Claims (8)

1. A chemical transportation device which can be used for storage is characterized by comprising a transportation box (1), a ventilation chamber (2), a placing plate (3), a support rod (4) and a cover plate (5); the number of the ventilation chambers (2) is two, the two ventilation chambers (2) are arranged above the front end and the rear end of the interior of the transport box (1), and the ventilation chambers (2) are communicated with the exterior of the transport box (1);
a blind window (23) is arranged on the inner side of the ventilation chamber (2), the blind window (23) is communicated with the inside of the transport box (1), an insertion groove (24) is formed in the surface of the lower portion of the inside of the ventilation chamber (2), a fixing plate (7) is attached to the surface of the transport box (1) right above the insertion groove (24), the fixing plate (7) is installed on the surface of the transport box (1) through a second bolt (22), a baffle plate (17) is vertically fixed in the middle of the lower portion of the fixing plate (7), the baffle plate (17) penetrates into the ventilation chamber (2), and the bottom of the baffle plate (17) is inserted into the insertion groove (24);
the placing plate (3) is transversely arranged below the inner part of the transport case (1), a supporting rod (13) is vertically fixed at the bottom of the placing plate (3), a plurality of supporting rods (13), a supporting cylinder (12) is vertically fixed on the surface of the bottom of the transport case (1) below the supporting rods (13), the bottom of the supporting rods (13) is inserted in the supporting cylinder (12), and a spring (20) is arranged in the supporting cylinder (12) at the bottom of the supporting rod (13), the upper part of the spring (20) is supported at the bottom of the supporting rod (13), the surface of the placing plate (3) is provided with a plurality of placing cylinders (10), the number of the placing cylinders (10) is more than one, a plurality of placing cylinders (10) are uniformly distributed on the surface of the placing plate (3), sponge sleeves (18) are arranged in the placing cylinders (10), and second rubber pads (19) are fixedly attached to the bottoms of the placing cylinders (10) on the inner sides of the sponge sleeves (18);
the number of the support rods (4) is four, the four support rods (4) are supported inside the transport box (1) on the outer sides of four corners of the placing plate (3), a vibration reduction plate (14) is fixed on one side of the placing plate (3) on one side of each support rod (4), the support rods (4) vertically and slidably penetrate through the vibration reduction plate (14), and nuts (16) are screwed and fixed on the outer rings of the support rods (4) above and below the vibration reduction plate (14) through threads (15);
the conveying box is characterized in that the number of the cover plates (5) is two, the two cover plates (5) are arranged inside two ends of the conveying box (1), the inner wall surface of the conveying box (1) on the inner side of each cover plate (5) is fixedly provided with a screw block (9), the cover plates (5) are installed inside the conveying box (1) through first bolts (8), and the first bolts (8) penetrate through the cover plates (5) and then are screwed into the screw blocks (9).

A chemical transporter useful for storage according to claim 1, wherein: the bottom of ventilation chamber (2) sets up to the tilt state, and slot (24) inside of ventilation chamber (2) bottom is fixed with sealing rubber (25), and sealing rubber (25) laminating is on the below surface of baffle (17).

A chemical transporter useful for storage according to claim 1, wherein: and a third rubber pad (26) is fixedly attached to the lower surface of the nut (16) above the vibration damping plate (14) and the upper surface of the nut (16) below the vibration damping plate (14), and the third rubber pad (26) is sleeved on the outer ring of the support rod (4).
4. A chemical transportation device that can be used for storage according to claim 1, wherein: the bottom of the supporting rod (13) is fixed with a limiting block (21), and the limiting block (21) can be clamped in the supporting cylinder (12) in a sliding manner.
5. A chemical transporter useful for storage according to claim 1, wherein: the bottom surface of transport case (1) is fixed with first rubber pad (11), and first rubber pad (11) are fixed in the bottom of transport case (1) through the mode of laminating.
