s6, when the on-site process parameter reaches the lower limit of the early warning value of the early warning and warning range information, adjusting the on-site process parameter according to the automatic adjustment parameter information;
judging whether the field process parameters reach the target range value of the adjustment target range information within the range of the automatic adjustment time T1, if so, ending the adjustment of the field process parameters in advance; if the answer is no, the user can select the new type of the product,
the main control system displays abnormal information to remind a person following the cable to intervene in abnormal processing; the abnormal information at least comprises one of abnormal flow per minute of the dosing machine, abnormal flow per minute of the water purification machine, abnormal concentration of raw liquid of the dosing machine, abnormal concentration of raw liquid of the water purification machine and abnormal power of the burner;
judging whether the field process parameters reach the target range value of the adjustment target range information within the range of the exception handling time T2, if so, stopping adjusting the field process parameters; if the answer is no, the user can select the new type of the product,
and (4) continuing to perform exception handling within the space capacity time T3 by the line following personnel, and within the space capacity time T3, if the process parameters reach the target range value of the adjustment target range information, ending the adjustment of the field process parameters, otherwise, performing line stop alarm processing.
