The disclosure relates to the field of mobile internet, in particular to a method, a device and a system for verifying a registration number.
Background
Currently, in the field of mobile internet, mobile communication technology is rapidly developed. In the mobile communication process, the basic flow of signaling interaction inside the core network is divided into: registration, discovery, service request.
Disclosure of Invention
The inventors have noted that some users cannot use the network in roaming scenarios. After analyzing this phenomenon, the inventor further finds that there is manually configured data (e.g., a number segment formed by a user permanent identifier SUPI number) in the information to be registered in the related art, and the manual configuration is likely to cause a wrong configuration of the number segment, and in a case where the number segment with the wrong configuration is registered, a service request procedure of subsequent signaling interaction within the core network will not be performed normally, thereby making the user unable to use the network.
For example, if the network element providing services by the core network in province a configures and registers the number segments in provinces a and B, when the user is in a roaming scenario, the network element visiting the services used by province a finds the network element providing services by the core network in province a, and registration information including the number segments in provinces a and B is obtained due to an error in configuration of the number segment in province a.
Therefore, when the province B user roams to the visiting province and uses the network in the visiting province, the service request can be sent to the network element providing the service to the core network of the province A, but the network element of the province A does not have the registration data of the province B user, and finally the province B user cannot use the network.

Fig. 1 is a flow diagram of a method of verifying a registration number according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.
In step 102, a verification request from a network storage function, NRF, network element is received. Here, the verification request includes an identifier of a network element of the core network and an application number for which the network element requests registration from the NRF network element.
In some embodiments, the network element comprises: a unified data management function (UDM) network element, a Policy Control Function (PCF) network element, or an authentication service function (AUSF) network element. In some embodiments, the identification of the network element comprises an Internet Protocol (IP) address.
The application number requesting registration includes at least one number, each of which is a user permanent identifier (SUPI) number or a general public identifier (GPSI) number.
For example, the application number includes only one number, which is a SUPI number or a GPSI number.
Also for example, the application number includes a plurality of numbers, which may be a SUPI number or a GPSI number, or a combination of a SUPI number and a GPSI number.
In step 104, a legal number corresponding to the network element is obtained according to the identifier of the network element.
For example, according to the pre-stored identifier of the network element, the legal number corresponding to the network element can be obtained by using the corresponding relationship between the identifier and the legal number.
In step 106, the application number is verified according to the legal number to obtain a verification result.
For example, whether each number in the application numbers is in a legal number or not is judged, and if all the numbers in the application numbers fall into the range of the legal number, the verification result is successful; and if the numbers in the application number do not all fall into the range of legal numbers, the verification result is verification failure.
In step 108, the verification result is sent to the NRF network element, so that the NRF network element determines whether to approve registration of the application number according to the verification result.
For example, in the case that the verification result is successful, the application number registered by the registration request is agreed; and if the verification result is verification failure, not agreeing with the application number registered by the registration request.
In the above embodiment, the application number requesting registration in the verification request from the NRF network element is verified to obtain the verification result, and then the NRF network element may determine whether to approve registration of the application number according to the verification result, so that accuracy of the number requesting registration is improved, and thus, possibility that the user cannot normally use the network is reduced.
In some embodiments, the geographic area to which the network element belongs may be determined according to the identifier of the network element, and then a legal number may be acquired according to the geographic area. As some implementations, the geographic region may be an administrative division region, such as a province. For example, different provinces correspond to different legal numbers, and it is determined that the network element corresponds to a province according to the IP address of the network element, so that the legal number corresponding to the province a can be acquired.
In the above embodiment, the geographical area to which the network element belongs is determined by using the identifier of the network element, and then the corresponding legal number is obtained according to the geographical area. Therefore, the application number only needs to be checked according to the legal number corresponding to the geographical area to which the network element belongs, and the application number does not need to be checked according to numbers corresponding to other geographical areas, so that the checking speed is improved.
Some implementations of step 106 are described below in connection with various embodiments.
In some embodiments, the application number includes a first application number segment, the legitimate number includes a first legitimate number segment, and each of the first application number segment and the first legitimate number segment is a SUPI number.
In these embodiments, in the case that each number in the first application number segment belongs to the first legal number segment, the verification result of the first application number segment is successful; and under the condition that at least one number in the first application number section does not belong to the first legal number section, the verification result of the first application number section is verification failure.
For example, the legal SUPI number segment of province a is 460110000000000 to 460110000000099, then the verification is successful in the case of application SUPI numbers 460110000000001 to 460110000000099; in case of the applied SUPI numbers 460110000000001 to 460110000000111, the verification fails.
In other embodiments, the application number includes a second application number segment, the valid number includes a second valid number segment, and each of the second application number segment and the second valid number segment is a GPSI number.
Similarly, in the case that each number in the second application number segment belongs to the second legal number segment, the verification result of the second application number segment is successful; and under the condition that at least one number in the second application number section does not belong to the second legal number section, the verification result of the second application number section is verification failure.
In the above embodiment, different legal number segments are used to verify different types of number segments requesting registration in the verification request from the NRF network element, and the verification is successful only when all the number segments applied fall into the legal number segments, and then all the application numbers falling into the legal number segments are registered, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the numbers to be registered, and solving the problem that the user cannot normally use the network due to wrong configuration of the registration number segments.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a method for verifying a registration number according to further embodiments of the present disclosure.
In step 202, the NRF network element sends a check request in response to a registration request of a network element of the core network. Here, the verification request includes an identification of the network element and an application number of the network element requesting registration to the NRF network element, wherein the application number includes at least one number, each of which is a SUPI number or a GPSI number.
In some embodiments, the network element comprises: a UDM network element, a PCF network element, or an AUSF network element. The identification of the network element comprises an IP address.
The application number requesting registration includes at least one number, each of which is a SUPI number or a GPSI number.
For example, the application number includes only one number, which is a SUPI number or a GPSI number.
Also for example, the application number includes a plurality of numbers, which may be a SUPI number or a GPSI number, or a combination of a SUPI number and a GPSI number.
In step 204, the NRF network element receives the verification result.
In some embodiments, the verification result includes a verification success or a verification failure.
In step 206, the NRF network element determines whether to approve the application number registered by the registration request according to the verification result.
In the above embodiment, the NRF network element sends the verification request in response to the registration request of the network element of the core network, and receives the verification result, and then may determine whether to approve the registration application number according to the verification result, so that the accuracy of the number requested to be registered is improved, and the possibility that the user cannot normally use the network is reduced.
A specific embodiment of the verification method of the registration number of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to table 1.
Table 1 shows IP addresses of the UDM and PCF network elements in provinces a, B and C and start and end values of corresponding SUPI legal number segments.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0003605564830000091
The following describes a method for verifying a registration number in the present disclosure, taking province a as an example.
When the UDM network element and the PCF network element in the province A are on line, registration is applied to the NRF network element in the province A, and meanwhile information such as network element IP address information, SUPI capable of providing services and the like is provided.
When the NRF network element in the province A receives the registration requests from the UDM network element and the PCF network element in the province A, the SUPI number and the IP address of the network element are respectively extracted from the registration requests, and the verification request of the network element application number is sent to a verification device of the registration number.
As shown in table 1, the extracted IP address of the UDM network element is 1.1.1.1, and the IP address of the PCF network element is 1.1.2.1.
For example, the extracted SUPI number of the UDM network element for registration application has a minimum value of 460110000000000 and a maximum value of 460110000000199. The minimum value of the extracted SUPI numbers for registration application of the PCF network element is 460110000000000, and the maximum value is 460110000000099.
And after receiving the verification request, the verification device of the registration number confirms the verification request sent by the UDM network element and the PCF network element in the province A according to the IP address of the network element to be verified, and calls the stored SUPI number section data in the province A and the province A. As shown in table 1, the start value of the SUPI segment of the a-province law is 460110000000000, and the cutoff value is 460110000000099.
And the checking device for the registration number respectively compares the registration application numbers and the legal numbers of the UDM network element and the PCF network element in province A and returns the checking result to the NRF network element in province A. A, the maximum value of the numbers applied for registration of the UDM network element in province is larger than the maximum value of the legal numbers, and the verification result is verification failure; and the minimum value of the number applying for registration of the PCF network element in province A is equal to the minimum value of the legal number, the maximum value of the number applying for registration is equal to the maximum value of the legal number, and the verification result is successful.
After receiving the verification result of the verification device of the registration number, the NRF network element in province A returns registration failure to the UDM network element according to the verification result, and does not allow the SUPI number segment applied by the registration of the UDM network element; and returning the successful registration to the PCF network element, and allowing the PCF network element to register.
