本发明涉及洗发水技术领域,尤其是一种奶盖洗发水及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗发用品是人们日常生活中不可缺少的必需品,其主要功能是清洁头发和头皮,为头发的整理造型打下基础。近年来,由于人们生活品质的提高,对洗发用品也提出了越来越多的要求,其内容物的外观越新颖,颜值越高,就越能受到消费者的喜爱。目前大部分洗发水产品为水相和油相经乳化混合的、或是表面活性剂透明的、或者硅油成分的单层体系,另外还有受广大市民欢迎的氨基酸洗发水,虽然这些类型的洗发水清洁去脂能力强,起泡性好,泡沫丰富,但刺激性仍较强,使用后会对头皮及头发产生一定的刺激,并且清洁过度还会加重头油,引起头屑、头痒和脱发等问题。
由于人体健康状态、分泌状态和保养状态的不同,又可将头发分为:健康的正常性发(中性发)、干性发、油性发和受损发四种。每个人发质不同对洗发水的选择也不同,市面上的洗发水要么具有针对性发质,要么未注明针对性发质的并不适合于任何发质,会引起头发发痒或有油头或毛燥发型。
发明内容
基于此,本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足之处而提供一种奶盖洗发水及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:一种奶盖洗发水,包括以下重量份的组分:月桂醇聚醚-6羧酸钠3-10份、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠1-5份、椰油酸钠1-5份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1-5份、椰油酰两性二乙酸二钠1-5份、角鲨烷0.1-1份、异十二烷1-5份、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯5-10份。
本发明提供了一款非硅油体系,刺激性小、工艺简单、清洁力较强、颜值高且多种发质适用的具有柔顺护发功效的奶盖洗发水。
本申请发明人经过大量创造性试验探究后发现,角鲨烷、异十二烷、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯的搭配提高了头发的柔滑度,并且不会引发头皮发痒。
进一步优选地,所述的奶盖洗发水,包括以下重量份的组分:月桂醇聚醚-6羧酸钠3.5-8.5份、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠1.5-4.5份、椰油酸钠2-4份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1-5份、椰油酰两性二乙酸二钠1.5-5份、角鲨烷0.3-0.8份、异十二烷1.5-4份、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯5.5-9份。
本申请发明人经过大量创造性试验探究后发现,各组分在上述重量份范围内时,制备得到的洗发水泡沫更加坚挺绵密,使用感更佳。
最优选地,所述的奶盖洗发水,包括以下重量份的组分:月桂醇聚醚-6羧酸钠5份、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠3份、椰油酸钠2.5份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3份、椰油酰两性二乙酸二钠2份、角鲨烷0.6份、异十二烷3份、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯8份。
优选地,所述的奶盖洗发水,还包括以下重量份的组分:保湿剂0.5-5份、pH调节剂1-1.5份、调理剂0.3-1份、螯合剂0.4-0.8份。

发明人经过大量创造性试验探究后发现,保湿剂含有墨角藻(FUCUSVESICULOSUS)提取物时,墨角藻(FUCUS VESICULOSUS)提取物含有的谷氨酸、矿物质有效滋养头发,可增加头发的韧性。
此外,本发明提供了所述的奶盖洗发水的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将聚季铵盐-10、EDTA二钠、对羟基苯乙酮、水加到主锅中,边搅拌边加入月桂醇聚醚-6羧酸钠、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠、椰油酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰两性二乙酸二钠、PEG-80失水山梨醇月桂酸酯,加热后真空保温,制得A相;
(2)将角鲨烷、异十二烷、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯搅拌均匀,加热,制得B相;
(3)将B相加入A相,均质乳化后保温,制得C相;
(4)将C相搅拌降温至50℃加入保湿剂、pH调节剂,搅拌均匀,取样检测,理化指标合格后,降温至40℃以下出料静置,得到所述奶盖洗发水。
优选地,所述步骤(1)中,搅拌的速率为30-40rpm,加热至80-85℃,真空度为-0.05~-0.04MPa,保温的时间为10-15min;所述步骤(2)中,加热至80-85℃;所述步骤(3)中,均质乳化的时间为3-5min。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果为:采用非硅油体系,刺激性小、头皮不发痒、清洁力较强,增强了发泡能力和泡沫的细腻与坚挺,洗后头发清爽,赋予头发柔顺光亮。本发明提供的角鲨烷、异十二烷、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯新油相成分的组合使头发更柔滑,且不会发痒;月桂醇聚醚-6羧酸钠,不需要中和皂化,简化了工艺,降低了成本;月桂醇聚醚-6羧酸钠、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠、椰油酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰两性二乙酸二钠的组合增强了发泡能力和泡沫的细腻与坚挺,并且清洁力较强,洗后带来清爽、蓬松发质。

具体实施方式
为更好的说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例中,所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法,所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到;
实施例和对比例
本发明提供了所述的奶盖洗发水的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将聚季铵盐-10、EDTA二钠、对羟基苯乙酮、水加到主锅中,边搅拌边加入月桂醇聚醚-6羧酸钠、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠、椰油酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰两性二乙酸二钠、PEG-80失水山梨醇月桂酸酯,加热后真空保温,制得A相;搅拌的速率为30-40rpm,加热至80-85℃,真空度为-0.05~-0.04MPa,保温的时间为10-15min;
(2)将角鲨烷、异十二烷、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯搅拌均匀,加热至80-85℃,制得B相;
(3)将B相加入A相,均质乳化后保温,均质乳化的时间为3-5min,制得C相;
(4)将C相搅拌降温至50℃加入保湿剂、pH调节剂,搅拌均匀,取样检测,理化指标合格后,降温至40℃以下出料静置,得到所述奶盖洗发水。
实施例和对比例所述奶盖洗发水的组分及重量份选择如表1所示,实施例和对比例所述奶盖洗发水的总重量份为100份;

性能测试
(1)奶盖洗发水的泡沫状态
测试方法:将实施例1-9、对比例1-4制备得到的奶盖洗发水装入包材中,摇匀后以同等力度按压5次,将泡沫泵于同一水平面,分别观察其泡沫高度及消泡时间。
(2)奶盖洗发水效果评价
选取130名受试者,受试者发质类型包括中性发质、干性发质、油性发质和受损发质类型受试者,分13组,分别对实施例1-9、对比例1-4制备得到的奶盖洗发水进行试用评价:泡沫的丰富度、泡沫细腻度、冲洗干净程度、洗后柔顺度、干后蓬松感、第二天头皮发痒程度进行效果评估,取其平均分值。
评分标准:如下表3所示;

(3)稳定性测试:
测试方法:将实施例1-9、对比例1-4制备得到的奶盖洗发水装入包材中,外观为奶盖分层明显、无析出、下层透明不浑浊。根据执行标准GBT 29679理化指标做评估,观察其3个月的稳定性。
测试结果如表4、表5所示;

结论:附图1、附图2,对比例1-4泡沫一般,且比较塌不成形;实施例1-9泡沫比较丰富且慕斯成型。过了15分钟后实施例1-9泡沫仍比较丰富,对比例1-4的奶盖洗发水泡沫10分钟后基本上已经消掉。
从图2中也可以看出,15分钟时,实施例1-9泡沫成型还是比较明显的,40分钟时,实施例2-3的大孔径泡沫已经较多,成型的慕斯状泡沫基本上已经快消掉。申请人在观察实施例1-9的泡沫状态时发现,实施例2-3的30分钟时泡沫外围已出现大孔径泡沫。实施例4-5外围出现大孔径泡沫的时间约为35分钟。
从图2、图3中可以看出实施例和对比例刚制备得到的奶盖洗发水装入包材中,摇匀后以同等力度按压5次,将泡沫泵于同一水平面后,实施例中泡沫高度均到达10mm以上,明显高于对比例,本发明实施例的奶盖洗发水泡沫丰富且慕斯成型。
结论:由受试者反馈评估结果可知,对比例1-4洗后会出现头皮发痒现象,对比例3第二天头发泛油光;实施例1-9奶盖洗发水容易冲洗、洗后发质清爽蓬松不发痒,能够保持一天清爽不油头,且对各发质人群均适用。
结论:经过3个月的稳定性测试,对比例1-4均出现异常;实施例1-9并未出现异常,由此说明本发明提供的奶盖洗发水稳定性好,上层奶盖状态稳定。最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种奶盖洗发水,其特征在于,所述奶盖洗发水的总重量份为100份,由以下重量份的组分组成:月桂醇聚醚-6羧酸钠3-10份、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠1-5份、椰油酸钠1-5份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1-5份、椰油酰两性二乙酸二钠1-5份、角鲨烷0.1-1份、异十二烷1-5份、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯5-10份、保湿剂0.5-5份、pH调节剂1-1.5份、调理剂0.3-1份、螯合剂0.4-0.8份、水余量;
所述保湿剂为1,2己二醇、甘油、墨角藻提取物、丁二醇;所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸、氯化钠;所述调理剂为聚季铵盐-10和PEG-80失水山梨醇月桂酸酯的复配物;所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠、对羟基苯乙酮;
所述奶盖洗发水的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将聚季铵盐-10、EDTA二钠、对羟基苯乙酮、水加到主锅中,边搅拌边加入月桂醇聚醚-6羧酸钠、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠、椰油酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰两性二乙酸二钠、PEG-80失水山梨醇月桂酸酯,加热后真空保温,制得A相;
(2)将角鲨烷、异十二烷、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯搅拌均匀,加热,制得B相;
(3)将B相加入A相,均质乳化后保温,制得C相;
(4)将C相搅拌降温至50℃加入保湿剂、pH调节剂,搅拌均匀,取样检测,理化指标合格后,降温至40℃以下出料静置,得到所述奶盖洗发水;
所述步骤(1)中,搅拌的速率为30-40rpm,加热至80-85℃,真空度为-0.05~-0.04MPa,保温的时间为10-15min;所述步骤(2)中,加热至80-85℃;所述步骤(3)中,均质乳化的时间为3-5min。
2.如权利要求1所述的奶盖洗发水,其特征在于,所述奶盖洗发水的总重量份为100份,由以下重量份的组分组成:月桂醇聚醚-6羧酸钠3.5-8.5份、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠1.5-4.5份、椰油酸钠2-4份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1-5份、椰油酰两性二乙酸二钠1.5-5份、角鲨烷0.3-0.8份、异十二烷1.5-4份、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯5.5-9份、保湿剂0.5-5份、pH调节剂1-1.5份、调理剂0.3-1份、螯合剂0.4-0.8份、水余量。
3.如权利要求1所述的奶盖洗发水,其特征在于,所述奶盖洗发水的总重量份为100份,由以下重量份的组分组成:月桂醇聚醚-6羧酸钠5份、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠3份、椰油酸钠2.5份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3份、椰油酰两性二乙酸二钠2份、角鲨烷0.6份、异十二烷3份、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯8份、保湿剂0.5-5份、pH调节剂1-1.5份、调理剂0.3-1份、螯合剂0.4-0.8份、水余量。
4.如权利要求1所述的奶盖洗发水,其特征在于,所述聚季铵盐-10和PEG-80失水山梨醇月桂酸酯的重量比为:聚季铵盐-10:PEG-80失水山梨醇月桂酸酯=2-5:1-6。
5.如权利要求4所述的奶盖洗发水,其特征在于,所述聚季铵盐-10和PEG-80失水山梨醇月桂酸酯的重量比为:聚季铵盐-10:PEG-80失水山梨醇月桂酸酯=1:2。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述的奶盖洗发水的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将聚季铵盐-10、EDTA二钠、对羟基苯乙酮、水加到主锅中,边搅拌边加入月桂醇聚醚-6羧酸钠、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠、椰油酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰两性二乙酸二钠、PEG-80失水山梨醇月桂酸酯,加热后真空保温,制得A相;
(2)将角鲨烷、异十二烷、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯搅拌均匀,加热,制得B相;
(3)将B相加入A相,均质乳化后保温,制得C相;
(4)将C相搅拌降温至50℃加入保湿剂、pH调节剂,搅拌均匀,取样检测,理化指标合格后,降温至40℃以下出料静置,得到所述奶盖洗发水;
所述步骤(1)中,搅拌的速率为30-40rpm,加热至80-85℃,真空度为-0.05~-0.04MPa,保温的时间为10-15min;所述步骤(2)中,加热至80-85℃;所述步骤(3)中,均质乳化的时间为3-5min。
