Abstract

一种陶瓷烧结带饰面层抗震砌块(砖),由页岩石与色粘土烧结成长方体,其特征是,在长方体内设有竖向三个盲孔,竖向端面设有矩形槽,矩形槽表面呈凹凸网格状,矩形槽外沿设有竖向凹凸槽;顶面和底面设有带锥度的水平向矩形凹槽;正立面烧结有装饰釉层。优点是:连接紧密,抗震整体性强;砌块经烧结制成,强度高于一般砌块;与釉面一次烧结,施工中不必单作饰面层,便利施工;饰面层坚固美观,有利于抗震。适用于多层砌块房屋。

陶瓷烧结带饰面层抗震砌块(砖)
本发明属于建筑结构构件,特别是一种设有凹槽与凸榫固定位置、采用陶瓷材料烧结成型的抗震砌块。
建筑抗震设计要求,一般情况下,可在各类建筑结构的两个主轴方向分别考虑水平地震作用,各方向的水平地震作用应全部由该方向抗侧力构件承担。而目前大多数的砌块(砖),均为平面的长方体,依靠砌筑时水平和垂直灰缝承担剪力,在地震时,往往由于强度不够而发生松散开裂;近年有抗震砌块设计出现,采用凹凸型,榫接型,在砌筑时可以依靠相互咬合,提高整体强度。如中国专利89203836.5抗震砖,89212248.X抗震砌块,都能依靠凸榫和凹槽的咬合,提高强度。但是现有的抗震砌块,饰面层需现场单独施工制作,地震时易脱落;砌块本身的强度仍不够高,尺寸精度不够准确,结合力不够强。
本发明的目的是,设计制作一种用陶瓷材料烧结的带有装饰面层的抗震砌块(砖),采用凹凸槽和高精度的加工尺寸,提高装配砌筑结合力,成为更完善的抗震构件。
本发明的陶瓷烧结带饰面层抗震砌块(砖),由页岩石与色粘土烧结成长方体,其特征是,在长方体内设有竖向三个盲孔,盲孔断面呈矩形,在竖向的端面设有竖向矩形槽,矩形槽表面呈凹凸网格状,矩形槽外沿设有竖向凹凸槽;在长方体上、下平面设有水平向矩形凹槽,矩形凹槽的外沿设有呈斜状的凹凸槽;矩形凹槽的侧壁设有1∶20锥度;在长方体的两正立面烧结有装饰釉层。
本发明的陶瓷烧结带饰面层抗震砌块(砖)的制造方法是:选料—细碎—滤泥—烘干—制粉—制坯—干燥—烧结成型,其特征是,在第一次800~950℃烧结成型后,经过精选,挂釉,第二次1100~1250℃再次烧结成型。
本发明的使用方法是:砌筑墙体时,砌块之间的矩形槽可组合成方孔,设置竖向钢筋;竖向盲孔可打通孔底,设置插筋;水平向矩形凹槽可设横向拉结钢筋。
本发明的优点是:砌块长方体两端立面矩形凹槽,相互连接时便于设置构造钢筋,有自锁能力,结合紧密;抗震整体性强;水平向矩形凹槽的1∶20锥度,可使上、下砌块之间与拉结钢筋结合严密嵌固;砌块制造过程第一次800℃~950℃烧结,可保持砌块内部孔隙,有一定的吸水能力,利于与砌筑灰浆结合;第二次1100℃~1250℃挂釉烧结,可取得多种色彩的陶瓷釉面装饰效果;砌块经烧结制成,强度高于一般砌块,提高了抗震强度;与釉面一次烧结,施工中不必单作饰面层,有利于建造使用。适用于多层砌块房屋的建造使用。
