Claims (11)

1. A data updating method is applied to a communication module and comprises the following steps:
acquiring data information of the communication module, wherein the data information comprises system version information and identification information;
according to the data information, data searching is carried out on the air download server, and an update version is determined;
and acquiring the updated version from the over-the-air download server, and updating data of the communication module.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the obtaining the data information of the communication module, further comprising:
and when the communication module is powered on, network dialing is carried out, and data communication is carried out with the Internet.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the performing a data lookup for the air download server according to the data information to determine an updated version comprises:
sending the identification information to an over-the-air download server, wherein the identification information is used for the over-the-air download server to identify the communication module;
and when an upgrading instruction fed back by the over-the-air download server according to the identification information is received, performing data search on the over-the-air download server according to the system version information, and determining an updating version.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the performing a data lookup on the over-the-air download server to determine an updated version according to the system version information comprises:
acquiring an updating range of a preset version in the over-the-air download server;
and comparing the system version information with the preset version updating range, and determining an updating version according to the version corresponding to the preset version updating range when the system version information is in the preset version updating range.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein said obtaining the updated version from the over-the-air server and updating the data of the communication module comprises:
obtaining the updated version from the over-the-air download server, and caching the updated version in a local storage of the communication module;
and when the communication module is restarted, calling the update version to update the data of the communication module.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein said obtaining said updated version from said over-the-air server for caching in a local storage of said communication module comprises:
acquiring an address message fed back by the over-the-air download server;
and analyzing the address message, acquiring a download address of the updated version, reading the download address, and downloading the updated version.
7. The method according to any of claims 1-6, wherein said obtaining said updated version from said over-the-air server, after updating data of said communication module, further comprises:
and acquiring the updated system version information of the communication module, and transmitting the updated system version information of the communication module to the over-the-air download server.
8. A data update apparatus, comprising:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring data information of the communication module, wherein the data information comprises system version information and identification information;
the version determining module is used for searching data of the air download server according to the data information and determining an updated version;
and the updating module is used for acquiring the updated version from the over-the-air download server and updating data of the communication module.
9. A communication module comprising a memory and at least one processor;
the memory stores computer-executable instructions;
execution of the computer-executable instructions stored by the memory by the at least one processor causes the at least one processor to perform the method of any one of claims 1-7.
10. A readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that the computer readable storage medium has stored therein computer instructions for implementing the method according to any one of claims 1-7 when executed by a processor.
11. A computer program product comprising computer programs/instructions, characterized in that the computer programs/instructions, when executed by a processor, implement the method of claims 1-7.
