and S3, conveying the first facing layer 1 and the second facing layer 2 to the bonding mechanism 6, and bonding and connecting the periphery of the root of the first bulge 7 and the second facing layer 2 together to form the double-layer composite fiber material.
Referring to fig. 6, in this embodiment, another apparatus for preparing a dual-layer composite fiber material is further provided, which includes a first roller 3, a second roller 4, a concave roller 5 and a bonding mechanism 6, wherein a plurality of first bosses 3.1 for pressing first bulges 7 on the first facing layer 1 are disposed on a roller surface of the first roller 3, a plurality of first grooves 5.1 matched with the first bosses 3.1 are disposed on the concave roller 5, the first grooves 5.1 and the first bosses 3.1 are matched to form a plurality of first bulges 7 on the first facing layer 1, and the bonding mechanism 6 is configured to bond the first facing layer 1 and the second facing layer 2 together. The roll surface of the first roll 3 is provided with a plurality of third bosses 3.3 for pressing second bulges 8 on the first surface layer 1, the roll surface of the concave roll 5 is provided with a plurality of second grooves 5.3 matched with the third bosses 3.3, and the third bosses 3.3 and the second grooves 5.3 are matched to form a plurality of second bulges 8 on the first surface layer 1. The roll surface of the second roll 4 is provided with a plurality of second bosses 4.1 for pressing the supporting convex structures 9 on the second facing 2, and the second grooves 5.3 and the second bosses 4.1 are matched to form a plurality of supporting convex structures 9 on the second facing 2. The preparation method of the double-layer composite fiber material using the preparation device comprises the following specific steps:
s1, conveying the first surface layer 1 between the concave roller 5 and the first roller 3, forming a plurality of first bulges 7 on the first surface layer 1 through the cooperation of the first grooves 5.1 and the first bosses 3.1, and simultaneously forming a plurality of second bulges 8 on the first surface layer 1 through the cooperation of the third bosses 3.3 and the second grooves 5.3;
s2, conveying the first surface layer 1 and the second surface layer 2 to a position between the concave roller 5 and the second roller 4 simultaneously, and forming a supporting convex structure 9 on the second surface layer 2 through the cooperation of the second groove 5.3 and the second boss 4.1, wherein the supporting convex structure 9 is positioned inside the second bulge 8;
and S3, conveying the first facing layer 1 and the second facing layer 2 to the bonding mechanism 6, and bonding and connecting the periphery of the root of the first bulge 7 and the second facing layer 2 together to form the double-layer composite fiber material.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 2, the double-layer composite fiber material of the present invention includes a first facing layer 1 and a second facing layer 2, wherein the first facing layer 1 is provided with a plurality of first bulges 7, and further includes a second bulge 8 located between part or all of the adjacent first bulges 7; a supporting convex structure 9 is arranged in the second bulge 8, and the convex direction of the supporting convex structure 9 is the same as that of the second bulge 8; when the second bulge 8 protrudes in a direction opposite to the protruding direction of the first bulge 7, the second bulge 8 is located on the second facing 2 and the supporting projection structure 9 is located on the first facing 1. The first surface layer 1 is arranged above the second surface layer 2, and the protruding direction of the first bulges 7 faces to the plane of the first surface layer 1.
Referring to fig. 7, in this embodiment, a device for preparing a double-layer composite fiber material is further provided, including a first roller 3, a second roller 4, a concave roller 5 and a bonding mechanism 6, a plurality of first bosses 3.1 for pressing first bulges 7 on the first facing layer 1 are provided on a roller surface of the first roller 3, a plurality of first grooves 5.1 matched with the first bosses 3.1 are provided on the concave roller 5, the first grooves 5.1 and the first bosses 3.1 are matched to form a plurality of first bulges 7 on the first facing layer 1, and the bonding mechanism 6 is used for bonding the first facing layer 1 and the second facing layer 2 together. The roll surface of the concave roll 5 is provided with a plurality of fourth bosses 5.2 for pressing supporting convex structures (9) on the first surface layer 1, the roll surface of the first roll 3 is provided with a plurality of fourth grooves 3.4 matched with the fourth bosses 5.2, the fourth grooves 3.4 are matched with the fourth bosses 5.2 to form a plurality of supporting convex structures 9 on the first surface layer 1, the roll surface of the second roll 4 is provided with a plurality of fifth grooves 4.2 matched with the fourth bosses 5.2, and the fifth grooves 4.2 are matched with the fourth bosses 5.2 to form a plurality of second bulges 8 on the second surface layer 2. The preparation method of the double-layer composite fiber material using the preparation device comprises the following specific steps:
s1, conveying the first surface layer 1 between a concave roller 5 and a first roller 3, forming a plurality of first bulges 7 on the first surface layer 1 through the cooperation of a first groove 5.1 and a first boss 3.1, and forming a plurality of supporting convex structures 9 on the first surface layer 1 through the cooperation of a fourth groove 3.4 and a fourth boss 5.2;
s2, conveying the first surface layer 1 and the second surface layer 2 to a position between the concave roller 5 and the second roller 4 at the same time, and forming a plurality of second bulges 8 on the second surface layer 2 through the cooperation of the fifth grooves 4.2 and the fourth bosses 5.2, wherein the supporting convex structures 9 are positioned inside the second bulges 8;
and S3, conveying the first facing layer 1 and the second facing layer 2 to the bonding mechanism 6, and bonding and connecting the periphery of the root of the first bulge 7 and the second facing layer 2 together to form the double-layer composite fiber material.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 3, the double-layer composite fiber material of the present invention includes a first facing layer 1 and a second facing layer 2, wherein the first facing layer 1 is provided with a plurality of first bulges 7, and further includes a second bulge 8 located between part or all of the first bulges 7; a supporting convex structure 9 is arranged in the second bulge 8, and the convex direction of the supporting convex structure 9 is the same as that of the second bulge 8; the direction of projection of the second bulge 8 is the same as the direction of projection of the first bulge 7, the second bulge 8 being located on the first facing 1 and the supporting projection arrangement 9 being located on the second facing 2. A cavity is formed between the inner surface of the first bulge 7 and the second facing 2, and the first facing 1 is provided with bonding points for fixing the first facing 1 and the second facing 2. The first surface layer 1 is arranged below the second surface layer 2, and the protruding direction of the first bulges 7 is back to the plane where the first surface layer 1 is located.
When the double-layer fiber material is applied to the manufacturing of sanitary products, one side of the double-layer fiber material is compounded and fixed with other fiber layer materials or water absorbing materials, and when the double-layer fiber material is compounded, the first bulge 7 can face to the side of the compounded fiber layer material/water absorbing material or can be opposite to the side of the compounded fiber material/water absorbing material; the overall fluffy shape can be kept, and the functions of water absorption and leakage prevention can be realized. In addition, the direction of projection of the second bump 8 may be the same as or opposite to that of the first bump 7, but it should be ensured that the direction of projection of the supporting projection structure 9 is always the same as that of the second bump 8.
Example 4
Referring to fig. 4, the double-layer composite fiber material of the present invention includes a first facing layer 1 and a second facing layer 2, wherein the first facing layer 1 is provided with a plurality of first bulges 7, and further includes a second bulge 8 located between part or all of the adjacent first bulges 7; a supporting convex structure 9 is arranged in the second bulge 8, and the convex direction of the supporting convex structure 9 is the same as that of the second bulge 8; when the direction of projection of the second bump 8 is opposite to the direction of projection of the first bump 7, the second bump 8 is located on the second facing 2 and the supporting projection structure 9 is located on the first facing 1. The first surface layer 1 is arranged below the second surface layer 2, and the protruding direction of the first bulges 7 is back to the plane where the first surface layer 1 is located.
Example 5
Referring to fig. 8 to 11, a first opening 1.1 and a second opening 1.2 are formed in the first surface layer 1, the first opening 1.1 and the second opening 1.2 can be simultaneously or separately formed, the first opening 1.1 penetrates through the first bulge 7, and the second opening 1.2 penetrates through the second bulge 8 and the supporting protrusion structure 9. The roll surface of the first roll 3 is provided with a plurality of first punching pieces for forming first openings 1.1, the roll surface of the second roll 4 is provided with a plurality of second punching pieces for forming second openings 1.2, and the first punching pieces and the second punching pieces are respectively matched with the concave roll 5 to form the first openings 1.1 and the second openings 1.2 on the first surface layer 1 and the second surface layer 2.

It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments do not limit the present invention in any way, and all technical solutions obtained by using equivalents or equivalent changes fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The preparation device of the double-layer composite fiber material is characterized by comprising a first roller (3), a second roller (4), a concave roller (5) and a bonding mechanism (6), wherein a plurality of first bosses (3.1) used for pressing first bulges (7) on a first surface layer (1) are arranged on the roller surface of the first roller (3), a plurality of first grooves (5.1) matched with the first bosses (3.1) are arranged on the concave roller (5), the first grooves (5.1) and the first bosses (3.1) are matched with each other to form a plurality of first bulges (7) on the first surface layer (1), and the bonding mechanism (6) is used for bonding and connecting the first surface layer (1) and a second surface layer (2) together.
2. The device for preparing the double-layer composite fiber material according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of second bosses (4.1) for pressing the supporting convex structures (9) on the second facing (2) are arranged on the roll surface of the second roll (4), a plurality of second grooves (5.3) matched with the second bosses (4.1) are arranged on the roll surface of the concave roll (5), the second grooves (5.3) and the second bosses (4.1) are matched to simultaneously form a plurality of supporting convex structures (9) and second bulges (1.2) on the second facing (2), and the supporting convex structures (9) are embedded in the second bulges (1.2).

The device for preparing the double-layer composite fiber material according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of third bosses (3.3) for pressing second bulges (1.2) on the first surface layer (1) are arranged on the roll surface of the first roll (3), and the third bosses (3.3) and the second grooves (5.3) are matched to form a plurality of second bulges (8) on the first surface layer (1); the roller surface of the second roller (4) is provided with a plurality of second bosses (4.1) for pressing out supporting convex structures (9) on the second surface layer (2), the roller surface of the concave roller (5) is provided with a plurality of second grooves (5.3) matched with the second bosses (4.1), and the second grooves (5.3) and the second bosses (4.1) are matched with each other to form a plurality of supporting convex structures (9) on the second surface layer (2).

The device for preparing the double-layer composite fiber material according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of fourth bosses (5.2) for pressing the supporting convex structures (9) on the first face layer (1) are arranged on the roll surface of the concave roll (5), a plurality of fourth grooves (3.4) matched with the fourth bosses (5.2) are arranged on the roll surface of the first roll (3), the fourth grooves (3.4) and the fourth bosses (5.2) are matched to form a plurality of supporting convex structures (9) on the first face layer (1), a plurality of fifth grooves (4.2) matched with the fourth bosses (5.2) are arranged on the roll surface of the second roll (4), and the fifth grooves (4.2) and the fourth bosses (5.2) are matched to form a plurality of second bulges (8) on the second face layer (2).

The device for preparing a two-layer composite fibre material according to claim 1, wherein the roll surface of the first roll (3) is provided with a plurality of first perforation members for making first openings (1.1), and the roll surface of the second roll (4) is provided with a plurality of second perforation members for making second openings (1.2), the first and second perforation members cooperating with the female roll (5) to form the first and second openings (1.1, 1.2) in the first and second facings (1, 2), respectively.
6. The preparation method of the double-layer composite fiber material is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s0, providing the preparation device of claim 2;
s1, conveying the first surface layer (1) to a position between the concave roller (5) and the first roller (3), and forming a plurality of first bulges (7) on the first surface layer (1) through the cooperation of the first grooves (5.1) and the first bosses (3.1);
s2, conveying the first surface layer (1) and the second surface layer (2) to a position between a concave roller (5) and a second roller (4) at the same time, and forming a second bulge (8) and a supporting convex structure (9) on the first surface layer (1) and the second surface layer (2) respectively through the cooperation of a second groove (5.3) and a second boss (4.1), wherein the supporting convex structure (9) is positioned inside the second bulge (8);
s3, the first surface layer (1) and the second surface layer (2) are conveyed forwards continuously to a bonding mechanism (6), and the periphery of the root of the first bulge (7) and the second surface layer (2) are bonded together to form the double-layer composite fiber material.
7. The preparation method of the double-layer composite fiber material is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s0, providing the preparation device of claim 3;
s1, conveying the first surface layer (1) to a position between a concave roller (5) and a first roller (3), forming a plurality of first bulges (7) on the first surface layer (1) through the cooperation of a first groove (5.1) and a first boss (3.1), and simultaneously forming a plurality of second bulges (8) on the first surface layer (1) through the cooperation of a third boss (3.3) and a second groove (5.3);
s2, conveying the first surface layer (1) and the second surface layer (2) to a position between the concave roller (5) and the second roller (4) simultaneously, and forming a supporting convex structure (9) on the second surface layer (2) through the cooperation of the second groove (5.3) and the second boss (4.1), wherein the supporting convex structure (9) is positioned inside the second bulge (8);
s3, the first surface layer (1) and the second surface layer (2) are conveyed forwards continuously to a bonding mechanism (6), and the periphery of the first bulge root (7) and the second surface layer (2) are bonded together to form the double-layer composite fiber material.
8. The preparation method of the double-layer composite fiber material is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s0, providing the preparation device of claim 4;
s1, conveying the first surface layer (1) between a concave roller (5) and a first roller (3), forming a plurality of first bulges (7) on the first surface layer (1) through the cooperation of a first groove (5.1) and a first boss (3.1), and simultaneously forming a plurality of supporting convex structures (9) on the first surface layer (1) through the cooperation of a fourth groove (3.4) and a fourth boss (5.2);
s2, conveying the first surface layer (1) and the second surface layer (2) to a position between the concave roller (5) and the second roller (4) simultaneously, forming a second bulge (8) on the second surface layer (2) through the cooperation of a fifth groove (4.2) and a fourth boss (5.2), and enabling the supporting convex structure (9) to be located inside the second bulge (8);
s3, continuously conveying the first surface layer (1) and the second surface layer (2) to a bonding mechanism (6), and bonding and connecting the periphery of the first bulge root (7) and the second surface layer (2) together to form the double-layer composite fiber material.
9. A two-layer composite fiber material obtained directly by the production method according to any one of claims 6 to 8.
10. A sanitary product comprising the two-layer composite fiber material according to claim 9.
