Abstract

一种掩膜板(10)及其制备方法、显示面板(40)及其制备方法、显示装置,涉及显示技术领域。掩膜板(10)的第一区域(102b1)具有的第一通孔(a1)和第二区域(102b2)具有的第二通孔(a2)之间具有间隙。因此采用掩膜板(10)制备得到的显示面板(40)中的多个阴极图案之间具有间隙,显示面板(40)的透过率较高,摄像头的成像效果较好。并且,由于第二通孔(a2)的形状为中心对称图形或轴对称图形,因此张网设备能够获取第二通孔(a2)的位置信息,并能够根据第二通孔(a2)的位置信息将掩膜主体(102)固定在掩膜框架(101)上,从而保证张网设备的张网精度,进而能够保证采用掩膜板(10)制备得到的显示面板(40)的良率。
