The invention develops the blood vessels of the face before injection, avoids the part with more blood vessels and the superfine needle head, slowly withdraws and then injects, thereby improving the safety factor of the operation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of beauty treatment injection, in particular to an injection method for facial rejuvenation.
Background
Face rejuvenation: refers to a comprehensive method for changing the main aging characteristics of the face through comprehensive plastic treatment, wherein the injection of poly-L-lactic acid and hyaluronic acid is the main means for resisting the aging of the face.
However, local complications caused by the existing injection mode can have corresponding different clinical consequences on blood vessels at different positions, for example, vascular embolism is one of obvious immediate complications, and for example, when the embolism occurs in an ophthalmic artery (ophtalmartistry), blindness can be developed; cutaneous necrosis (skin necrosis) that occurs in the nasal and dorsally nasal arteries (angular and nasal arteries) can develop; even in cases where it has been reported that embolism may occur in the middle cerebral artery (stroke) and rarely pulmonary embolism (pulmonary embolism) due to chest pain, there is a fatal risk in cases where the stroke is accompanied by a conventional injection.
Therefore, it is an urgent problem to be solved by those skilled in the art to provide an injection method for facial rejuvenation with a high safety factor.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages, the present invention provides an injection method for facial rejuvenation with a high safety factor.
The technical implementation scheme of the invention is as follows:
an injection method for facial rejuvenation comprises the following steps:
s1, cleaning the facial contour skin by using purified water;
s2, performing sterile disinfection on the profile of the face after cleaning;
s3, developing the blood vessels below the face by using a vein developer;
s4, partitioning the whole face part according to the developed blood vessel and the injection part;
s5, performing a retraction test on the needle head during injection;
s6, injecting the facial contour by using a V-line multi-dimensional point belt beauty injection method according to the principle of lifting and shaping a linear ligament, and respectively injecting liquid from outside to inside according to the subareas;
s7, adopting safe slow-drawing type safe cosmetic injection method, drawing a small amount of lidocaine-epinephrine mixed solution as aqueous solution by using injection, and filling the mixed solution carrier in the front needle of the injection;
s8, the nose is subjected to three-dimensional volume-increasing shaping principle, and is injected by a safe instant withdrawing type beauty injection method, the part with more blood vessels is avoided by blood vessel development during injection, and the injection is slowly administered according to the condition of withdrawing the needle;
s9, the cheek is assisted by the point-face three-dimensional highlight bulking shaping principle, the injection is assisted by the safe instant withdrawing type beauty injection method, the part with more blood vessels is avoided by blood vessel development during the injection, and the injection is slowly administered according to the condition of withdrawing the needle.
Preferably, the needle is a superthin needle tip with a willow-leaf-shaped blade surface of Nanoass Jr. (diameter of 0.18 mm).
Preferably, the liquid injected in S7 is poly-L-lactic acid, and the injection amount is 5.0-10.0 ml.
Preferably, the injections in S9 and S10 are sodium hyaluronate gel for injection.
The invention has the following advantages:
according to the invention, the blood vessels on the face are developed before injection, the part with more blood vessels is avoided, and the injection is carried out by adopting the needle with the diameter of 0.18mm, so that the damage of the needle to the blood vessels in the injection process is reduced, and meanwhile, lidocaine-epinephrine mixed solution is injected through the needle point and injected after slow pumping back, so that the operation comfort and the safety coefficient are improved.
Detailed Description
Reference herein to an embodiment means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment can be included in at least one embodiment of the invention. The appearances of the phrase in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments. It is explicitly and implicitly understood by one skilled in the art that the embodiments described herein can be combined with other embodiments.
Examples
An injection method for facial rejuvenation comprises the following steps:
s1, cleaning the facial contour skin by using purified water;
s2, performing sterile disinfection on the profile of the face after cleaning;
s3, developing the blood vessels below the face by using a vein developer;
s4, partitioning the whole face part according to the developed blood vessel and the injection part;
s5, performing a retraction test on the needle head during injection;
s6, injecting the facial contour by using a V-line multi-dimensional point belt beauty injection method according to the principle of lifting and shaping a linear ligament, and respectively injecting liquid from outside to inside according to the subareas;
s7, adopting safe slow-withdrawing safe beauty injection method, using injection to withdraw small amount of lidocaine-epinephrine as liquid, to make the front needle of injection full of mixed liquid carrier;
s8, carrying out injection on the nose according to the principle of three-dimensional volume-increasing shaping and the assistance of a safe instant drawing-back type beauty injection method, avoiding the part with more blood vessels distribution through blood vessel development during injection, and slowly administering the medicine according to the condition of withdrawing the needle;
s9, injecting the mixture by a point-face three-dimensional highlight bulking shaping principle and a safe instant back-drawing type beauty injection method, avoiding the part with more blood vessels by blood vessel development during injection, and slowly administering the medicament according to the condition of withdrawing the needle.
To further optimize the above protocol, the needle was a super fine tip with a willowleaf-shaped facet of nanonus jr. (nanopoass Jr. diameter 0.18 mm).
In order to further optimize the scheme, the liquid injected in S7 is poly-L-lactic acid, and the injection amount is 5.0-10.0 ml.
In order to further optimize the scheme, the injections in S9 and S10 are sodium hyaluronate gel for injection.
In order to further optimize the scheme, the poly-L-lactic acid, abbreviated as PLLA, is a biodegradable high polymer material, is injected into a body and finally degraded into carbon dioxide and water, enters skin tissues to release signals, stimulates fibroblasts to secrete collagen, and improves facial wrinkles and depressions; through injection to the deep layer of the dermis, the effects of repairing the appearance and correcting the contour so as to achieve the effects of tightening, fine and plump skin are achieved. No swelling, no influence on work and learning, namely, do and walk.
In order to further optimize the scheme, the hyaluronic acid is an internationally-certified injection filling material, has the characteristics of filling and shaping, repairing wrinkles and stimulating the regeneration of autologous collagen, comprehensively shapes three-dimensional and personalized exquisite five sense organs and facial contours by combining with the aesthetic standard of the face, and can effectively remove various facial wrinkles and improve the texture of the skin while injection shaping is performed. Hyaluronic acid can repair the conditions of skin tissue depression, soft tissue defect and the like, and can enable the skin of a beauty-seeking person to be restored to a full and smooth state. The filling part comprises temples, cheeks, and zygomatic bone depression.
According to the invention, the blood vessels on the face are developed before injection, the part with more blood vessels is avoided, the needle with the diameter of 0.18mm is adopted for injection, so that the damage of the needle to the blood vessels in the injection process is reduced, and meanwhile, lidocaine-epinephrine mixed solution is injected through the needle point and injected after being slowly pumped back, so that the operation comfort degree and the safety factor are improved.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
