The hydrogel eye-protecting patch comprises a hydrogel layer, a medical adhesive tape layer and a non-woven fabric layer, wherein one side of the non-woven fabric layer is hydrophilic, and the other side of the non-woven fabric layer is water-repellent; the medical adhesive tape layer completely covers the arrangement positions of the hydrogel layer and the non-woven fabric layer, and is provided with an adhesive edge exceeding the arrangement positions of the hydrogel layer and the non-woven fabric layer. s2: molding: repeatedly freezing and thawing the product obtained in the step S1 for 3-6 times at the freezing temperature of-20 ℃ to-40 ℃ to form a hydrogel layer 1 with a nonwoven fabric layer 3;
