step 2, after the glue is coated in the step 1, covering the connecting pieces on the wear-resisting plate, adhering the connecting pieces through the glue and shaping the connecting pieces;
step 3, cutting and molding the wear-resisting plate pasted with the connecting pieces by using a cutting device after shaping is finished to form wear-resisting pieces;
step 4, placing the wear-resistant sheet into a forming cavity of the insole die, wherein a groove for placing the wear-resistant sheet is formed in the bottom of the forming cavity, the wear-resistant sheet is positioned on the groove, and the connecting sheet is arranged towards the forming cavity;
step 5, carrying out hot melting on the elastic hot-melting material and injecting the elastic hot-melting material into the forming cavity to form a shoe pad body, wherein the shoe pad body fully wraps the upper surface of the wear-resistant sheet and is formed into a whole with the connecting sheet in a hot-melting mode, and the elastic hot-melting material is most preferably polyurethane;
and 6, demolding and trimming the formed insole to obtain the wear-resistant insole, wherein the wear-resistant insole comprises a forepart, a middle part and a heel part, and the wear-resistant sheet is positioned on the forepart.
Above-mentioned scheme, its specific beneficial effect does: (1) glue is uniformly coated on the wear-resisting plate, so that the situation that the glue is too much or too little can be prevented; (2) when the glue is coated, the roller can be driven by a machine to coat, and the coating efficiency is higher; (3) the abrasion-resistant plate can be integrally cut through machinery after the connecting pieces are covered and shaped, so that the efficiency of the abrasion-resistant plate is higher when the abrasion-resistant plate is generated, and the investment of labor cost can be reduced; (4) the connecting pieces can be wrapped and glue can be wrapped by the elastic hot-melt material in an injection molding mode, so that the glue is prevented from being exposed, and the probability of soaking the glue by rainwater is reduced; (5) the joint sheet is most preferably made of textile cloth, the textile cloth is provided with a latticed body and has more contact area, and the elastic hot-melt material and the joint sheet can be more firmly formed by hot molding, so that the stability of the shoe pad can be improved, and the abrasion-resistant sheet is prevented from being separated from the shoe pad body; (6) adopt injection moulding can prevent to produce space and bubble between wear-resisting piece and the shoe-pad body for later stage need not carry out the paster again through the manual work and beat, have high-efficient processing, low cost of labor and antifatigue advantage (7) do not need artifical manual glue of paining, also do not need the manual work to paste wear-resisting piece on the shoe-pad body, can avoid the direct contact of workman with glue, the security is stronger, and injection moulding is also more convenient moreover, can improve work efficiency.
Detailed Description
The invention discloses a processing method of a wear-resistant insole, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
step 1, uniformly coating glue on the upper surface of the wear-resisting plate, wherein during glue coating, most preferably, glue is dipped by a roller and then uniformly coated on the wear-resisting plate in a rolling manner (of course, the glue can also be coated on the wear-resisting plate by tools such as a scraping plate and the like), and the wear-resisting plate is made of one of PU, EVA, heavy-duty cotton or sea glass;
step 2, after the glue is coated in the step 1, covering the connecting pieces on the wear-resisting plate, adhering the connecting pieces through the glue and shaping;
step 3, cutting and molding the wear-resisting plate pasted with the connecting pieces by using a cutting device after shaping is finished to form wear-resisting pieces;
step 4, placing the wear-resistant sheet into a forming cavity of the insole die, wherein a groove for placing the wear-resistant sheet is formed in the bottom of the forming cavity, the wear-resistant sheet is positioned on the groove, and the connecting sheet is arranged towards the forming cavity;
step 5, carrying out hot melting on the elastic hot melting material and injecting the elastic hot melting material into a forming cavity to form a shoe pad body, wherein the shoe pad body fully wraps the upper surface of the wear-resistant sheet and is integrated with the connecting sheet in a thermoplastic mode, and the elastic hot melting material is most preferably polyurethane;
and 6, demolding and trimming the formed insole to obtain the wear-resistant insole, wherein the wear-resistant insole comprises a forepart, a middle part and a heel part, and the wear-resistant sheet is positioned on the forepart.
And randomly extracting 15 pairs of prepared wear-resistant insole samples, wherein 5 pairs of the prepared wear-resistant insole samples are subjected to a waterproof experiment, 5 pairs of the prepared wear-resistant insole samples are subjected to a bubble detection experiment, and finally 5 pairs of the prepared wear-resistant insole samples are subjected to a high-temperature test experiment.
Waterproof test: the wear-resistant insole prepared by the method has a good waterproof function, and the glue on the wear-resistant insole can not be soaked by water, so that the wear-resistant insole is more stable when in use.
According to the bubble detection experiment, the extracted 5 double-sample insoles and 5 double common wear-resistant insoles in the market are cut from the middle, and the wear-resistant pieces are completely attached to the insole body through the connecting pieces and do not have bubbles, and the common insoles in the market have small bubbles which are distributed irregularly, so that the wear-resistant insoles prepared by the invention can be obtained, gaps and bubbles can be prevented from being generated between the wear-resistant pieces and the insole body, and the wear-resistant insoles do not need to be pasted and beaten manually in the later period.
A high-temperature test experiment, namely putting the extracted 5 double-sample insoles and 5 double common wear-resistant insoles on the market into an environment with the temperature of 60-80 ℃, taking out the double-sample insoles and the double common insoles every other hour, and pointing the same person to pull the wear-resistant pieces on the insoles in time and recording data, wherein the data is shown in the following table;
experimental group | 1h | 2h | 3h | 4h | 5h |
Sample shoe-pad | Can not be torn open | Can not be torn open | Can not be torn open | Can not be torn open | Can not be torn open |
Common shoe-pad | Can not be torn apart | Can not be torn open | Force-consuming to pull apart | Can be easily torn off | Can be easily torn open |
The experimental data can show that the sample insole also has stronger stability and better high temperature resistance.
By integrating the scheme, the method has the specific beneficial effects that: (1) glue is uniformly coated on the wear-resisting plate, so that the situation that the glue is too much or too little can be prevented; (2) when the glue is applied, the roller can be driven by a machine to apply the glue, so that the efficiency is higher during the application; (3) the abrasion-resistant plate can be integrally cut through machinery after the connecting pieces are covered and shaped, so that the efficiency of the abrasion-resistant plate is higher when the abrasion-resistant plate is generated, and the investment of labor cost can be reduced; (4) the connecting pieces can be wrapped and glue can be wrapped by the elastic hot-melt material in an injection molding mode, so that the glue is prevented from being exposed, and the probability of soaking the glue by rainwater is reduced; (5) the joint sheet is most preferably made of textile cloth, the textile cloth is provided with a latticed body and has more contact area, and the elastic hot-melt material and the joint sheet can be more firmly formed into a whole through hot molding, so that the stability of the shoe insole can be improved, and the abrasion-resistant sheet is prevented from being separated from the insole body; (6) adopt injection moulding can prevent to produce space and bubble between wear-resisting piece and the shoe-pad body for the later stage need not pass through the manual work again and carry out the paster and beat, have high-efficient processing, low cost of labor and antifatigue advantage (7) do not need artifical manual glue of paining, also need not artifically paste wear-resisting piece on the shoe-pad body, can avoid the direct contact of workman with glue, the security is stronger, and injection moulding is also more convenient, can improve work efficiency.
