The current medical search engine mainly performs targeted search result feedback according to medical search contents input by a user. However, the search result cannot provide more medical related information to the user, and the user needs to repeatedly search if the user needs to obtain more medical information. Moreover, because the medical terms have a high degree of specialization, many users cannot understand the meaning and difference of each medical vocabulary, and the medical search content input by the users is prone to being mishaped, so that the users need to modify the search content repeatedly to search, and the information needed by the users can be obtained. These all lead to problems of high cost, inefficient search and inefficient information acquisition for the user to perform medical searches.
Based on the above situation, the embodiments of the present disclosure provide a medical information search scheme, so as to display, in a search result page, both a first search result corresponding to a search result hit by medical search content and a second search result corresponding to related medical knowledge generated by expanding the medical search content, thereby increasing the medical information content in the search result page, and reducing the number of times of repeated searches by a user as much as possible, thereby achieving the technical effects of reducing search cost and improving medical search efficiency and information acquisition efficiency.
The medical information searching method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can be applied to scenes of searching and result displaying aiming at medical related search contents. The method may be performed by a medical information search apparatus, which may be implemented by software and/or hardware, which may be integrated in an electronic device having a network communication function and a display function. The electronic device may include, but is not limited to, a mobile terminal such as a smart phone, a notebook Computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a Tablet PC, a PMP (portable multimedia player), a vehicle terminal (e.g., a car navigation terminal), a wearable device, and the like, and a fixed terminal such as a Digital television, a desktop Computer, a smart home device, and the like.
Fig. 1 shows a flow chart of a medical information search method provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the medical information search method may include the steps of:
and S110, receiving medical search content.
The medical search content refers to search content in the medical field input by the user. The search content refers to content that requires a search engine to perform a search operation and feed back a search result, and may be a keyword, a long sentence, or a short sentence.
In particular, the electronic device may receive medical search content entered by a user within a content search page of a particular application or a particular website.
In some embodiments, the user may input information in any form of text, voice, image, and the like in the search box of the search page, so that the electronic device uses the text corresponding to the information input by the user as the medical search content input by the user. For example, the user may input "early symptoms of cervical erosion" or "liver cancer will not infect" in the search box, and the electronic device uses the input text as medical search content.
In other embodiments, a plurality of candidate search contents may be displayed in the search page, and the user may select among the displayed candidate search contents, so that the electronic device uses the candidate search contents selected by the user as the medical search contents. For example, the medical field concerned by the user is determined according to the historical search behavior data authorized by the user, or the medical field possibly interested by the user is determined according to the personal information authorized by the user and the empirical data of diseases prone to be caused by different sexes at different ages. Then, some candidate search contents in the determined medical field, such as "liver cancer will not infect", "diagnosis of liver cancer", "treatment mode of liver cancer", etc., are displayed in, below or in other areas of the search page. The user can select one interested candidate search content, such as 'liver cancer will not infect', from the candidate search contents as medical search contents.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after the electronic device receives the medical search content input by the user, the medical search content can be sent to the server.
After receiving the medical search content, the server identifies and searches the medical search content by keywords. For example, the server first performs keyword extraction on the medical search content to obtain a search keyword. Then, the server carries out comprehensive search processing on the search keywords to obtain each search result item hit by the medical search content.
In some embodiments, the medical keywords are determined based on search keywords contained in the medical search content, and the medical knowledge is determined based on search results obtained by searching the medical keywords.
Specifically, according to the above description, in order to provide the user with more medical professional knowledge related to the medical search content and assist the user in comprehensively understanding the medical knowledge related to the medical search content, the server may further determine the related medical keywords according to the obtained search keywords. For example, the medical search content is "the significance of increased glutamic pyruvic transaminase in blood routine", the server may extract the search keywords "blood routine", "glutamic pyruvic transaminase", "increased", etc., and then determine that the medical keywords at least include "blood routine", "blood item index", "clinical significance", etc. according to the search keywords. For another example, the medical search content is "lung cancer will not infect", the server can extract the search keywords "lung cancer", "infection", etc., and then determine that the medical keywords at least include "lung cancer", "etiology", "symptom", "diagnosis", "marker", "treatment mode", etc., according to the search keywords.
Then, the server searches for each medical keyword, and can obtain each search result item hit by each medical keyword. Or, a medical knowledge base related to various diseases or various medical inspection systems is constructed in the server in advance. And the server searches the medical knowledge hit by each medical keyword from the medical knowledge base according to each medical keyword to obtain the medical knowledge hit by each medical keyword as a search result item hit by each medical keyword.
In some embodiments, the medical knowledge includes at least one of textual knowledge, pictorial knowledge, audio knowledge, and video knowledge. Specifically, the medical knowledge obtained in the above process may include text-based medical knowledge (i.e., text knowledge) and/or audio-based medical knowledge (i.e., audio knowledge). However, in order to reduce the difficulty of understanding the medical knowledge and improve the efficiency of understanding the medical knowledge by the user, the medical knowledge in this embodiment may also be picture-based medical knowledge (i.e., picture knowledge) and/or video-based medical knowledge (i.e., video knowledge).
Through the above process, the server can obtain each search result item hit by the medical search content and each search result item hit by each medical keyword. Then, the server performs certain processing on the search result items (such as one or more items in the top ranking) hit by the medical search content, such as keyword extraction, key content extraction, abstract generation, and the like, to obtain a first search result corresponding to the medical search content. Similarly, the server performs certain processing on the search result items or medical knowledge hit by each medical keyword, such as keyword extraction, key content extraction, abstract generation, information integration, and the like, to obtain a second search result corresponding to the medical keyword. And finally, the server feeds the first search result and the second search result back to the electronic equipment.
S120, displaying a first search result and a second search result corresponding to the medical search content in a search result page; the first search result is generated based on the first search result item hit by the medical search content, and the second search result is generated based on medical knowledge corresponding to the medical keyword related to the medical search content.
Specifically, after receiving a first search result and a second search result fed back by the server, the electronic device displays a search result page, and displays the first search result and the second search result in the search result page, so that a user can obtain multi-dimensional information related to medical search content through one-time search.
For example, the electronic device can sequentially present the first search result and the second search result corresponding to the medical search content in a search results page.
In particular, the electronic device can display the first search result at a forward position of the search results page and the second search result at a relatively rearward position in the search results page that is adjacent to the first search result. Therefore, the user can firstly pay attention to the search result which the user wants to search, and can know the related medical knowledge at the relatively front position, so that the information acquisition efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, a search result page 210 corresponding to the medical search content "early symptoms of cervical erosion" is displayed in the electronic apparatus 200. In the top area of the search results page 210, a first search result 220 is displayed, i.e. a module of "what are the early symptoms of cervical erosion". In the area immediately after the first search result 220, a second search result 230, i.e. a module for "comprehensive interpretation of cervical erosion", is displayed. In the second search result 230, the electronic device will display multi-dimensional medical knowledge related to "cervical erosion", such as "profile", "cause", "symptom", "treatment pattern", "similar condition or concurrent condition", and so on. The medical knowledge includes not only the interpretation of the related terms but also the origin, prevention, treatment, prognosis, etc. of the disease.
Medical knowledge of each dimension in the second search result can be displayed in a navigation mode, and linkage relation exists between the dimension labels and the corresponding content, so that a user can view the medical knowledge by switching the dimension.
In some embodiments, the first search result includes at least a key result tag and a search result summary that are relevant to the medical search content.
The key result tag is a core keyword or a core key phrase in the search result, and is obtained by performing keyword extraction on the content (such as detail content or key content) of the first search result item. The search result summary is obtained by extracting key information from the content of the first search result item. Namely, the search result abstract is obtained by performing key content extraction and abstract generation on the detailed content of the first search result item.
Specifically, in order to avoid the situation that the displayed contents in the search result page of the medical search are not uniform, in this embodiment, the contents included in the first search result are normalized, that is, it is ensured that the first search result at least includes the key result tag and the search result summary related to the medical search content.
In addition, the key result label is displayed in the first search result, so that the user can quickly obtain the main information required by the user, and the information acquisition efficiency is further improved. In addition, the search result summary in the embodiment only needs to include the most important key information, and does not include some auxiliary words, secondary information, and the like.
Illustratively, the first search result may also include a result title and physician information. The result title is the title of the search result, which may be key content extracted from the search result item or the original title of the search result item. Doctor information is information that introduces a doctor from different dimensions and may include, for example, a doctor avatar, a doctor job level, a job hospital, a job department, a field of excellence, a popularity ranking, and so forth. Thus, the first search result may include at least a result title, physician information, key result tags, and a search result summary that are relevant to the medical search content.
With continued reference to fig. 2, the electronic device 200 displays a result title 221, physician information 222, a key result tab 223, and a search result summary 224 in sequence in the first search result 220. In addition, a detail view control 225 may also be displayed in the first search result 220. If the user wants to view more information for the first search result or the original web page information, a trigger operation such as clicking on the detail view control 225 may be performed. The electronic equipment can respond to the triggering operation, jump to a new page from the search result page, and display the detailed content corresponding to the first search result.
In some embodiments, the first search result includes a disease conclusion tag in the event that the search keyword included in the medical search content relates to a disease.
Wherein, the disease conclusion label is used for describing the disease related to the search keyword, which can be a keyword or a key phrase related to the disease.
Specifically, in the process that the server searches the medical search content, it may be further configured to identify whether the medical search content relates to a specific disease. For example, the server matches the search keyword and the similar keyword with the disease name in the preset disease list to determine whether the medical search content relates to the disease and the specific disease name. For another example, the server inputs the search keyword into a pre-trained disease recognition model, and determines whether the medical search content relates to a disease and a specific disease name according to the model output result. The disease identification model can be obtained by training a machine learning model in advance according to training samples formed by various historical search contents, labeled diseases and sentence patterns corresponding to the historical search contents and the like. For another example, the server may match the search keyword and the similar keyword using a preset disease list, and perform disease recognition on the search keyword using the disease recognition model after the matching fails.
When the server determines that the search keyword relates to a disease, the server can search the disease, and the search direction is determined according to the user behavior data authorized by the user. For example, the server determines the severity, treatment mode, treatment effect, susceptibility to people and the like of diseases which are characterized by the disease names and are concerned by most users through user behavior data authorized by the users. Then the server combines the name of the disease and the identifying vocabulary of the above search direction to search, and gets each search result item related to the disease. And then, the server extracts the keywords from the content in the search result items from the dimension of the search direction to obtain disease conclusion labels, combines the disease conclusion labels into the first search result, and feeds the first search result and the first search result back to the electronic equipment.
After receiving the disease conclusion tag, the electronic device may display it in the first search result. As shown in FIG. 2, the electronic device 200, after the detail view control 225 of the first search result 220, may also display a disease conclusion tab 226 to provide a brief introduction to the disease to which the medical search content relates from multiple dimensions. These disease conclusion tabs 226 may be merely illustrative text controls, and may be presented in a list style or navigation style; the disease conclusion tags 226 may also be interactive text controls, and each interactive text control may be associated with a corresponding search result for interaction and viewing by a user, and likewise may be presented in a list style or a navigation style.
The disease conclusion tag is arranged, so that the information content of the first search result can be further improved, and the search efficiency and the information acquisition efficiency of the user can be further improved.
In an example, in a case where the disease related to the search keyword is a mild disease, the disease conclusion tag includes at least one of a disease common tag, a disease self-healing tag, a disease treatment manner tag, a sick population tag, and a disease question and answer tag.
The mild disease refers to a disease with mild symptoms and easy cure.
Specifically, the server can also determine the searching direction from the severity of the disease in the process of searching for the disease. This is because the disease treatment method differs between mild and severe diseases, and the content of attention of the user also differs. For example, for mild illnesses, the user may be more concerned about how to perform routine care and prevention; in the case of severe diseases, the user may pay more attention to the treatment method, treatment effect, and the like. Based on the above, after recognizing the disease name, the server can further determine whether the disease belongs to mild disease. For example, the judgment is also made using the list of mild disease. When the disease is determined to be a mild disease, the server can search and process results from the directions of whether the disease is common or not, whether the disease is self-healing or not, a common family processing method, common problems of patients and the like, and then can obtain a label of whether the disease is common or not, a label of whether the disease is self-healing or not, a label of a disease treatment mode, a label of sick people, a label of a disease question and answer and the like. And the electronic equipment displays at least one of the labels in the first search result.
In another example, in a case where the disease to which the search keyword relates belongs to a severe disease, the disease conclusion tag includes at least one of a disease cure tag, a disease treatment manner tag, a disease survival rate tag, a disease treatment expense tag, a disease infection attribute tag, and a disease question and answer tag.
The severe diseases refer to diseases which are rare, have serious disease symptoms and are difficult to cure.
Specifically, according to the above description, when determining that the disease is a serious disease, the server may perform search and result processing in directions of whether the disease is curable, a common treatment mode, success rates and survival rates of different treatment modes, a medical cost, a common problem of a patient, and the like, and may obtain a disease cure tag, a disease treatment mode tag, a disease survival rate tag, a disease treatment cost tag, a disease infection attribute tag, a disease question-and-answer tag, and the like. And the electronic equipment displays at least one of the labels in the first search result.
According to the medical information searching method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, a first searching result and a second searching result corresponding to medical searching content can be displayed in a searching result page, the first searching result is generated based on a first searching result item hit by the medical searching content, and the second searching result is generated based on medical knowledge corresponding to a medical keyword related to the medical searching content; the method and the device have the advantages that the search result hit by the medical search content and the related medical knowledge generated by expanding the medical search content are displayed in the search result page at the same time, so that the multi-dimensional information related to the medical search content is displayed for the user, the repeated search process of the user can be avoided to a certain extent, the search cost is reduced, the medical search efficiency and the information acquisition efficiency are improved, the medical professional knowledge related to the medical search content can be understood by the user, guidance is provided for the user to subsequently confirm more proper search content again, the repeated search times of the user are reduced, and the medical search efficiency and the information acquisition efficiency are further improved.
In an embodiment provided by the present disclosure, in order to further improve the information content in the search result page, thereby further reducing the number of times of repeated searches by the user, and further improving the search efficiency and the information acquisition efficiency, the electronic device may integrate and display medical services related to diseases corresponding to the medical search content. That is, in the case where the search keyword included in the medical search content relates to a disease, after S120, the medical information search method further includes: and displaying a medical service aggregate card in the search result page, wherein the medical service aggregate card comprises a plurality of medical service modules related to the medical search content.
The medical service module is used for providing medical service, and can be an entrance control of the medical service.
Specifically, medical search in the related art is often single-point search, that is, a user searches for content and then feeds back a search result corresponding to the content, and a user searches for medical service and then feeds back a search result corresponding to the service, so that the content and the service of the medical search are split, and a plurality of services cannot be connected in series, which results in a lack of systems for the search results of the medical search. However, in a medical search scenario, particularly a search scenario involving a specific disease, a search range of a user in a short time is generally wide, and a search frequency is often high. Therefore, the medical search technology in the related art can not meet the search requirement of the user, so that the search experience of the user is poor.
In view of the above, in the present embodiment, in response to a disease related to medical search content, search results related to the content, that is, the first search result and the second search result, are recalled, and a plurality of medical service modules related to the disease are also recalled. And, a plurality of medical service modules are integrated in the medical service aggregate card to be collectively displayed in the search result page. For example, the electronic device displays the healthcare aggregate card in an area immediately below the second search result or displays the healthcare aggregate card in an area immediately below each content search result.
The medical service aggregate card can ensure the diversity of search results recalled and the centralization of medical services, improve the systematicness and the integrity of the search results, provide a more convenient information consumption mode for users, and further improve the search efficiency and the user experience of medical disease search.
In some embodiments, the medical services module includes an online consultation service module, a hospital ranking service module, a doctor ranking service module, a registration service module, a treatment sharing service module, a study progress introduction service module, or a volunteer recruitment service module.
Specifically, the medical services contained in the medical services aggregate card may be determined according to forms such as big data mining or questionnaire survey. For example, the user behavior data authorized by the user is used for mining which medical services of certain diseases are concerned by the user in the medical field. And then, the server performs searching and result processing according to the determined medical services to obtain and provide service functions corresponding to each medical service.
In this embodiment, the medical service module may be an online inquiry service module. The online inquiry module can be used for associating relevant online doctors according to the disease names related to the search keywords and providing online quick inquiry service.
The healthcare service module may also be a hospital ranking service module. The server searches for the search content composed of the disease name and the hospital, and the recalled search result can contain the hospital ranking corresponding to the disease and the relevant information of each hospital. Thus, the hospital ranking service module can provide the user with the hospital ranking related to the disease and provide the function of screening hospitals according to the dimensions of regions, whether the patients can be seen from different places, whether the patients can be seen online and the like.
The medical services module may also be a doctor ranking services module. The server searches for the disease name and the search content composed of doctors, and the recalled search results can contain doctor ranks corresponding to the disease and relevant information of each doctor. Thus, the doctor ranking service module can provide expert ranking related to the disease for the user and provide the function of screening doctors according to the dimensions of disease subdivision fields, online diagnosis and the like.
The medical services module may also be a registration services module. The registration service module may be integrated with the hospital ranking module and/or the doctor ranking module described above. Therefore, after the user selects a hospital or a doctor, the user can synchronously know the registration mode and perform registration operation.
The healthcare service module may also be a therapy sharing service module. The server can search aiming at search contents consisting of disease names and treatment experiences, recall disease treatment cases, personal treatment experiences, academic treatment reports and other search results, integrate the search results and associate the integrated search results with the treatment sharing service module. Moreover, the treatment sharing service module also provides user interaction data of various treatment experiences, such as praise times, sharing times, comments and the like, and provides reference for the user to check the treatment experiences.
The medical service module can also be a research progress introduction service module, which can be a service module for providing introduction of research progress of treatment methods and can also be a service module for providing introduction of research progress of treatment medicines. The search result associated with the service module may be obtained by the server performing a search according to search contents composed of disease names and research progress, which may be related articles, published information of an authority, and the like.
The medical services module may also be a volunteer recruitment service module. The service module provides services such as recruitment information publishing, volunteer registration and the like of volunteers in clinical trials of treatment methods or medicinal clinical trials.
Referring to fig. 3, the electronic device 300 displays a medical service aggregate card 330, i.e., a module where the "liver cancer-related medical service" is located, in a search result page 310 of the medical search content "liver cancer will not infect". The medical service aggregate card 330 includes the medical service modules described above. Each medical service module is implemented as an interactive control, and a user can use the corresponding medical service through triggering of the medical service module.
In some embodiments, after the medical service aggregate card is presented in the search result page, the medical information search method further includes: responding to the triggering operation of any medical service module, displaying a result aggregation page corresponding to the triggered medical service module, and displaying a plurality of second search result items corresponding to the medical service module in the result aggregation page; and in response to the triggering operation of any second search result item, displaying a search result landing page corresponding to the triggered second search result item.
Specifically, each medical service module is associated with a result aggregation page, and the result aggregation page is used for displaying brief information of each search result corresponding to the corresponding medical service module, such as a result title, publisher information (such as user information and doctor information), partial result content, user interaction data, and the like. In this way, in response to a triggering operation of a certain medical service module by a user, the electronic device may display a result aggregation page corresponding to the triggered medical service module.
For example, referring to fig. 3, when the user clicks and triggers the "liver cancer-treatment experience/medical record sharing" service module in the medical service aggregating card 330, the electronic device may jump from the search result page 310 to the result aggregating page corresponding to the "liver cancer-treatment experience/medical record sharing" service module, as shown in fig. 4. Referring to fig. 4, a result aggregation page 410 of "liver cancer-case" is displayed in the electronic device 400, and a plurality of second search result items, i.e., liver cancer-related cases or personal experience sharing results, are displayed in the result aggregation page 410.
The user may select a trigger for any of the second search result items displayed in the results aggregation page. And the electronic equipment responds to the selection operation and jumps to a search result landing page corresponding to the triggered second search result item to display the detailed content of the triggered second search result item.
In some embodiments, the ranking or the occurrence frequency of the medical service modules in the medical service aggregate card is determined based on the service feedback behavior data corresponding to the search category to which the medical search content belongs.
The service feedback behavior data comprises service positive feedback behavior data and/or service negative feedback behavior data. The positive feedback behavior data refers to behavior data of service consumption operations such as clicking, viewing and using of the user. The negative feedback behavior data refers to behavior data of a user performing service closing operations such as reporting and shielding.
Specifically, in order to make each medical service module more fit with the search requirement of the user and further improve the search efficiency, and avoid information interference caused by too many medical service modules or the medical service module with low user attention displayed first to the user, in this embodiment, the medical service modules may be sorted or filtered, so as to sort or suspend the medical service modules with low relevance to the medical search content or with low user attention displayed.
In view of the fact that the medical services required for different diseases may be different, the search category to which the medical search content belongs may be identified first in the embodiment. For example, the electronic device may determine the corresponding search category according to the dimensions of the body part where the disease related to the search keyword is located, or the severity of the disease, or the disease treatment mode. And then, collecting service feedback behavior data authorized by the user according to the determined search category, and analyzing and sorting the collected service feedback behavior data to obtain the sequencing and/or the occurrence frequency of each medical service module under the search category. And then, the electronic equipment recombines the medical service modules in the medical service aggregate card according to the sequencing and/or the occurrence frequency of the medical service modules, and displays the recombined medical service aggregate card in a search result page.
In one embodiment provided by the present disclosure, in order to ensure richness and comprehensiveness of the search results, the third search result may be presented in the search results page after S120.
Wherein the third search result is comprised of physician questions and answers in a plurality of other search result items other than the first search result item.
Specifically, according to the above description, the first search result is only one or more items ranked top among the search result items that have been hit with the medical search content, which has a problem of being somewhat information-rich and less rigorous. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the server may perform the same information processing on the content of the questions and answers of the doctor in the unused other search result items among the search result items hit by the medical search content to obtain the third search result, and may feed back the third search result to the electronic device.
And after receiving the third search result, the electronic equipment displays the third search result in a search result page. For example, in the area immediately after the second search result, or in the area immediately after the healthcare aggregate card.
Referring to fig. 3, the electronic device 300 displays a third search result 320, i.e., a "more expert solutions" module, in which third search result 320 a plurality of answers provided by other physicians to the medical search content is displayed in an area immediately above the healthcare syndication card 330.
It should be noted that the names of the modules in the search result page may be differentiated as much as possible. For example, the first search result and the third search result are both content search result feedback for medical search content, and both involve a physician and their answers. If the naming regions of the modules where the first search result and the third search result are located are small, if the modules are named as expert answers, the user can easily be visually experienced with repeated information. Therefore, a distinction can be made between the module designations of the two, such as naming the module of the third search result as a "more expert answer" to show that it is complementary to the first search result.
