Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an intelligent household control switch based on a PLC technology, which can avoid the phenomenon that a wire end can still be in butt joint with a butt joint interface of a switching power supply due to over-short wire end reservation, can realize false touch prevention on a switch, and can automatically cut off the power supply when the switch is excessively high in heating.
The invention provides the following technical scheme: an intelligent household control switch based on a PLC technology comprises a wire box and a PLC control module, wherein a switch control module and a power supply butt joint assembly are arranged in the wire box, an outer cover plate is buckled outside the wire box, adjusting assemblies for controlling the energy storage release direction are arranged on two sides of the switch control module and two sides of the wire box respectively, the adjusting assemblies of the switch control module and the adjusting assemblies of the wire box are connected through the energy storage assemblies, a temperature sensor is arranged in the switch control module, and a power-off gap is reserved between the switch control module and the outer cover plate;
the PLC control module comprises a CPU module, a DI module, a DO module and a programming computer, and the PLC control module performs information interaction with a remote control end through a wireless communication module; the PLC control module judges and processes the acquired information;
a limiting flange is arranged at the end of the wire box, a guide groove is arranged on the inner side wall of the wire box, an inserting hole is formed in the side wall of the wire box, an adjusting assembly is connected in the inserting hole and comprises a clamping column, and electromagnetic bolts for controlling the energy storage release direction are arranged at two ends of the clamping column; the side wall of the switch control module is provided with a guide block matched with the guide groove, the switch control module is provided with an insertion hole butted with the electromagnetic bolt, and the two clamping columns are connected through an energy storage assembly; the energy storage assembly is a pin-shaped torsion spring, a screw hole for fixing the power supply butt joint assembly is formed in the wire box, the power supply butt joint assembly comprises an electrode column base, an electrode column is fixed on the electrode column base, a buffer cylinder is rotatably connected to the electrode column base, a spring is movably sleeved outside the buffer cylinder, and one end of the buffer cylinder is in threaded connection with the screw hole;
when the temperature sensor detects that the temperature of the switch control module is higher than a preset value, the PLC control module controls the extension of an electromagnetic bolt on one side, far away from the switch control module, of a clamping column connected with the switch control module, controls the extension of an electromagnetic bolt on one side, far away from the inner wall of a wire box, of the clamping column connected with the wire box, controls the contraction of the electromagnetic bolt on the side, far away from the port of the wire box, of the clamping column connected with the switch control module, and controls the contraction of the electromagnetic bolt on the side, far away from the port of the wire box, of the clamping column in butt joint with the wire box; the elasticity of the pin-shaped torsion spring for assisting in pushing the switch control module to slide towards the inside of the wire box is changed into the elasticity of the pin-shaped torsion spring for assisting in pushing the switch control module to move towards the outside of the wire box.
The invention also has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, through the matching among the power supply butt joint assembly, the switch control module, the energy storage assembly and the like, on the first hand, the power supply butt joint assembly and the tool can be deeply inserted into the wire box, and the butt joint can be conveniently and rapidly carried out; thereby can not appear like the circumstances in the electric connection butt joint mouth that can't insert the electric connection butt joint mouth like the stub short reason of reserving among the prior art appearing in the stub, the second aspect, through making the power butt joint subassembly, the form of the quick grafting butt joint of on-off control module, when maintaining on-off control module, need not dismantle the power butt joint subassembly once more, thereby avoid again like the circumstances in the electric connection butt joint mouth that can't insert the electric connection butt joint mouth in the stub short reason of reserving among the prior art appearing in the stub, the third aspect, lead to the setting of energy storage component, thereby making the power butt joint subassembly, the form of the quick grafting butt joint of on-off control module, still can guarantee the power butt joint subassembly, the stability of the electric connection between the on-off control module.
2. According to the invention, through mutual matching of the energy storage assembly, the adjusting assembly, the power supply butt joint assembly and the like, when a person touches a switch which is not required to be opened or closed, the switch control module integrally extrudes the spring inwards to shrink, the spring shrinks, and the switch control module integrally moves inwards, so that the switch touched by mistake is hidden in the wire box, and the condition that the switch which is not required to be opened or closed is opened or closed due to mistake touch is avoided.
3. According to the invention, through mutual matching of the energy storage assembly, the adjusting assembly, the power supply butt joint assembly and the like, the extension and the contraction of the electromagnetic bolt on the adjusting assembly are controlled, so that the energy storage assembly is adjusted to push the switch control module to move, on one hand, labor is saved when the switch control module is installed, and on the other hand, when the temperature of the switch control module is overhigh, the electric connection between the power supply butt joint assembly and the switch control module can be automatically cut off, and finally, the situation that a fire disaster is caused or other electric equipment is damaged due to overheating of a switch is avoided.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
As shown in fig. 1-10, an intelligent home control switch based on a PLC technology includes a line box 1 and a PLC control module, a switch control module 2 and a power supply butt joint assembly 3 are disposed in the line box 1, an outer cover plate 4 is fastened outside the line box 1, adjusting assemblies 5 for controlling the direction of releasing stored energy are disposed on both sides of the switch control module 2 and both sides of the line box 1, the adjusting assemblies 5 of the switch control module 2 and the adjusting assemblies 5 of the line box 1 are connected through an energy storage assembly 6, and a temperature sensor is disposed in the switch control module 2; and a power-off gap is reserved between the switch control module 2 and the outer cover plate 4.
The PLC control module comprises a CPU module, a DI module, a DO module and a programming computer, and the PLC control module performs information interaction with a remote control end through a wireless communication module; the PLC control module judges and processes the acquired information; according to the invention, the PLC control module is arranged, so that a user can conveniently carry out remote control through a remote APP, and meanwhile, voice control can be carried out through the voice module; the wireless communication module is a bidirectional interaction module and can be interconnected and butted in a Bluetooth interconnection and network connection mode.
A limiting flange 101 is arranged at the port of the wire box 1, a guide groove 102 is arranged on the inner side wall of the wire box 1, an inserting hole 8 is arranged on the side wall of the wire box 1, an adjusting component 5 is connected in the inserting hole 8, the adjusting component 5 comprises a clamping column 501, and electromagnetic bolts 502 for controlling the energy storage release direction are arranged at two ends of the clamping column 501; the side wall of the switch control module 2 is provided with a guide block 203 matched with the guide groove 102, the switch control module 2 is provided with a jack 7 butted with the electromagnetic bolt 502, and the two clamping columns 501 are connected through an energy storage assembly 6; the energy storage assembly 6 is a pin-shaped torsion spring 9, a screw hole for fixing the power supply butt joint assembly 3 is arranged in the wire box 1, the power supply butt joint assembly 3 comprises an electrode column base 301, an electrode column 302 is fixed on the electrode column base 301, a buffer cylinder 303 is rotatably connected on the electrode column base 301, a spring 304 is movably sleeved outside the buffer cylinder 303, and one end of the buffer cylinder 303 is in threaded connection with the screw hole; according to the invention, the cable is electrically connected with the electrode column 302 on the electrode column base 301, and the electrode column base 301 is separated from the switch control module 2, so that tools such as a screwdriver, a pliers, a pair of tweezers and the like can enter the wire box, and the power supply butt joint component 3 and the tools can be deeply inserted into the wire box 1 and can be butted conveniently and quickly; therefore, the situation that the wire head cannot be inserted into the electric connection butt joint interface due to the short reserved wire head in the prior art can not occur; it should be emphasized that the connection and disconnection between the switch control module 2 and the power docking assembly 3 does not affect the electrical control of the electromagnetic latch 502.
When the temperature sensor detects that the temperature of the switch control module 2 is higher than a preset value, the electromagnetic bolt 502 on the side, far away from the switch control module 2, of the clamping column 501 connected with the switch control module 2 is controlled to extend, meanwhile, the electromagnetic bolt 502 on the side, far away from the inner wall of the wire box 1, of the clamping column 501 connected with the wire box 1 is controlled to extend, then the electromagnetic bolt 502 on the side, far away from the port of the wire box 1, of the clamping column 501 connected with the switch control module 2 is controlled to contract, and meanwhile, the electromagnetic bolt 502 on the side, far away from the port of the wire box 1, of the clamping column 501 in butt joint with the wire box 1 is controlled to contract; the elastic force of the pin-shaped torsion spring 9 which originally assists in pushing the switch control module 2 to slide in the wire box 1 is converted into the elastic force of the pin-shaped torsion spring 9 which assists in pushing the switch control module 2 to move out of the wire box 1.
The two ends of the pin-shaped torsion spring 9 are both provided with a ring 901, and the clamping column 501 is provided with a circular groove 5011 matched with the ring 901; according to the invention, the circular ring 901 and the circular groove 5011 are arranged, so that the circular ring 901 is clamped in the circular groove 5011, and the circular ring 901 is prevented from falling off from the clamping column 501.
The wire box 1 is provided with a groove 103, and the outer cover plate 4 is provided with a buckle matched with the groove 103; the groove 103 and the buckle are arranged, so that the outer cover plate 4 is clamped on the wire box 1; thereby realizing rapid butt joint.
The switch control module 2 comprises a control shell 201, an electrode groove 202 matched with the electrode column 302 is arranged on the control shell 201, and a conducting strip is arranged in the electrode groove 202; the electrode groove 202 is arranged, so that the electrode groove 202 is electrically connected with the electrode column 302.
The switch control module 2 is provided with a replacing groove 204, the replacing groove 204 is connected with a replaceable socket 11 and a replaceable switch 12 through a magnetic attracting assembly, the magnetic attracting assembly comprises a first permanent magnet 10 arranged on the inner wall of the replacing groove 204, one sides of the socket 11 and the switch 12 opposite to the replacing groove 204 are provided with a second permanent magnet 14, the inner wall of the replacing groove 204 is provided with a conductive column 2041, and one sides of the socket 11 and the switch 12 opposite to the replacing groove 204 are provided with a conductive groove 13 matched with the conductive column 2041; a power-off gap is reserved between the socket 11 and the outer cover plate 4, and the conductive post 2041 and the conductive groove 13 are stably and electrically connected by arranging the magnetic attraction component.

The switch 12 comprises a switch base 121, the switch base 121 is rotatably connected with a seesaw switch 122, and a return spring 123 is arranged at the bottom of the seesaw switch 122; the elastic force of the return spring 123 is preferably greater than that of the spring 304, so that when a person turns on or off the switch 12, if the person accidentally touches the switch 12 which is not required to be turned on or off, due to the fact that the elastic force of the return spring 123 is greater than that of the spring 304, when the person touches the switch 12 which is not required to be turned on or off, the switch control module 2 integrally presses the spring 304 inwards to contract under the pressure of the hand, and the situation that the switch 12 which is not required to be turned on or off is turned on or off due to accidental touch is avoided.
At least one lantern ring 902 and at least one arc-shaped ring 903 are wound in the middle of the pin-shaped torsion spring 9, and the preferred arc-shaped ring 903 is larger than the lantern ring 902; through setting up at least one lantern ring 902, can improve the anti permanent deformation's in the middle part intensity of safety pin shape torsional spring 9, through setting up at least one arc ring 903, can strengthen safety pin shape torsional spring 9's elasticity.
A through groove corresponding to the replacement groove 204 is formed in the outer cover plate 4, and the caliber of the through groove is smaller than that of the replacement groove 204; through setting up the bore that leads to the groove and be less than the bore of changing groove 204, can make outer apron 4 block socket 11 when extracting socket 11 to avoid taking place because of the condition that extracts socket 11 and lead to the socket 11 to be extracted out of plug.
A containing hole is formed in the switch control module 2, and the guide block 203 is connected with the inner wall of the containing hole through a compression spring; according to the invention, the guide block 203 is arranged, when the switch control module 2 is installed, the guide block 203 is contracted into the accommodating hole by pressing the guide block 203, then the switch control module 2 is pushed to slide into the wire box 1, after the switch control module 2 slides into the guide groove 102 under the action of the elastic force of the compression spring, the switch control module 2 is continuously pushed, and therefore, the switch control module 2 can slide into the wire box 1 along the guide groove 102 and is electrically connected with the power supply butt joint component 3.
When the switch control module is used, firstly, the power supply butt joint component 3 extends into the wire box 1, the wire head is electrically connected with the electrode column 302, then the buffer cylinder 303 is rotated to enable the buffer cylinder 303 to be in threaded connection with the screw hole of the wire box 1, then one end of the pin-shaped torsion spring 9 is clamped with the clamping column 501 at the opening of the wire box 1, one end of the pin-shaped torsion spring 9 is clamped with the clamping column 501 on the switch control module 2 (the invention needs to be emphasized that the initial positions of the two clamping columns 501 are that the clamping column 501 on the wire box 1 extends out of the electromagnetic bolt 502 at the opposite side of the wire box 1 and is inserted with the inserting hole 8 on the wire box 1, the electromagnetic bolt 502 at the side of the clamping column 501 on the wire box 1, which is far away from the inner wall of the wire box 1, the clamping column 501 on the switch control module 2 extends out of the electromagnetic bolt 502 at the opposite side of the switch control module 2 and is inserted with the inserting hole 7 on the switch control module 2, the electromagnetic bolt 502 at one side of the clamping column 501 on the switch control module 2, which is far away from the inner wall of the wire box 1, is in a contracted state); then, by pressing the guiding block 203, the guiding block 203 is contracted to the receiving hole, then the switch control module 2 is pushed to slide into the wire box 1, after the sliding is performed, the guiding block 203 slides into the guiding groove 102 under the elastic force of the compression spring, the switch control module 2 is continuously pushed, and as the switch control module 2 is continuously pushed, on one hand, two ends of the pin-shaped torsion spring 9 are squeezed to distort and deform the pin-shaped torsion spring 9, on the other hand, because one end of the pin-shaped torsion spring 9 is connected with the wire box 1 and the other end is connected with the switch control module 2, one end of the pin-shaped torsion spring 9 on the switch control module 2 rotates around the clamping column 501 on the switch control module 2, and the pin-shaped torsion spring 9 distorts and deforms during the rotation (it should be emphasized that, as shown in fig. 10, before the clamping column 501 on the outside of the wire box 1 coincides with the clamping column 501 on the wire box 1, at this time, the elasticity of the pin-shaped torsion spring 9 has the elasticity of blocking the switch control module 2 from sliding towards the wire box 1; as the clamping column 501 outside the wire box 1 is pushed into the wire box 1, after the clamping column 501 outside the wire box 1 continues to move over the clamping column 501 on the wire box 1, at this time, the elasticity of the pin-shaped torsion spring 9 has the elasticity assisting in pushing the switch control module 2 to slide towards the wire box 1, thereby automatically butting with the power supply butting component 3 under the elastic force of the pin-shaped torsion spring 9, and tightly pressing the power supply butting component 3 and the electrode groove 202 on the switch control module 2, thereby ensuring the stability of the electric connection between the power supply butting component 3 and the switch control module 2), after the switch control module 2 is slid into the wire cassette 1 along the guide groove 102 and electrically connected to the power supply docking assembly 3, the optionally replaceable socket 11 and the switch 12 are then placed in the replacement groove 204, under the action of the magnetic attraction component, the conductive column 2041 and the conductive groove 13 are automatically butted and electrically connected; finally, the outer cover plate 4 is buckled outside the wire box 1, so that the installation can be easily, conveniently and labor-saving completed.
When operating personnel controls the lamp switch, if personnel touch the switch 12 that is not required to be opened or closed by accident, because the elasticity of the return spring 123 is greater than the elasticity of the spring 304, when personnel touch the switch 12 that is not required to be opened or closed, under the pressure effect of hand, thereby make the whole inward extrusion spring 304 of switch control module 2 shrink, the spring 304 shrink, the whole inward movement of switch control module 2, thereby make the switch 12 that the mistake touched hide in the line box 1, avoid touching the condition that leads to its switch 12 that is not required to be opened or closed to open or close because of the mistake and take place.
When the temperature sensor detects that the temperature of the switch control module 2 is higher than a preset value, the PLC control module automatically controls the electromagnetic bolt 502 on the clamping column 501 connected with the switch control module 2 far away from the side of the switch control module 2 to extend, simultaneously controls the electromagnetic bolt 502 on the clamping column 501 connected with the wire box 1 far away from the side of the inner wall of the wire box 1 to extend, then controls the electromagnetic bolt 502 on the clamping column 501 far away from the port of the wire box 1 connected with the switch control module 2 to contract, and simultaneously controls the electromagnetic bolt 502 on the clamping column 501 at the port of the wire box 1 in butt joint with the wire box 1 to contract, so that the clamping column 501 in the initial state fixedly connected with the switch control module 2 is changed to be disconnected with the switch control module 2 and fixedly connected with the wire box 1, and simultaneously the clamping column 501 in the initial state fixedly connected with the wire box 1 is changed to be disconnected with the wire box 1 and fixedly connected with the switch control module 2, because line box 1 is fixed with the wall body, and on-off control module 2 can slide in line box 1, and then make the elasticity of safety pin shape torsional spring 9 have the supplementary elasticity that promotes on-off control module 2 and slide to line box 1, change into the elasticity that the elasticity of safety pin shape torsional spring 9 assists promotion on-off control module 2 and moves to line box 1 is outer, under the elasticity effect of safety pin shape torsional spring 9, make on-off control module 2 slide to line box 1 is outer in the same direction as guide slot 102, because on-off control module 2 leaves the outage clearance with outer apron 4, thereby make on-off control module 2 roll-off and contradict with outer apron 4, and on-off control module 2 and 3 electric connection disconnection of power butt joint subassembly, finally avoid the switch overheated, cause the conflagration or cause the condition of other consumer damages to take place.
When the first shielding sensor detects that the first shielding sensor is shielded, the PLC control module controls an electromagnetic bolt, which corresponds to a clamping column 501 fixedly connected with the wire box 1 in an initial state and is far away from the inner wall side of the wire box 1, to extend out, so that the switch control module 2 and the wire box 1 are locked into a whole, the plug can be conveniently plugged and pulled out by an operator, and meanwhile, the situation that the switch control module 2 is driven to move outwards when the plug is pulled out, so that the switch control module 2 is electrically connected with the power supply butt joint component 3 and other equipment which is in power utilization is powered off and cannot work is avoided; meanwhile, the switch control module 2 and the wire box 1 are locked into a whole, the plug is pulled out to drive the socket 11 and the switch control module 2 to slide relatively, and the socket 11 and the outer cover plate 4 are provided with a power-off gap, so that the socket 11 and the switch control module 2 can be powered off, and the situation that personnel get an electric shock due to the fact that fingers touch conducting strips of the plug by mistake in the process of pulling out the plug by a single hand can be avoided; thereby improving the safety of the control switch.
