Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of sterilization equipment, and particularly relates to an oxidation cleaning system and a purification method for modularly treating aquaculture tail water.
Background
At present, the standard treatment process for the culture tail water consists of a drainage channel pipeline, a sedimentation tank, a filtering dam, an oxidation aeration tank, an ecological purification tank, an external river channel and a culture pond. The drainage channel can be planted with aquatic organisms with strong water treatment capacity to primarily purify water; finally, the primarily treated culture water is collected to a sedimentation tank. The sedimentation tank is mainly used for removing substances such as suspended matters, excrement, residues and the like in the water body. After the culture tail water enters the sedimentation tank, the culture tail water needs to be retained for a certain time, so that suspended matters in the water body are settled to the bottom of the tank. A filter dam is built between the sedimentation tank and the aeration tank, filter materials with different sizes are filled in a dam body, and the filter materials can be selected from filling media such as broken stones, cobblestones, small stones, palm sheets, ceramic beads and the like, so that the function of adsorbing mud, dirt and microorganisms in sewage can be achieved. The oxidation aeration tank accelerates the oxidation and decomposition of organic pollutants, and can enhance the self-purification capacity of water and improve the water quality. The method is favorable for accelerating the recovery of the water body with black and odorous, poor organoleptic properties and other states to a normal water ecological system. The ecological purifying tank mainly utilizes aquatic organisms with different nutrition levels to remove water pollutants to the maximum extent and increase dissolved oxygen in the water body.
The prior art has the following problems and disadvantages: (1) the investment cost and the operation cost of the prior aquaculture tail water treatment system are high; (2) the treatment effect is easy to fluctuate due to seasons or weather or climate; (3) at present, an aquaculture tail water treatment system (fresh water and seawater) does not form modular facility equipment, can not be moved randomly and is inconvenient to transport; (4) at present, the aquatic product (fresh water and seawater) culture tail water treatment system has more composition construction units, is relatively complex in operation and needs support of technicians.
