality of supporting cylinders are vertically fixed on the surface of the bottom of the transportation box below the supporting rods, the bottoms of the supporting rods are inserted into the supporting cylinders, springs are arranged in the supporting cylinders at the bottoms of the supporting rods, the springs are supported at the bottoms of the supporting rods, the placing cylinders are arranged on the surface of the storage plate and uniformly distributed on the surface of the storage plate, a sponge sleeve is arranged in the placing cylinders, and a second rubber pad is attached and fixed to the bottoms of the placing cylinders on the inner side of the sponge sleeve;
the number of the support rods is four, the four support rods are supported in the transport box outside the four corners of the placing plate, the vibration reduction plate is fixed on the side edge of the placing plate on one side of each support rod, the support rods vertically and slidably penetrate through the vibration reduction plate, and nuts are screwed and fixed on the outer rings of the support rods above and below the vibration reduction plates through threads;
the cover plate is two, the two cover plates are arranged inside two ends of the transport box, the surface of the inner wall of the transport box on the inner side of the cover plate is fixedly provided with a screw block, the cover plate is installed inside the transport box through a first bolt, and the first bolt penetrates through the cover plate and then is screwed into the screw block.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bottom of the ventilation chamber is inclined, and a sealing rubber is fixed to the inside of the slot in the bottom of the ventilation chamber and attached to the lower surface of the baffle plate.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a third rubber pad is fixedly attached to both the lower surface of the nut above the vibration damping plate and the upper surface of the nut below the vibration damping plate, and the third rubber pad is sleeved on the outer ring of the support rod.
As a preferred embodiment of the invention, the bottom of the supporting rod is fixed with a limiting block, and the limiting block is slidably clamped inside the supporting cylinder.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first rubber pad is fixed on the bottom surface of the transportation box, and the first rubber pad is fixed on the bottom of the transportation box in a fitting manner.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, four hanging rings are fixed to four corners of the upper portion of the transportation box, and the hanging rings are fixed to the surface of the transportation box by welding.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the rod penetrates through the damping plate through a hole in the damping plate, and the hole in the damping plate has a diameter larger than the diameter of the rod.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the vibration damping plate is fixed to a side surface of the mounting plate by welding, and the screw block is fixed to an inner surface of the transport box by welding.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the chemical transport device capable of being used for storage, the placing plate and the placing cylinder with good vibration reduction effect are arranged in the transport box, so that the chemical has a good vibration reduction protection effect when placed in the placing cylinder for transport, the ventilation chamber is sealed in the transport process to ensure the waterproof effect, when placed in a warehouse for storage, the placing plate can be locked through the nut to ensure the storage stability, the sealing of the ventilation chamber is relieved to ensure a good ventilation storage environment, and meanwhile, the transport and the storage of the chemical are facilitated.
2. According to the chemical transport device capable of being used for storage, the bottom of the ventilation chamber is set to be in the inclined state, the sealing rubber is fixed inside the slot at the bottom of the ventilation chamber and attached to the surface below the baffle, rainwater can be prevented from flowing back into the transport box at the inclined bottom of the ventilation chamber in the outdoor transport process, and the sealing effect of the bottom of the baffle is guaranteed by the sealing rubber.
3. According to the chemical conveying device capable of being used for storage, the third rubber pad is fixedly attached to the lower surface of the nut above the vibration reduction plate and the upper surface of the nut below the vibration reduction plate, the third rubber pad is sleeved on the outer ring of the support rod, and when the nut is screwed to abut against the surface of the vibration reduction plate, the third rubber pad is tightly attached to the support rod, so that the clamping stability of the nut on the vibration reduction plate can be guaranteed, and the nut is prevented from loosening due to the resonance effect.
4. According to the chemical conveying device capable of being used for storage, the limiting block is fixed at the bottom of the supporting rod and can be clamped in the supporting cylinder in a sliding mode, and when the supporting rod is supported in the supporting cylinder under the action of the spring, the limiting block can prevent the supporting rod from sliding from the inside of the supporting cylinder.

Referring to fig. 1-5, the present invention provides a technical solution: a chemical transportation device which can be used for storage comprises a transportation box 1, a ventilation chamber 2, a placing plate 3, a support rod 4 and a cover plate 5; the number of the ventilation chambers 2 is two, the two ventilation chambers 2 are arranged above the front end and the rear end of the interior of the transport case 1, and the ventilation chambers 2 are communicated with the exterior of the transport case 1;
a blind window 23 is arranged on the inner side of the ventilation chamber 2, the blind window 23 is communicated with the inside of the transport case 1, an insertion groove 24 is formed in the lower surface of the inside of the ventilation chamber 2, a fixing plate 7 is attached to the surface of the transport case 1 right above the insertion groove 24, the fixing plate 7 is installed on the surface of the transport case 1 through a second bolt 22, a baffle plate 17 is vertically fixed in the middle of the lower portion of the fixing plate 7, the baffle plate 17 penetrates through the inside of the ventilation chamber 2, and the bottom of the baffle plate 17 is inserted into the insertion groove 24;
the placing plate 3 is transversely arranged below the inside of the transport case 1, a plurality of support rods 13 are vertically fixed at the bottom of the placing plate 3, a plurality of support cylinders 12 are vertically fixed on the surface of the bottom of the transport case 1 below the support rods 13, the bottoms of the support rods 13 are inserted into the support cylinders 12, springs 20 are arranged inside the support cylinders 12 at the bottoms of the support rods 13, the springs 20 are supported at the bottoms of the support rods 13, placing cylinders 10 are arranged on the surface of the placing plate 3, the placing cylinders 10 are distributed on the surface of the placing plate 3 uniformly, sponge sleeves 18 are arranged inside the placing cylinders 10, and second rubber pads 19 are fixedly attached to the bottoms of the placing cylinders 10 on the inner sides of the sponge sleeves 18;
the number of the support rods 4 is four, the four support rods 4 are supported in the transport box 1 outside four corners of the placing plate 3, the vibration reduction plate 14 is fixed on the side edge of the placing plate 3 on one side of each support rod 4, the support rods 4 vertically and slidably penetrate through the vibration reduction plate 14, and nuts 16 are screwed and fixed on the outer rings of the support rods 4 above and below the vibration reduction plate 14 through threads 15;
the cover plates 5 are two, the two cover plates 5 are arranged inside two ends of the transport case 1, the screw blocks 9 are fixed on the surface of the inner wall of the transport case 1 on the inner side of each cover plate 5, the cover plates 5 are installed inside the transport case 1 through first bolts 8, and the first bolts 8 penetrate through the cover plates 5 and then are screwed into the screw blocks 9.
In the invention, when transporting chemicals, firstly, a first bolt 8 is screwed off, cover plates 5 at two sides are taken off, then a medicine bottle containing the chemicals is placed in a placing cylinder 10 above a placing plate 3, the bottom of the medicine bottle is supported on the surface of a second rubber pad 19, the outer ring of the medicine bottle is abutted against the inner ring of a sponge sleeve 18, nuts 16 above and below a vibration reduction plate 14 are screwed off to be away from the vibration reduction plate 14, then the cover plates 5 at two sides are placed in two sides of a transport box 1, the first bolt 8 penetrates through the cover plates 5 and is screwed into a screw block 9 to realize the re-fixation of the cover plates 5, meanwhile, a fixing plate 7 is arranged on the surface of the transport box 1 above a ventilation chamber 2 by a second bolt 22, a baffle plate 17 is inserted into the ventilation chamber 2, the bottom of the baffle plate 17 is inserted into a slot 24 to isolate the ventilation chamber 2, and the ventilation chamber 2 is prevented from being communicated with the interior of the transport box 1 through a shutter 23, further, water leakage to the inside of the transportation box 1 through the louver 23 during transportation can be avoided, the transportation box 1 can be placed on a carriage of a transportation vehicle for transportation, in the transportation process, the supporting rod 13 is matched with the spring 20 to lift in the supporting cylinder 12, the effect of vibration reduction can be provided for chemicals to be transported, when the transportation box is transported to the interior of a warehouse and needs to be stored, the cover plate 5 can be opened again, the nuts 16 positioned above and below the vibration reduction plate 14 are screwed, the nuts 16 are enabled to be close to and abut against the surfaces above and below the vibration reduction plate 14, the supporting rod 4 is matched to realize locking of the placing plate 3, the stability of the placing plate 3 can be ensured during storage, then the cover plate 5 is installed in the two sides of the transportation box 1, at the moment, the second bolts 22 on the fixing plate 7 are unscrewed, the fixing plate 7 and the baffle 17 are pulled upwards, the baffle 17 is not placed in the ventilation chamber 2, the interior of the transportation box 1 can be communicated with the exterior through the louver 23 of the ventilation chamber 2, ensuring good ventilation effect.
In an optional embodiment, the bottom of the ventilation chamber 2 is set to be in an inclined state, a sealing rubber 25 is fixed inside a slot 24 in the bottom of the ventilation chamber 2, and the sealing rubber 25 is attached to the lower surface of the baffle 17, in this embodiment (see fig. 3 and 4), the bottom of the ventilation chamber 2 is set to be in an inclined state, the sealing rubber 25 is fixed inside the slot 24 in the bottom of the ventilation chamber 2, the sealing rubber 25 is attached to the lower surface of the baffle 17, during outdoor transportation, rainwater can be prevented from flowing back into the transportation box 1 at the bottom of the inclined ventilation chamber 2, and the sealing rubber 25 ensures the sealing effect at the bottom of the baffle 17.
In an alternative embodiment, a third rubber pad 26 is attached and fixed to the lower surface of the nut 16 above the vibration damping plate 14 and the upper surface of the nut 16 below the vibration damping plate 14, and the third rubber pad 26 is sleeved on the outer ring of the supporting rod 4, in this embodiment (see fig. 5), the third rubber pad 26 is attached and fixed to the lower surface of the nut 16 above the vibration damping plate 14 and the upper surface of the nut 16 below the vibration damping plate 14, and the third rubber pad 26 is sleeved on the outer ring of the supporting rod 4, so that when the nut 16 is screwed to abut against the surface of the vibration damping plate 14, the third rubber pad 26 abuts against the surface, and thus the clamping stability of the nut 16 on the vibration damping plate 14 can be ensured, and the nut 16 is prevented from being loosened due to the resonance effect.
In an alternative embodiment, the bottom of the supporting rod 13 is fixed with a stopper 21, and the stopper 21 is slidably clamped inside the supporting cylinder 12, in this embodiment (see fig. 3), by fixing the stopper 21 on the bottom of the supporting rod 13 and slidably clamping the stopper 21 inside the supporting cylinder 12, the stopper 21 can prevent the supporting rod 13 from sliding off the inside of the supporting cylinder 12 when the supporting rod 13 is supported inside the supporting cylinder 12 by the spring 20.
In an alternative embodiment, the first rubber pad 11 is fixed on the bottom surface of the transportation box 1, and the first rubber pad 11 is fixed on the bottom of the transportation box 1 by means of fitting, in this embodiment (see fig. 2 and 3), the anti-slip effect of the transportation box 1 when being placed can be improved by means of fitting the first rubber pad 11 on the bottom of the transportation box 1.
In an alternative embodiment, four lifting rings 6 are fixed at four corners above the transport box 1, the number of the lifting rings 6 is four, and the lifting rings 6 are fixed on the surface of the transport box 1 by welding, in this embodiment (please refer to fig. 1), the transport box 1 can be lifted to a transfer position by using a lifting device through the lifting rings 6.
In an alternative embodiment, the rod 4 passes through the damping plate 14 through a hole in the damping plate 14, and the hole diameter of the damping plate 14 is larger than the diameter of the rod 4, and in this embodiment (see fig. 3 and 5), when the rod passes through the hole diameter of the damping plate 14 is larger than the diameter of the rod 4, the wear of the thread 15 caused by the lifting of the damping plate 14 around the rod 4 can be avoided.
In an alternative embodiment, the damping plate 14 is fixed on the side surface of the placing plate 3 by welding, and the screw blocks 9 are fixed on the inner surface of the transport box 1 by welding, and in this embodiment (see fig. 5), the fixing stability of the screw blocks 9 is ensured by welding.
It should be noted that the present invention is a chemical transportation device that can be used for storage, and includes a transportation box 1, a ventilation chamber 2, a placing plate 3, a support rod 4, a cover plate 5, a hanging ring 6, a fixing plate 7, a first bolt 8, a screw block 9, a placing cylinder 10, a first rubber gasket 11, a support cylinder 12, a support rod 13, a vibration damping plate 14, a screw 15, a nut 16, a baffle 17, a sponge sleeve 18, a second rubber gasket 19, a spring 20, a limiting block 21, a second bolt 22, a louver 23, a slot 24, a sealing rubber 25, and a third rubber gasket 26, where the components are all common standard components or components known to those skilled in the art, and the structure and principle of the components are known to those skilled in the art through technical manuals or through conventional experimental methods.
