Abstract
本发明公开了一种原位采集芳香植物挥发性及半挥发性物质的装置,包括景观架、可拆卸连接在景观架上的吸附组件和气流调节装置;景观架为垂直廊架结构且均布若干组用于安装吸附组件的梅花状点位,吸附组件包括吸附剂和用于放置吸附剂的固定件,吸附剂为采用共沉淀或溶胶凝胶方法制备的有机‑无机复合材料,有机‑无机复合材料的有机部分由表面活性剂和树脂组成,有机‑无机复合材料的无机部分由多孔性粘土矿物和SiO2组成;吸附剂通过造粒、压片/块、拉丝或成膜的方法制备成片状或块状结构;本发明具有结构简单,设计合理,吸附剂的吸附容量高,脱附活化效果好,装卸方便,稳定性好,重复利用仍能保证良好的吸附效果,实现芳香植物生物活性物质的有效采集。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于植物资源开发及应用技术领域,尤其涉及一种原位采集芳香植物挥发性及半挥发性物质的装置。
背景技术
近年来,芳香植物的资源化利用以及其在生态康养园区规划方面的应用备受人们关注。在健康中国战略下,原位采集芳香植物挥发性以及半挥发性生物活性物质,有助于原位甚至实时在线检测植物次生代谢产生的挥发性及半挥发性的生物活性物质的实际组成,以便积极服务于植物次生代谢分析、医药生物合成开发、康养医疗保健体系与康养园区规划设计建设等基于植物的健康前沿科技研究以及相关行业产业发展
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种原位采集芳香植物挥发性及半挥发性物质的装置,结构简单,设计合理,吸附剂的吸附容量高,脱附活化效果好,装卸方便,稳定性好,重复利用仍能保证良好的吸附效果,实现芳香植物生物活性物质的有效采集,以便于后续研发利用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种原位采集芳香植物挥发性及半挥发性物质的装置,包括景观架、可拆卸连接在景观架上的吸附组件和气流调节装置;所述景观架为垂直廊架结构且均布若干组用于安装吸附组件的梅花状点位,所述吸附组件包括吸附剂和用于放置吸附剂的固定件,所述吸附剂为采用共沉淀或溶胶凝胶方法制备的有机-无机复合材料,所述有机-无机复合材料的有机部分由表面活性剂和树脂组成,所述有机-无机复合材料的无机部分由多孔性粘土矿物和SiO2组成。
优选地,所述吸附剂通过造粒、压片/块、拉丝或成膜的方法制备成片状或块状结构;
优选地,所述气流调节装置用于不同方向或不同位置均匀对吸附组件鼓风和吸风;
优选地,所述气流调节装置为鼓风机;
优选地,所述固定件上具有与吸附剂结构相匹配的嵌套槽,所述嵌套槽的中心具有用于推出吸附剂的通孔;
优选地,所述固定件上具有用于与景观架可拆卸连接的挂钩。
本发明提供的一种原位采集芳香植物挥发性及半挥发性物质的装置,具有如下有益效果:

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例和附图对本发明做进一步说明,以助于理解本发明的内容。
如图1-2所示,为本发明提供的一种原位采集芳香植物挥发性及半挥发性物质的装置,包括景观架1、可拆卸连接在景观架1上的吸附组件2和气流调节装置3;景观架1为垂直廊架结构且均布若干组用于安装吸附组件2的梅花状点位,可根据周边景观进行设计调整。吸附组件2包括吸附剂21和用于放置吸附剂21的固定件22,容易吸收挥发性以及半挥发性物质的吸附剂21为采用共沉淀或溶胶凝胶方法制备的有机-无机复合材料,有机-无机复合材料的有机部分由表面活性剂和树脂组成,有机-无机复合材料的无机部分由多孔性粘土矿物和SiO2组成,可反复使用,以保障吸附性能稳定性、吸附容量以及活化再生后重复利用性,而且,吸附剂21通过造粒、压片/块、拉丝或成膜的方法制备成片状或块状结构,与固定件22装卸方便,便于回收和活化。如图2所示,固定件22上具有与吸附剂21结构相匹配的嵌套槽221,嵌套槽221的中心具有用于推出吸附剂21的通孔222,固定件22上具有用于与景观架1的固定网板11可拆卸连接的挂钩223。气流调节装置3用于不同方向或不同位置均匀对吸附组件2鼓风和吸风,多点鼓气及吸气以便加速挥发性以及半挥发性物质的扩散与吸附采集,气流调节装置3为鼓风机。
在可调节高度等尺寸的景观架1的固定网板11上60cm×60cm范围内梅花点位布设吸附组件2,片状结构的吸附剂21的直径为10cm,厚度为2mm以吸附芳香植物挥发性与半挥发性物质,均采集到了芳香植物的特征香气物质或其他生物活性物质,如迷迭香的桉叶油醇和蒎烯等精油组分。
吸附剂21的吸附容量高、脱附活化效果好,装卸方便,重复利用十次以上吸附效果仍能保持在原有容量90%以上且达到原有吸脱附速率82%以上。
鼓风机的鼓气加强对流可提高吸附速率将近36%,鼓热气及水蒸气可进一步改善吸附效果,保持合理频次和温湿度,将有效保护植物的正常生长。
景观架1利用垂直廊架结构结合植物不同部位的吸附剂21布设有助于对植物不同生长期、不同部位以及相关组织造成的香气质差异的分析比较,为后续相关研发利用和植物景观设计提供支持,在植物资源开发及应用领域潜力大。

1.一种原位采集芳香植物挥发性及半挥发性物质的装置,其特征在于,包括景观架、可拆卸连接在景观架上的吸附组件和气流调节装置;所述景观架为垂直廊架结构且均布若干组用于安装吸附组件的梅花状点位,所述吸附组件包括吸附剂和用于放置吸附剂的固定件,所述吸附剂为采用共沉淀或溶胶凝胶方法制备的有机-无机复合材料,所述有机-无机复合材料的有机部分由表面活性剂和树脂组成,所述有机-无机复合材料的无机部分由多孔性粘土矿物和SiO2组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种原位采集芳香植物挥发性及半挥发性物质的装置,其特征在于,所述吸附剂通过造粒、压片/块、拉丝或成膜的方法制备成片状或块状结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种原位采集芳香植物挥发性及半挥发性物质的装置,其特征在于,所述气流调节装置用于不同方向或不同位置均匀对吸附组件鼓风和吸风。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种原位采集芳香植物挥发性及半挥发性物质的装置,其特征在于,所述气流调节装置为鼓风机。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种原位采集芳香植物挥发性及半挥发性物质的装置,其特征在于,所述固定件上具有与吸附剂结构相匹配的嵌套槽,所述嵌套槽的中心具有用于推出吸附剂的通孔。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种原位采集芳香植物挥发性及半挥发性物质的装置,其特征在于,所述固定件上具有用于与景观架可拆卸连接的挂钩。
