Description

Wound closure device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a wound closer for closing skin wounds.
Background
When the skin is subjected to trauma or a wound occurs after surgery, a closing treatment of the wound on the skin is required. The traditional medical needle and thread sewing technology is generally adopted, but the needle and thread sewing needs to be performed again after wound healing, and even if a sewing thread capable of dissolving automatically exists, a sewn needle eye still exists, and the external appearance of a patient is affected. With the pursuit of non-invasiveness and beauty, intensive research on non-invasive wound closure has begun, and some non-invasive wound closure devices have been proposed.
For example, chinese utility model 201320511728.1 discloses a skin wound healing aid, which is used to help close a wound or reduce the opening of a wound by arranging a locking device (including a threaded rod) between two soft main boards that can be stuck (adhered by an adhesive tape) on the skin to adjust the distance between the two soft main boards.
For another example, chinese patent 201510375137.X discloses a wound closure device, which adjusts the distance between two bottom plates by arranging an adjusting rod between the fixing bases on the two bottom plates, and uses two fixing bases as a group, and a connecting piece made of flexible material is arranged between each group of fixing bases, so as to adapt to a non-linear wound.
Therefore, the connecting seats are arranged on the main boards capable of being stuck to the skin, the threaded rods are arranged between the connecting seats, the distance between the two main boards is adjusted through the threaded rods, and therefore wound closure is achieved. However, in actual use, the threaded rod may be displaced in the axial direction, for example, the threaded rod may be reversed, due to swelling of the wound, or sudden pulling of the main plates on both sides due to a malfunction or the like.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a wound closure device, which can promote the closure of skin wound without leaving needle hole.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is that the wound closer comprises two adhesive plates which can be fixed on the skin of a human body, and a plurality of connecting seats are arranged on the two adhesive plates; the connecting parts adjust the distance between the two adhesive plates through the connecting seats, and can be locked by connecting the connecting parts end to end after the adjustment is finished; the connecting seat comprises two connecting seats, wherein one connecting seat is a threaded seat with an internal threaded hole, and the other connecting seat is a reference seat with a through hole; the thread seats correspond to the reference seats one by one and are respectively arranged on the two viscose plates; the connecting component comprises a threaded rod and a single rotating handle connected to the end head of the threaded rod and used for driving the threaded rod to rotate, wherein the head end of the threaded rod is provided with an expanded end head, a connecting hole is formed in the end head, the tail end of the threaded rod can be bent, and a connector which is connected through the connecting hole in a matched mode is arranged on the tail end of the threaded rod; the threaded rod on the connecting component penetrates through the through hole on the reference seat and is in threaded fit connection with the internal threaded hole on the threaded seat. The principle of the invention lies in that the connecting part pulls the adhesive plates by rotating the threaded rod, so that the adhesive plates positioned at the two sides of the wound are closed, and the adhesive plates are combined with the skin through the adhesive at the bottom, so that needle holes can not be left; meanwhile, the positioning can be ensured after the force is relieved through the thread matching, the head end and the tail end of the threaded rod after the ending connection slightly deviate from the axial direction, the locking in the axial direction to a certain degree is realized, and the threaded rod is further ensured not to back up or rotate so as to ensure that the two adhesive plates do not displace.
As another further improvement, two connecting parts are in a group, and each group of connecting parts is provided with a synchronizer which can enable two threaded rods to synchronously rotate. The two threaded rods can rotate simultaneously through the synchronizer, so that the parts driven by the threaded rods move synchronously, and consistency is ensured.
As another further improvement, the wound closure device further comprises: the synchronizer is used for driving any two adjacent threaded rods to synchronously rotate, and when any two adjacent threaded rods need to synchronously rotate, the synchronizer is detachably arranged on two adjacent connecting parts. Through detachably setting up the synchronous ware to when needing this synchronous ware, install it on two adjacent adapting unit, then dismantle it, then install on two other adapting unit again, this synchronous ware reuse that also is promptly, has reduced the cost.
On the other hand, the mode of single rotation threaded rod, because the effort when rotating different threaded rods can't guarantee the same completely, also can't guarantee that different threaded rods pivoted stroke is identical completely, consequently, lead to viscose board and skin between connecting seat and the connecting seat to take place the fold very easily to be unfavorable for wound healing, perhaps influence the roughness of healing back skin. And come two threaded rods of synchronous drive through the synchronous ware, two threaded rods pivoted strokes are the same to the atress of two adjacent connecting seats is poor not much, has reduced the probability that this a slice viscose board and skin between two adjacent connecting seats take place the fold to a certain extent, makes viscose board and skin keep certain roughness.
As an improvement, the synchronizer comprises driven gears which can be sleeved on the two single rotating handles respectively, a driving gear which is meshed with the two driven gears simultaneously is arranged between the two driven gears, and the synchronizer further comprises a synchronous rotating handle which is used for driving the driving gear to rotate.
As a further improvement, the driven gear is detachably arranged on the two single rotary handles. By detachably arranging the driven gear, different driven gears (namely, driven gears with shaft holes of different sizes to adapt to single rotating handles with different diameters) matched with connecting parts of different specifications (such as threaded rods with different diameters and single rotating handles) can be selected; alternatively, the driven gears with different numbers of teeth or different diameters may be selected according to different accuracy requirements, for example, when the stroke of the threaded rod (i.e. the distance between the threaded seat and the reference seat) needs to be adjusted with high accuracy, the driven gear with a larger number of teeth or a larger diameter may be selected, and when the accuracy requirement is not high, the driven gear with a relatively smaller number of teeth or a relatively smaller diameter may be selected.
As a further improvement, the driving gear is detachably arranged between the two driven gears.
As a further improvement, the synchronizer further comprises: the scale pointer is arranged on the synchronous rotary handle, and the dial is corresponding to the scale pointer. By providing a dial, the axially adjustable length L of the threaded rod (e.g. the thread length, i.e. the stroke) is converted into the circumference of the dial, so that the distance between the threaded seat and the reference seat can be accurately adjusted during the operation.
As an improvement, a nick which is easy to break is arranged between the single rotating handle and the end head of the head end of the threaded rod.
As an improvement, the tail end of the threaded rod comprises a bendable section I, an extension section and a bendable section II which are connected in sequence, and the connector is arranged on the bendable section II. The bendable section I and the bendable section II are arranged at the tail end of the threaded rod, so that when the connecting parts are connected end to end, the tail end and the head end of the threaded rod are slightly deviated from the axial direction of the threaded rod under the driving of the bendable section I and the bendable section II respectively, and the situation that the threaded rod rotates relative to the connecting seat to cause looseness or the threaded rod is relatively displaced in the axial direction relative to the connecting seat to cause backing-up in the operation process or wound recovery process is avoided; and moreover, the extension section is positioned between the two adjacent connecting seats, so that the problem that the space volume of the whole device is increased and the appearance is influenced even when the extension section is positioned above the threaded rod (including the right above or in the oblique direction) after bending is avoided.
As an improvement, a connecting piece adhered to the adhesive plate is arranged between the connecting seats on the same adhesive plate, and fixing claws are arranged on two sides of the connecting piece and fixed on the adhesive plate. The position between the connecting seats can be ensured when the rigidity of the adhesive board is insufficient.
As an improvement, the connecting seat comprises a seat body connected with the base through an elastic deformable layer. So that the connecting seat has certain self-adaptive capacity.
Preferably, the deformable layer is made of silicone.
The invention has the beneficial technical effects that: the wound closer with the structure drives the connecting seat to approach by rotating the connecting part so as to pull the adhesive plates, so that the adhesive plates on the two sides of the wound are closed, and the wound is closed; the adhesive plate is combined with the skin through the adhesive at the bottom, so that needle holes are not left, the wound is more attractive after being closed, and the pursuit of people on beauty is met; and because the connecting components are connected end to end, the head end and the tail end of the threaded rod slightly deviate from the axial direction, namely the threaded rod is locked in the axial direction and/or the circumferential direction, and the threaded rod is prevented from backing up or rotating under the action of external force.

Detailed Description
In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the technical solutions of the present invention, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1-6, the invention comprises two adhesive plates 1 which can be fixed on the skin of a human body, wherein a plurality of connecting seats 2 are arranged on the two adhesive plates 1; still include a plurality of adapting unit 3, adapting unit 3 adjusts the interval between two viscose boards 1 through connecting seat 2 to can lock adapting unit 3 end to end after adjusting.
Specifically, the connecting seat 2 includes two types, one is a threaded seat 21 with an internal threaded hole, and the other is a reference seat 22 with a through hole; the thread seats 21 correspond to the reference seats 22 one by one and are respectively arranged on the two adhesive plates 1; the connecting part 3 comprises a threaded rod 31, the head end of the threaded rod 31 is provided with an expanded end head 32, a connecting hole is formed in the end head, the tail end of the threaded rod 31 can be bent, and the tail end is provided with a connecting head 37 which is connected through the connecting hole in a matching manner; the threaded rod 31 of the connecting part 3 penetrates through the through hole of the reference seat 22 to be in threaded fit connection with the internal threaded hole of the threaded seat 21. Of course, it is preferable that the same kind of connecting seats 2 are arranged on the same adhesive plate 1, and the positions and the number of the connecting seats 2 on the two adhesive plates 1 are in one-to-one correspondence. It is also foreseen that the head end 32 of the threaded rod 31 has a diameter greater than the diameter of the through hole.
In order to facilitate the individual screwing of the threaded rod 31, a single screwing handle 33 for driving the threaded rod 31 to rotate is connected to the end 32 of the threaded rod 31. The single rotary handle 33 and the end head 32 are provided with easy-to-break nicks, and the single rotary handle 33 is broken to expose the connecting hole after being rotated to a proper position.
Of course, in other embodiments, the connecting hole can be directly disposed in the single-turn handle 33 (accordingly, the single-turn handle 33 does not need to be broken), see fig. 10 and 11.
Referring to fig. 5, in order to enable two adjacent threaded rods 31 to rotate synchronously, two connecting parts 3 are in a group, and each group of connecting parts 3 is provided with a synchronizer 4 capable of enabling the two threaded rods 31 to rotate synchronously. The synchronizer 4 comprises driven gears 44 respectively sleeved on the two single handles 33, a driving gear 43 which is simultaneously meshed with the two driven gears 44 is arranged between the two driven gears 44, and the synchronizer also comprises a synchronous handle 41 which is used for driving the driving gear 43 to rotate. The synchronizer 4 further includes a housing 42 for mounting and protecting a driving gear 43 and a driven gear 44.
Of course, in other embodiments, only one synchronizer may be provided for cost reduction, and the synchronizer may be detachably mounted on two adjacent single knobs.
For example, the synchronizer can be arranged into an upper part and a lower part which can be detachably connected through a buckle or a buckling mode, after the upper part and the lower part are installed on two single rotary handles, two threaded rods can be synchronously rotated, and after the upper part and the lower part are rotated in place, the upper part and the lower part are disassembled and then installed on the single rotary handles corresponding to the other two threaded rods.
Specifically, referring to fig. 8-9, the synchronizer housing 42 includes an upper portion 42a and a lower portion 42b connected by a snap-fit manner, and the lower portion 42b is provided with a rotating shaft for mounting the driving gear 43, i.e. a driving gear rotating shaft mounting hole 420 of the synchronization knob, and the driving gear 43 is mounted on the driving gear rotating shaft mounting hole 420 through the synchronization knob 41 (also serving as a rotating shaft of the driving gear 43).
Specifically, referring to fig. 8 to 9, the driven gear 44 includes a first portion 44a installed in the upper portion 42a of the housing 42, and a second portion 44b installed in the lower portion 42b of the housing 42 (the second portion 44b is engaged with the driving gear), and at least one catch 440a is provided on a first surface of the second portion 44b, and a catch groove 440b engageable with the catch 440a is provided on a second surface of the first portion 44a, specifically, the catch groove 440a includes a guide channel extending in a direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the driven gear (i.e., a catch height direction), and an engagement groove extending in the axial direction of the driven gear (e.g., near one end of the coupling seat) from a bottom of the guide channel. Namely, the locking of the two parts of the driven gear is realized by a snap and a matching groove.
During assembly, the upper part and the lower part of the shell respectively correspond to the upper side and the lower side of two adjacent single-screw handles, the upper part and the lower part are close to each other, so that the buckle 440a is inserted into the guide channel, and when the top of the buckle reaches the bottom of the guide channel, the lower part of the shell is pushed towards one end close to the connecting seat along the driven gear, so that the second part of the driven gear moves along the axial direction and the direction close to the connecting seat, and the top of the buckle is matched with the matching groove, so that the first part and the second part of the driven gear are assembled into a complete driven gear (at the moment, the first surface and the second surface are overlapped);
when the driven gear needs to be disassembled, the second part is pushed along the reverse direction of the pushing direction, namely, the top of the buckle can be withdrawn from the matching groove, so that the first part and the second part are unlocked, then the buckle is withdrawn from the guide channel, and the first part and the second part of the driven gear are disassembled.
In some embodiments, the barb on the top of the catch has some resiliency. Furthermore, an elastic member may be provided at the bottom of the guide passage corresponding to the entrance of the fitting groove, thereby ensuring that the snap is locked in the fitting groove by the elastic member in the absence of an external force.
For another example, the synchronizer may be detachably inserted into the single-turn knob in the axial direction, and locked in the axial direction to synchronously rotate the two threaded rods, and when the synchronizer is rotated in place, the synchronizer and the connecting member are axially unlocked to disassemble the synchronizer.
Specifically, referring to fig. 10-12, the synchronizer can be removably attached to both of the single knobs by extending the shaft of the driven gear 42 out of the housing 42 to form a connection pin 448 and removably attaching the connection pin 448 to a connection hole in the single knob 33. Accordingly, a buckle may be disposed on the connecting shaft pin, and a buckle groove matched with the buckle may be disposed in the connecting hole, the matching principle is the same as that described above, and it is not described herein again, that is, when the buckle is matched with the buckle groove, the connecting shaft pin 448 is axially locked with the single-twist grip (i.e., the synchronizer is axially locked with the single-twist grip), and when the buckle exits from the matching groove of the buckle groove, the connecting shaft pin is axially unlocked with the single-twist grip (i.e., the synchronizer is axially unlocked with the single-twist grip), so that the synchronizer may be axially disassembled.
When the synchronous rotating handle 41 is rotated, the driving gear drives the two driven gears to rotate, and drives the two threaded rods and the two single rotating handles to synchronously rotate through the connecting shaft pin 448; when the threaded rod is adjusted in place, the synchronizer is detached, and the connector at the tail end of the threaded rod is directly inserted into the connecting hole in the single-rotation handle, so that the threaded rod is locked (the locking mode can adopt interference fit, or the buckling fit and the like). That is, the single rotating handle can be matched with the synchronizer and also can be matched with the connector of the connecting part, and the structure of the connecting part is further simplified.
Furthermore, in order to conveniently replace the driven gears with different tooth numbers or adapt to different connecting parts, the driven gears are detachably arranged in the shell; similarly, in order to replace driving gears having different numbers of teeth or having different ranges, the driving gear is detachably installed between two driven gears.
Furthermore, in order to achieve precise distance adjustment, the synchronizer further comprises a scale pointer arranged on the synchronous rotating handle and a dial corresponding to the scale pointer, specifically, the dial can be arranged on a fluted disc on the driving gear or on a shell corresponding to the rotating shaft position of the driving gear, so that the precise distance adjustment can be achieved by converting the axial adjustable length of the threaded rod into the circumference.
In order to facilitate the end-to-end connection of the threaded rod 31, the tail end of the threaded rod 31 comprises a bendable section I34, an extension section 35 and a bendable section II36 which are connected in sequence, and the connector 37 is arranged on the bendable section II 36. Because the head and the tail of the threaded rod 31 after head and tail connection slightly deviate from the axial direction under the action of the bendable section I, II, as shown in fig. 2, one side of the head and tail ends of the threaded rod 31 close to the extension section is extruded, the other side is stretched, at the moment, the thread pitch of the extruded side becomes narrow, and the thread pitch of the stretched side becomes large and cannot be matched with the internal thread on the threaded seat, so that locking to a certain degree in the circumferential direction (namely, the rotating direction) is realized; and, because the tail end has deviated from the direction of center pin for the screw thread that is extruded this side tightly blocks on the outer wall of screw seat, and then has realized locking to a certain extent in the axial, that is to say, all carries out locking to a certain extent in axial and week for this threaded rod can't be for connecting seat circumferential direction or axial displacement, also is that the threaded rod is in the locking state. In one embodiment, the threaded rod is formed in an integral molding process.
In order to ensure that the adhesive plate 1 is tightly attached to the skin, the adhesive plate 1 is generally soft, which is easy to wrinkle, and on the other hand, when the wound is slightly cracked open due to swelling or accidental pulling, the adhesive plates on the two sides of the wound move along with the skin on the two sides of the wound, so that the distance between the adhesive plates on the two sides is increased, however, because the connecting seats on the same viscose board are mutually independent and the distance between the connecting seats on the two viscose boards is limited by the threaded rod, therefore, when the wound collapses, the connecting seat is forced in two different directions (see the directions of two arrows in figure 8), and two acting forces respectively act on the bottom and the top of the connecting seat in a centralized way, when the wound is more broken, when the acting force concentrated on the bottom of the connecting seat is larger, the adhesive plate can be separated from the connecting seat. In order to solve these two problems to a certain extent, be provided with rigid connecting piece 5 between the connecting seat 2 on the same viscose board 1, connecting piece 5 bonding is on this viscose board, thereby when guaranteeing the certain roughness of viscose board through this connecting piece, link into a slice through a plurality of connecting seats on the connecting piece with same viscose board, thereby come the dispersion through this connecting piece and the connecting seat that links to each other and originally concentrate on the effort of certain connecting seat bottom, and then reduced the probability of connecting seat and viscose board separation to a certain extent, guaranteed the stability between connecting seat and the viscose board.
In order to further ensure the stability between the connecting seat and the adhesive plate, a plurality of fixing claws 51 are arranged on two sides of the connecting piece, and the fixing claws 51 are adhered on the adhesive plate 1. Further, the end of the fixed claw may be provided with a claw tooth inserted into the adhesive sheet.
As mentioned above, in the practical application process, the distance between the skin on both sides of the opening may increase due to the swelling of the wound or the accidental pulling of the wound, and at this time, the skin will give a certain force to the adhesive plate; since the threaded seat and the reference seat are locked by the threaded rod, the threaded seat and the reference seat correspondingly apply reverse acting force to the adhesive plate, so that the adhesive plate can be separated from the skin or between the threaded seat and the reference seat and the adhesive plate when the wound is swelled or accidentally pulled. In addition, the connecting seat can be separated from the adhesive plate or the adhesive plate can be separated from the skin due to the slightly excessive rotation of the screw rod in the operation process. In order to avoid these problems to some extent, in this embodiment, a connection socket 1 with some adaptability is adopted. Specifically, the connecting socket 1 includes a socket body 11, and the socket body 11 is connected to a base 13 through an elastic deformable layer 12. But the deformation layer 12 is by the material preparation such as silica gel, rubber to even the operation in-process will rotate the screw rod a little too much, perhaps, wound both sides skin (because of reasons such as swelling) slightly splits/collapses out, also can obtain the buffering through this flexible intermediate level, see fig. 7a and fig. 7b, make the pedestal to adjacent connecting seat direction skew, or make connecting seat and viscose board can follow skin and take place certain skew, and then avoid the connecting seat to break away from the viscose board to a certain extent, and/or the viscose board breaks away from skin, or reduce the probability that breaks away from.
On the other hand, because be provided with connecting piece and stationary dog between connecting seat and the connecting seat, consequently, when the wound local swelling or by the mistake pull and lead to opening both sides skin to collapse out, the effort that acts on viscose board and connecting seat disperses through this connecting piece and stationary dog, and simultaneously, the deformable layer also provides certain movable space (e.g., the pedestal is to adjacent connecting seat) and has further guaranteed being connected between connecting seat and the viscose board, and be connected between viscose board and the skin, also avoid the connecting seat to break away from the viscose board promptly, and/or the viscose board breaks away from the skin.
When the device is used, firstly, the two adhesive plates 1 are respectively attached to two sides of a skin wound, and if the synchronizer 4 is not needed, the tail end of the threaded rod 31 of the connecting component 3 directly penetrates through the through hole of the reference seat 22 and then is connected with the internal threaded hole on the threaded seat 21. After all the connecting parts 3 are prepared, the single rotary handle 33 is rotated to drive the threaded rod 31 to adjust the distance between the two adhesive plates 1, then the single rotary handle 33 is broken off from the nick to expose the connecting hole, and then the bendable section I34 and the bendable section II36 at the tail end of the threaded rod 31 are bent, so that the connecting head 37 can be inserted into the connecting hole for locking. If the synchronizer 4 is required to be used, the driven gear 44 is sleeved on the single-turn handle 33, and then the driving gear 43 is engaged between the two driven gears 44 and fixed through the shell 42, and then the assembly is carried out with the connecting seat 2.
The above are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and it should be noted that the above preferred embodiments should not be considered as limiting the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention should be subject to the scope defined by the claims. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and adaptations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and should be considered to be within the scope of the invention.
