Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a flow chart illustrating a method for using a thermal moxibustion device capable of automatically removing dust according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a use method of the thermosensitive moxibustion device capable of automatically removing ash, which comprises the following steps:
s1, when the temperature of the skin surface or the time length of the heat-sensitive moxibustion meets the set conditions during the heat-sensitive moxibustion, the controller 5 starts the telescopic driving component 7 to drive the moxa stick 2 to retract into the shell 1 from the through hole 101, and then starts the autorotation driving component 3 to drive the moxa stick 2 to autorotate to sweep ash.
Specifically, the set condition can be a preset temperature value, the STM32 chip sends an instruction to the temperature sensor 103 through the timer, the real-time temperature of the sensor is collected and matched with the preset temperature value, and an automatic ash removal program is executed when the temperature is lower than the preset temperature value, so that the moxa hot spot is always higher than the lowest threshold value for exciting the meridian qi conduction, the constant and effective treatment amount of the thermal moxibustion is ensured, and the safe use of a patient is also ensured; when the temperature sensor 103 starts working, the pre-working time of 2min is provided to ensure that the temperature of the skin surface of the moxibustion part reaches the effective treatment temperature point, then the temperature of the skin surface during thermal moxibustion is observed in real time to judge whether ash removal is needed, when a signal that the temperature is lower than a preset temperature value (for example, 38-39 ℃, 39 ℃ in winter and 38 ℃ in summer) is detected, the temperature sensor 103 converts the temperature signal into an electric signal and sends the electric signal to the controller 5, at the moment, the controller 5 starts the telescopic driving component 7 to drive the moxa stick 2 to retract into the shell 1 from the through hole 101, and then starts the autorotation driving component 3 to drive the moxa stick 2 to autorotate to perform ash removal.
The set condition can be moxibustion duration, because of the difference of the physique of the patient, when the moxibustion time reaches 3-4 (the set time in different environments is slightly different, if the air circulation is fast, the combustion is faster, and the set time is shorter) minutes, if the temperature sensor 103 does not detect the temperature drop of the skin surface, the fixed circulation ash removal time point is entered at the moment, the moxibustion is continuously executed after one ash sweeping work is completed, and the setting is to prevent the moxa ash from dropping and scalding the patient.
S2, the ash removing assembly removes ash on the moxa stick 2 when the moxa stick 2 is retracted from the through hole 101 into the case 1.
And S3, after the ash removal is finished, the controller 5 starts the telescopic driving component 7 to drive the moxa roll 2 to extend out of the through hole 101 to a set position.
The telescopic driving component 7 retracts the moxa sticks 2 into the shell 1, and after automatic ash removal is completed, the moxa sticks 2 are pushed out of the shell 1 and automatically corrected to a proper temperature-sensitive moxibustion distance, so that stable temperature-sensitive moxibustion feeling and channel air conduction are maintained.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic structural view of a floor-type automatic ash-removing thermal moxibustion device according to an embodiment of the invention.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a floor type thermosensitive moxibustion device capable of automatically removing ash, which comprises the thermosensitive moxibustion device, a supporting rod 12 and a base 11, wherein the bottom end of the supporting rod 12 is connected with the base 11, and the top end of the supporting rod 12 is connected with a clamping arm. The supporting rod 12 can be adjusted in height and angle, and the fixing piece 13 is arranged on the supporting rod 12 and used for fixing the clamping arm. The support pole 12 may be constructed as known in the art, such as a floor fan. The fixing member 13 includes a fixing rod 131 and a fixing groove 132, the fixing groove 132 is connected to the bottom of the fixing groove 132, and one end of the holding arm of the moxa stick 2 can be just inserted into the fixing groove 132 and fixed by the auxiliary fixing member 13. The universal pulley 14 is arranged under the base 11, so that the moxibustion device can be conveniently moved, and the universal pulley 14 can be locked.
Of course, the device is particularly suitable for use in heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy, but the use in common moxibustion therapy is not excluded.
Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
