A feeding device for preventing residue in animal husbandry, which comprises a feeding trough (1), a lifting component, a first baffle (206) and a carrying plate (214); a feeding trough (1) is arranged on the ground; the trough (1) is connected with a lifting component; the four corners of the trough (1) are fixedly connected with a first baffle (206) respectively; the lifting component is connected with a carrying plate (214) in a rotating way; the first baffle (206) is connected with the carrying plate (214); the method is characterized in that: the device also comprises a protection component, a linkage component, a sliding plate (215), a first scraping plate (216) and a loosening component; the upper side of the trough (1) is connected with a protection component for preventing piglets from stepping on the trough (1) when the piglets eat; the left part and the right part of the protection component are respectively connected with a linkage component; the linkage assembly is matched with the protection assembly, so that the first scraping plate (216) moves back and forth on the sliding plate (215); two slide plates (215) which are bilaterally symmetrical are fixedly connected to the rear part of the upper side of the carrying plate (214); a first scraping plate (216) is connected between the two sliding plates (215) in a sliding way; the first scraping plate (216) is contacted with the carrying plate (214); the first scraping plate (216) is connected with the linkage assembly; the left part and the right part of the carrying plate (214) are respectively connected with a loosening assembly; the loosening component is used for pushing and loosening the feed remained and adhered at the two ends of the carrier plate (214);
the left part and the right part of the carrying plate (214) are respectively provided with a plurality of inclined round holes, and the carrying plate (214) is arranged in an inverted trapezoid shape;
the protection assembly comprises a first supporting plate (201), a first transmission column (202), a protection plate (203), a telescopic column (204) and a first spring (205); the rear part of the upper side of the trough (1) is fixedly connected with two first support plates (201) which are bilaterally symmetrical; a first transmission column (202) is rotatably connected between the two first support plates (201); a protection plate (203) is fixedly connected to the first transmission column (202); the middle part of the upper side of the trough (1) is fixedly connected with two symmetrical telescopic columns (204); the two telescopic columns (204) are respectively contacted with the protection plate (203); the front part of the upper side of the trough (1) is fixedly connected with two first springs (205) which are bilaterally symmetrical; one end of each of the two first springs (205) is fixedly connected with the protection plate (203);
the linkage assembly comprises a straight gear (207), a sliding rail (208) and a rack (209); the left part and the right part of the first transmission column (202) are fixedly connected with a spur gear (207) respectively; the rear part of the trough (1) is rotationally connected with two slide rails (208) which are bilaterally symmetrical; each of the two sliding rails (208) is connected with a rack (209) in a sliding way; the rack (209) is meshed with the spur gear (207); one end of the rack (209) is movably connected with the first scraping plate (216);
the loosening assembly at the left part of the carrying plate (214) comprises a round sleeve (217), a first connecting plate (218), a touch pad (219), a second connecting plate (220), a second supporting plate (221), a sliding block (222), a third connecting plate (223), a third supporting plate (224), a fourth supporting plate (225), a second spring (226), a wedge block (227), a cylinder (228), a connecting column (229) and a first elastic column (230); the left part of the carrying plate (214) is fixedly connected with a round sleeve (217); the round sleeve (217) is rotationally connected with a first connecting plate (218); a touch pad (219) is fixedly connected to the upper side of the first connecting plate (218); the left part of the lower side of the carrying plate (214) is fixedly connected with four second connecting plates (220) which are distributed in a rectangular shape; the lower sides of the four second connecting plates (220) are fixedly connected with a second supporting plate (221); the left part and the right part of the second supporting plate (221) are respectively connected with a sliding block (222) in a sliding way; the front parts of the opposite sides of the two sliding blocks (222) are fixedly connected with a third connecting plate (223) together; a third supporting plate (224) is fixedly connected to the left part of the front side of the third connecting plate (223); the front part of the third supporting plate (224) is in sliding connection with the first connecting plate (218); the rear part of the lower side of the trough (1) is fixedly connected with two fourth supporting plates (225); the front sides of the two fourth supporting plates (225) are fixedly connected with a second spring (226) respectively; one end of the second spring (226) is fixedly connected with the sliding block (222); the upper sides of the two sliding blocks (222) are fixedly connected with a plurality of wedge-shaped blocks (227) which are distributed in a front-back equidistant manner respectively; the left part and the right part of the second supporting plate (221) are fixedly connected with a plurality of first elastic columns (230) which are distributed in a front-back equidistant manner; a cylinder (228) is fixedly connected to the upper side of each first elastic column (230) at the left part and the upper side of each first elastic column (230) at the right part of the first supporting plate (201); the cylinder (228) is in contact with the wedge block (227); the upper side of each cylinder (228) is fixedly connected with a plurality of connecting columns (229) which are distributed at equal intervals left and right; each connecting column (229) is contacted with a round hole on the carrying plate (214), and each connecting column (229) is obliquely arranged;
the upper part of each wedge block (227) is provided with a V-shaped groove;
the device also comprises a containing system; a containing system is arranged behind the food groove (1); the holding system comprises a supporting frame (301), a hammering assembly, a connecting frame (306), a discharging hopper (307), a second L-shaped plate (308), a storage barrel (309), a scraping assembly, an electric push rod (317) and a third baffle (318); two support frames (301) which are bilaterally symmetrical are arranged behind the food groove (1); the upper parts of the front sides of the two supporting frames (301) are connected with a beating component; the middle parts of the opposite sides of the two supporting frames (301) are fixedly connected with a connecting frame (306) together; the upper side of the connecting frame (306) is connected with a discharging hopper (307); a discharging hopper (307) passes through the protection plate (203) and is positioned above the first scraping plate (216); the upper sides of the two supporting frames (301) are fixedly connected with a second L-shaped plate (308) respectively; a storage barrel (309) is fixedly connected between the two second L-shaped plates (308); the bottom of the storage barrel (309) is communicated with one end of the discharging hopper (307); a reservoir (309) in contact with the beating assembly; the storage barrel (309) is connected with a scraping component; the scraping component is connected with a second L-shaped plate (308) at the left; the left part and the right part of the lower side of the scraping assembly are fixedly connected with an electric push rod (317) respectively; the telescopic parts of the two electric push rods (317) are fixedly connected with a third baffle (318); the third baffle (318) is in contact with the discharge hopper (307).
