Example one
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a hand-held ironing device comprises a main body part 1 and a handle part 2, wherein the main body part 1 and the handle part 2 form an included angle, so that the hand-held ironing device is in a pistol type when in use, and the main body part 1 and the handle part 2 can be assembled in a detachable mode.
The hand-held ironing device further comprises: a heating unit 31 in the main body, and a water tank unit 20 and a suction unit 32 in the handle 2. The heating component 31 is connected with the water tank component 20; the main body 1 is provided with a housing 11, and the heating element 31 is located in the housing 11. The main body part 1 is provided with an ironing end surface 12; the ironing end face 12 is provided with a heat conductor for ironing clothes, the heat conductor is connected with the heating component 31 and is used for ironing the clothes at high temperature, the ironing end face 12 is provided with a water spraying opening and a suction opening, and the heating component 31 heats and evaporates liquid and then sprays steam to the ironed clothes from the water spraying opening 121; the suction assembly 32 generates suction to the laundry through the suction opening 122.
The water spray opening 121 and the air suction opening 122 are positioned on the ironing end surface 12; the suction port 122 communicates with the suction module 32. Specifically, the water jet 121 communicates with the heat generating element 31, and the air suction port 122 communicates with the air suction element 32. The suction unit 32 includes a suction motor 321 and an impeller 322, the impeller 322 is fixed to a distal end of a rotation shaft of the suction motor 321, the handle portion 2 is provided with a negative pressure region for accommodating the suction motor 321 and the impeller 322, and the suction port 122 communicates with the negative pressure region. An air suction passage 123 is provided between the air suction port 122 and the negative pressure region, and the air suction passage 123 communicates the air suction port 122 with the negative pressure region. The air suction passage 123 is located on the side of the heat generating component close to the air suction component 32, or the air suction passage 123 is located on the side of the heat generating component away from the air suction component 32. When the impeller 322 rotates, a negative pressure is generated in the negative pressure region, and thus the suction port 122 generates a suction force to the laundry.
Referring to fig. 2, when the suction channel 123 is located at a side of the heat generating component 31 close to the suction component 32, that is, the suction channel 123 is located below the heat generating component 31, a pipe (not shown) for communicating the heat generating component 31 with the water tank assembly needs to pass through the suction channel, but the design can shorten the distance between the suction port 122 and the suction component 32, and improve the effect of sucking the laundry. When the air suction channel 31 is positioned on one side of the heating component, which is far away from the air suction component 32, the air suction channel 123 is positioned above the heating component 31, and a pipeline for communicating the heating component 31 and the water tank component in the design does not need to pass through the air suction channel, so that the structure is optimized, and the production is facilitated.
Preferably, the end of the suction passage 123 is provided with a filter member for filtering the external air to enter the negative pressure region. Specifically, a filter member, which is a filter net, may be provided in the main body portion 1. The filter member 33 is detachably mounted in the main body 1, and the filter member 33 is detachable from the main body 1. Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the end of the heating element 31 is provided with a mounting groove, the top or the end of the main body portion 1 is provided with an opening, the filtering member 33 is mounted in the mounting groove of the main body portion 1 in a detachable mounting manner such as clamping, and is sealed by the sealing cover at the opening, and the filtering member 33 can be detached from the opening by opening the sealing cover. Preferably, the heating rod 313 and the suction module 32 are connected to a power module, which may be a storage battery or a power supply.
The hand-held ironing device further comprises a control panel located in the handle portion 2, in particular, mounted below a water tank (not shown in the figures) which may be cooled by the water tank in the handle portion 2. 9. The hand held ironing device according to claim 1, wherein the suction assembly is located at a distance from the main body portion that is less than a distance from the tank assembly to the main body portion.
10. The hand-held ironing device according to claim 1, further comprising a control panel, the control panel being located within the handle portion.
