Description

Control method, gas water heater and readable storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of gas water heating equipment, in particular to a control method, a gas water heater and a readable storage medium.
Background
In the related art, when the gas water heater starts to burn, a user often needs to wait for a long time before using the gas water heater, and water resources and gas resources are wasted in the waiting process.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve at least one of the problems occurring in the prior art or the related art.
In view of this, the embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention provides a control method.
The embodiment of the second aspect of the invention provides a gas water heater.
The embodiment of the third aspect of the invention provides a readable storage medium.
In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides a control method for a gas water heater, the control method including: determining a first water inlet flow and a second water inlet flow corresponding to the gas water heater; controlling the gas water heater to feed water at a first water inlet flow rate, and detecting the water outlet temperature of the gas water heater; and controlling the gas water heater to feed water at a second water inlet flow rate according to the relation between the water outlet temperature and the adjacent temperature interval, wherein the first water inlet flow rate is smaller than the second water inlet flow rate.
According to the control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the main application object is the gas water heater, and during control, a first water inflow rate and a second water inflow rate corresponding to the gas water heater are determined firstly, wherein the first water inflow rate is smaller, and the second water inflow rate is larger. When the gas water heater is used, the water inlet flow of the gas water heater is controlled to be the first smaller water inlet flow, so that the rapid heating is realized, and it can be understood that when the combustion quantity of the gas water heater is kept at a fixed value, the smaller the flow is, the faster the heating speed is, the less time is consumed, and the time is shortened, so that the water resource and the gas resource consumed in the time are saved.
In addition, when the gas water heater is controlled to feed water at the first water inlet flow rate, the water outlet temperature of the gas water heater needs to be detected in real time, the time point of recovering normal water feeding of the gas water heater can be determined by comparing the water outlet temperature with the adjacent temperature interval, namely the time point of controlling water feeding of the gas water heater by using the second water inlet flow rate, it needs to be emphasized that the adjacent temperature interval corresponds to the water using temperature (namely the set temperature) preset by a user, generally, the temperature in the adjacent temperature interval is smaller than the water using temperature, so that when water enters at a small flow rate, the water outlet temperature reaches the vicinity of the water using temperature, the water inlet at a large flow rate is recovered, the efficiency of increasing the water temperature at the beginning of starting is optimized, and the constant temperature speed is also improved.
It can be understood that the first inflow water rate and the second inflow water rate are both the flow rate of the external water source discharging water into the water tank of the gas water heater.
Furthermore, when the outlet water temperature of the gas water heater is detected, the outlet water temperature can be detected by arranging a temperature sensor at the outlet end of the gas water heater, and of course, other modes can be adopted, such as arranging a temperature sensor at the position of the water mixing valve.
In addition, the control method in the above scheme provided by the present invention may also have the following additional technical features:
among the above-mentioned technical scheme, gas heater includes the water yield servo, and control gas heater is intake with first inflow flow, specifically includes: controlling the gas water heater to feed water at a first water inlet flow rate through a water quantity server; controlling the gas water heater to intake water at a second water inflow rate specifically comprises: and controlling the gas water heater to feed water at a second water inlet flow rate through the water quantity server.
In this technical scheme, through set up the water yield servo on gas heater, accessible water yield servo adjusts gas heater's the inflow flow, can understand, the water yield servo can be used to adjust the size of the inflow flow, utilize gas combustion to produce heat at gas heater self, on the basis of heating to the water tank, setting through the water yield servo, the regulation of gas proportional valve on the cooperable gas heater, reach rapid homothermal effect, specifically, can realize intaking with first inflow and second inflow respectively through the steerable gas heater of water yield servo, improve the regulation precision of discharge, improve user's use and experience.
Among the above-mentioned technical scheme, control gas heater through water volume servo and intake with first inflow flow, specifically include: determining the water inlet flow of the gas water heater; judging whether the water inlet flow is larger than the first water inlet flow; if so, reducing the water inflow rate through the water amount server, and executing the step of detecting the water outlet temperature of the gas water heater until the water inflow rate is the first water inflow rate.
In the technical scheme, when the gas water heater is controlled to intake water at the first water inflow rate, the control is mainly realized through the water amount server, specifically, the water inflow rate of the gas water heater is determined firstly and is compared with the first water inflow rate, when the actually detected water inflow rate is judged to be greater than the preset first water inflow rate, the water amount server is controlled to execute the reduction operation on the actual water inflow rate, and the water outflow temperature is obtained until the water inflow rate is reduced to the first water inflow rate, so that the subsequent normal water inflow flow is realized.
When the water quantity servo controls the water inlet flow, the control can be realized by controlling the section size of the valve port and the like.
Among the above-mentioned technical scheme, reduce into water flow through the water yield server, specifically include: determining the flow reduction amplitude; the flow rate of the inlet water is reduced by a flow rate reduction amplitude through the water flow rate servo.
In the technical scheme, when the inflow water flow is reduced, the flow reduction amplitude is determined firstly, and on the basis, the flow reduction amplitude is reduced for the current inflow water flow through the water flow servo, so that the multi-gear flow regulation can be realized. It can be understood that the water inlet flow after being reduced is still larger than the first water inlet flow, and the water inlet flow can be further reduced by the flow reduction amplitude until the water inlet flow is smaller than the first water inlet flow, so that the adjustment can be completed.
It can be understood that in the technical scheme, the regulation of the inflow is polar regulation, namely, the regulation is divided into a plurality of gears, and through the mode, the flow value regulated each time can be more accurate.
Among the above-mentioned technical scheme, according to the relation that goes out water temperature and close to the temperature interval, control gas heater and intake with the second inflow flow, specifically include: determining the water outlet temperature of the gas water heater; acquiring a set temperature corresponding to the gas water heater; determining an adjacent temperature interval according to the set temperature; and if the water outlet temperature is in the adjacent temperature range, executing the step of controlling the gas water heater to feed water at the second water inlet flow rate.
In this technical scheme, when controlling gas heater to intake with the second inflow water flow, need consider the relation between outlet water temperature and the adjacent temperature interval, specifically, when detecting outlet water temperature, can obtain the user and set for before, or default set temperature, can confirm different adjacent temperature intervals according to different set temperature to improve the pertinence of judging to different set temperature, further, when determining that the temperature of water is in adjacent temperature interval, intake with the second inflow water flow control gas heater.
Wherein, the temperature difference between the adjacent temperature intervals can be related to the set temperature, for example, when the set temperature is higher, the temperature difference between the adjacent temperature intervals can be larger, and when the set temperature is lower, the temperature difference between the adjacent temperature intervals can be smaller.
The temperature difference value of the adjacent temperature interval is the difference value between the upper limit value and the lower limit value of the adjacent temperature interval.
It should be noted that, because the adjacent temperature interval is provided, the possibility of frequent opening and closing caused by higher precision and increased adjustment times can be reduced.
Among the above-mentioned technical scheme, the play water temperature is located and closes on the temperature interval, specifically includes: the outlet water temperature is higher than the lower limit temperature of the adjacent temperature interval.
In this technical scheme, when judging that the water temperature is located near the temperature interval, mainly through comparing the lower limit temperature with the water temperature and near the temperature interval, can understand, when just starting gas heater, because the burning that needs the gas improves the temperature, so the trend of change of water temperature is from low to high, and the in-process that the leaving water temperature is rising gradually only needs to compare it with the lower limit temperature, can confirm whether need to advance to the gas heater with the second inflow flow.
In the above technical solution, further comprising: determining an adjusting temperature interval corresponding to the set temperature; and when the gas water heater is controlled to feed water at the second water inlet flow, controlling the water outlet temperature to be positioned in the temperature regulation interval.
In the technical scheme, the set temperature selected by the user is only one temperature value generally, the outlet water temperature is adjusted to the temperature adjusting range by determining the temperature adjusting range corresponding to the set temperature, certain errors can be provided for the operation of the gas water heater, the possibility of frequent adjustment is reduced, and the operation of the gas water heater is facilitated.
It should be understood that the temperature regulation interval may be a symmetrical interval with the set temperature as the center, or may be an interval with the set temperature as an upper limit temperature value or a lower limit temperature value.
Among the above-mentioned technical scheme, control a water temperature and be located the regulation temperature interval, specifically include: when the outlet water temperature is lower than the lower limit value of the temperature regulation interval, reducing the inlet water flow and/or increasing the combustion of a combustor in the gas water heater; and when the water outlet temperature is higher than the upper limit value of the temperature regulation interval, the water inlet flow is increased, and/or the combustion of a combustor in the gas water heater is reduced.
In this technical scheme, when control the leaving water temperature and be located the regulation temperature interval, specifically compare leaving water temperature with the upper limit value and the lower limit value of regulation temperature interval respectively, if leaving water temperature is lower, then the accessible reduces inflow or increases the burning and realize the intensification, still can control inflow simultaneously and reduce, and control increases the burning and in order to realize rapid heating up. Similarly, if the outlet water temperature is higher, the temperature of the outlet water can be reduced by increasing the inlet water flow or reducing the combustion, the inlet water flow can be controlled to be increased, and the combustion is controlled to be reduced to realize rapid cooling.
In the above technical solution, before determining the first water inflow and the second water inflow corresponding to the gas water heater, the method further includes: receiving a starting instruction of the gas water heater; and determining a first water inflow rate corresponding to the starting instruction and a second water inflow rate corresponding to the normal operation of the gas water heater.
In the technical scheme, the starting instruction is received before the first water inlet flow and the second water inlet flow are determined, the two water inlet flows are determined according to the starting instruction, and are obtained only after the starting instruction is received, so that the energy consumption when the gas water heater is not used is reduced, and meanwhile, the standby loss of internal electronic devices is also reduced.
It can be understood that the starting instruction is an instruction that a user needs to use the gas water heater to generate hot water.
In the above-mentioned technical scheme, after receiving the start instruction of gas heater, still include: determining an operation parameter corresponding to the front sweeping mode; and controlling the fan of the gas water heater to operate according to the operation parameters.
In the technical scheme, after a starting instruction is received, a lower front cleaning mode needs to be executed firstly, specifically, the operation parameters corresponding to the front cleaning mode are determined, including rotating speed, time and the like, and when a fan in the gas water heater is controlled to operate according to the operation parameters, combustion residues in the last operation can be blown out outwards, so that the influence on the current operation is reduced.
Wherein, the technical staff in the field should know that the preceding mode of cleaning is gas heater self inherent mode, cleans under the mode before, can control gas heater's fan operation to blow out the remaining impurity after last work in the pipeline, in order to reduce the influence to this burning heating.
In the above-mentioned technical scheme, before controlling gas heater and intaking with second inflow, still include: determining a pre-sweep time for the operating parameter; and controlling the gas water heater to feed water at a first water inlet flow rate according to the previous cleaning time.
In the technical scheme, the water inlet time of the first water inlet flow is limited to be the previous cleaning time of the operation parameter before the water is fed at the second water inlet flow with the larger flow, namely, the water is fed at the first water inlet flow with the smaller flow when the gas water heater operates in the previous cleaning mode, and the water outlet speed of the hot water is improved within the previous cleaning time.
Among the above-mentioned technical scheme, before detecting gas heater's play water temperature, still include: and after the cleaning time before the operation of the gas water heater is controlled, the gas water heater is controlled to ignite and burn.
In the technical scheme, after the cleaning mode is defined before the gas water heater is executed, namely the running time of the gas water heater reaches the cleaning time, the gas water heater is controlled to ignite and burn, the water outlet temperature can be continuously increased after the burning, and the water inlet flow of the gas water heater can be adjusted according to the change of the water outlet temperature, so that the quick adjustment is convenient to realize, and the unnecessary waste of resources is reduced.
In the above technical solution, further comprising: receiving a combustion stopping instruction corresponding to the gas water heater; and controlling the gas water heater to stop water inflow according to the combustion stopping instruction, and controlling the gas water heater to stop combustion.
In the technical scheme, no matter when the combustion stopping instruction is received in the operation process of the gas water heater, the user does not need to continuously burn hot water at the moment, so that the gas water heater needs to stop burning according to the combustion stopping instruction, and unnecessary waste of gas resources and water resources can be reduced.

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application, however, embodiments of the present invention may be practiced otherwise than as specifically described herein, and the scope of the present application is not limited by the specific details disclosed herein.
Some embodiments according to the invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a control method for a gas water heater, including: step S102: determining a first water inlet flow and a second water inlet flow corresponding to the gas water heater; step S104: controlling the gas water heater to feed water at a first water inlet flow rate, and detecting the water outlet temperature of the gas water heater; step S106: and controlling the gas water heater to feed water at a second water inlet flow rate according to the relation between the water outlet temperature and the adjacent temperature interval.
Wherein the first water inflow rate is less than the second water inflow rate.
According to the control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the main application object is the gas water heater, and during control, a first water inflow rate and a second water inflow rate corresponding to the gas water heater are determined firstly, wherein the first water inflow rate is smaller, and the second water inflow rate is larger. When the gas water heater is used, the water inlet flow of the gas water heater is controlled to be the first smaller water inlet flow, so that the rapid heating is realized, and it can be understood that when the combustion quantity of the gas water heater is kept at a certain time, the smaller the flow is, the faster the heating speed is, the less the consumed time is, and the time is shortened, so that the water resource and the gas resource consumed in the time are saved.
Wherein, can understand, first inflow and second inflow are the flow of external water source drainage income water in to the water tank of gas heater.
Further, set up water volume server on gas heater, accessible water volume server adjusts the inflow flow of gas heater, can understand, water volume server can be used to adjust the size of the inflow flow, utilize gas combustion to produce heat at gas heater self, on the basis of heating to the water tank, setting through water volume server, can cooperate the regulation of gas proportional valve on the gas heater, reach rapid homothermal effect, specifically, can realize intaking with first inflow and second inflow respectively through the steerable gas heater of water volume server, improve the regulation precision of discharge, improve user's use and experience.
Example two
As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a control method for a gas water heater, including: step S202: determining a first water inlet flow and a second water inlet flow corresponding to the gas water heater; step S204: determining the water inlet flow of the gas water heater; step S206: judging whether the water inlet flow is larger than the first water inlet flow; if yes, go to step S208: reducing the water inlet flow through a water quantity server, and detecting the water outlet temperature of the gas water heater until the water inlet flow is the first water inlet flow; step S210: controlling the gas water heater to feed water at a second water inlet flow rate according to the relation between the water outlet temperature and the adjacent temperature interval; if the determination result in step S206 is no, the process returns to step S204.
Wherein the first water inflow rate is less than the second water inflow rate.
When controlling the gas water heater to intake water at the first water inflow rate, the control is mainly realized through the water amount server, specifically, the water inflow rate of the gas water heater is determined firstly and is compared with the first water inflow rate, when the actually detected water inflow rate is judged to be larger than the preset first water inflow rate, the water amount server is controlled to perform the operation of reducing the actual water inflow rate, and the water outflow temperature is obtained until the water inflow rate is reduced to the first water inflow rate, so that the subsequent flow of normal water inflow is realized.
When the water quantity servo controls the water inlet flow, the control can be realized by controlling the section size of the valve port and the like.
When the inflow water flow is reduced, the flow reduction amplitude is determined firstly, and on the basis, the flow reduction amplitude is reduced for the current inflow water flow through the water flow servo, so that the multi-gear flow regulation can be realized. It can be understood that the reduced water inlet flow is still larger than the first water inlet flow, and the water inlet flow can be reduced continuously by the flow reduction amplitude until the water inlet flow is smaller than the first water inlet flow, so that the adjustment can be completed.
It can be understood that in the technical scheme, the regulation of the water inlet flow is polar regulation, namely, the regulation is divided into a plurality of gears, and the flow value regulated each time can be more accurate through the mode.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 3, the present embodiment provides a control method for a gas water heater, including: step S302: determining a first water inlet flow and a second water inlet flow corresponding to the gas water heater; step S304: controlling the gas water heater to feed water at a first water inlet flow rate, and detecting the water outlet temperature of the gas water heater; step S306: determining the water outlet temperature of the gas water heater; step S308: acquiring a set temperature corresponding to the gas water heater; step S310: determining an adjacent temperature interval according to the set temperature; step S312: and if the water outlet temperature is in the adjacent temperature range, controlling the gas water heater to feed water at a second water inlet flow.
Wherein the first water inflow rate is less than the second water inflow rate.
When controlling the gas water heater to intake water at the second intake flow rate, the relationship between the outlet water temperature and the adjacent temperature interval needs to be considered, specifically, when the outlet water temperature is detected, the user-used preset temperature or the default set temperature can be obtained, different adjacent temperature intervals can be determined according to different set temperatures, the pertinence of judgment on different set temperatures is improved, and further, when the temperature of the water is determined to be in the adjacent temperature intervals, the inlet water of the gas water heater is controlled by the second intake flow.
The temperature difference between the adjacent temperature zones may be related to the set temperature, for example, when the set temperature is higher, the temperature difference between the adjacent temperature zones may be larger, and when the set temperature is lower, the temperature difference between the adjacent temperature zones may be smaller.
The temperature difference value of the adjacent temperature interval is the difference value between the upper limit value and the lower limit value of the adjacent temperature interval.
It should be noted that, because the adjacent temperature interval is provided, the possibility of frequent opening and closing caused by the higher precision and the increased adjustment times can be reduced.
Further, when judging that the water temperature is located the temperature range that closes on, mainly through comparing the water temperature with the lower limit temperature that closes on the temperature range, can understand, when just starting gas heater, because the burning that needs the gas improves the temperature, so the trend of change of water temperature is from low to high, and the in-process that the leaving water temperature is rising gradually only needs to compare it with the lower limit temperature, can confirm whether need to advance to the gas heater in with the second flow of intaking.
Furthermore, the set temperature selected by the user is only one temperature value, the outlet water temperature is adjusted to the temperature adjusting range by determining the temperature adjusting range corresponding to the set temperature, certain errors can be provided for the operation of the gas water heater, the possibility of frequent adjustment is reduced, and the operation of the gas water heater is facilitated.
It should be understood that the temperature regulation interval may be a symmetrical interval centered on the set temperature, or may be an interval in which the set temperature is an upper limit temperature value or a lower limit temperature value.
In addition, when control the temperature of delivery water and be located the regulation temperature interval, specifically compare the delivery water temperature with the upper limit value and the lower limit value of regulation temperature interval respectively, if the delivery water temperature is lower, then the accessible reduces into water flow or increases the burning and realize rising temperature, still can control simultaneously and intake water flow and reduce, and control and increase the burning and realize rapid heating up. Similarly, if the outlet water temperature is higher, the temperature of the outlet water can be reduced by increasing the inlet water flow or reducing the combustion, the inlet water flow can be controlled to be increased, and the combustion is controlled to be reduced to realize rapid cooling.
Example four
As shown in fig. 4, the present embodiment provides a control method for a gas water heater, including: step S402: receiving a starting instruction of the gas water heater; step S404: determining a first water inflow rate corresponding to the starting instruction and a second water inflow rate corresponding to the normal operation of the gas water heater; step S406: controlling the gas water heater to feed water at a first water inlet flow rate, and detecting the water outlet temperature of the gas water heater; step S408: and controlling the gas water heater to feed water at a second water inlet flow rate according to the relation between the water outlet temperature and the adjacent temperature interval.
Wherein the first water inflow rate is less than the second water inflow rate.
The starting instruction is received before the first water inlet flow and the second water inlet flow are determined, the two water inlet flows are determined according to the starting instruction, and the two water inlet flows are obtained only after the starting instruction is received, so that the energy consumption when the gas water heater is not used is reduced, and meanwhile, the standby loss of internal electronic devices is also reduced.
It can be understood that the starting instruction is an instruction that a user needs to use the gas water heater to generate hot water
Further, after a starting instruction is received, a lower front cleaning mode needs to be executed firstly, specifically, the operation parameters corresponding to the front cleaning mode are determined, including rotating speed, time and the like, and when the fan in the gas water heater is controlled to operate according to the operation parameters, the combustion residues in the last operation can be blown out outwards, so that the influence on the current operation is reduced.
Wherein, the technical staff in the field should know that the preceding mode of cleaning is gas heater self inherent mode, cleans under the mode before, can control gas heater's fan operation to blow out the remaining impurity after last work in the pipeline, in order to reduce the influence to this burning heating.
Furthermore, before water is fed at the second water inlet flow with a larger flow, the water feeding time of the first water inlet flow is limited as the pre-cleaning time of the operation parameter, namely, when the gas water heater operates in the pre-cleaning mode, water is fed at the first water inlet flow with a smaller flow, and the water outlet speed of hot water is increased in the pre-cleaning time.
In addition, after the gas water heater executes the front cleaning mode, namely after the running time of the gas water heater reaches the front cleaning time, the gas water heater is controlled to ignite and burn, the water outlet temperature can be continuously increased after burning, and at the moment, the water inlet flow of the gas water heater can be adjusted according to the change of the water outlet temperature, so that the effects of realizing quick adjustment and reducing unnecessary resource waste are facilitated.
In this embodiment, in the operation process of the gas water heater, no matter when the combustion stopping instruction is received, it indicates that the user does not need to continue to burn hot water at this time, so the gas water heater needs to stop burning according to the combustion stopping instruction, and unnecessary waste of gas resources and water resources can be reduced.
EXAMPLE five
As shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment provides a gas water heater 100 including a processor 120 and a memory 110. The processor 120 is electrically connected to the memory 110, the memory 110 stores programs or instructions, and the processor 120 is configured to implement the steps of the control method when executing the programs or instructions, so that the gas water heater 100 of the present invention has all the advantages of the control method in any of the above embodiments, and details are not described herein.
In addition, the gas water heater 100 includes a water server (i.e., water volume server) at the water inlet end, water flow rate sensors, a temperature sensor at the water outlet end, and a processor 120.
When the water heater just starts burning, the water inlet flow is adjusted to be smaller through the water server. The processor 120 then controls the fast combustion, and since the water flow is now reduced by the water servo, the heating rate will become faster than the original flow. When the processor 120 detects that the temperature of the outlet water temperature sensor is close to the set temperature, the processor 120 drives the water servo to re-adjust the water flow to the initial value.
When the hot water at the water outlet end reaches the set temperature, compared with the initial water flow before the water server is turned down, the waste water and the fuel gas which are not hot enough are reduced, the energy-saving effect is achieved, and the constant temperature speed is relatively improved.
Further, when the control method is implemented by applying the embodiment, the controller drives the water servo to adjust the water flow to be small simultaneously during front cleaning according to the initial water flow when the machine is started. After ignition and combustion, when the water outlet temperature detected at the water outlet end of the water heater is close to the set temperature, the controller drives the water servo to rapidly adjust the water flow, and in the process of increasing the water flow, the water outlet temperature is controlled to be equal to the set temperature, and the temperature of the hot water is kept stable. As shown in fig. 6, the control method includes step S602: performing initialization on the gas water heater; step S604: judging whether water inflow is detected; if yes, executing step S606 to judge whether the initial water flow of the inlet water is larger than the target turn-down value; if not, returning to the step S602; if the determination result in the step S606 is yes, the step S608 is executed: driving a water quantity server to reduce the water flow; if the determination result in step S606 is no, return is made to step S604; step S610: judging whether the water flow reaches a target turn-down value or not; if yes, go to step S612: judging whether the previous cleaning is finished or not, and returning to the step S608 if not; when the determination result in step S612 is yes, step S614 is executed: ignition combustion constant temperature control; if the determination result in step S612 is no, return is made to step S610; step S616: judging whether the water outlet section reaches a set temperature or not; if yes, go to step S618: driving a water quantity server to increase the water flow; if the determination result in step S616 is no, return is made to step S614; step S620: judging whether combustion is stopped; if yes, the process returns to step S602, otherwise, step S622 is executed: and (5) controlling the constant temperature.
