Abstract
The invention provides a water treatment agent, and relates to the technical field of water treatment; the water treatment comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-95 parts of active polymeric hydroxy carboxylate, 10-30 parts of sodium metaphosphate, 10-35 parts of sulfonated lignin and 1-5 parts of active starch. According to the water treatment agent provided by the invention, through the synergistic effect of the active polymeric hydroxycarboxylic acid salt, the sodium metaphosphate, the sulfonated lignin and the active starch, ions which are easy to scale and corrode in water can be removed by the water treatment agent, so that the problems of easy scaling and easy corrosion in the process of recycling waste water such as strong brine and reclaimed water are solved, and the service life of equipment is not influenced while water is saved.

Background
With the increasing shortage of fresh water resources, many enterprises limit the water consumption; in order to save water, many enterprises need to recycle the concentrated brine and the reclaimed water in production.

In order to solve the problem that the service life of equipment is easily influenced by the recycling of strong brine and reclaimed water, the invention provides a water treatment agent which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-95 parts of active polymeric hydroxy carboxylate, 10-30 parts of sodium metaphosphate, 10-35 parts of sulfonated lignin and 1-5 parts of active starch.

The water treatment agent provided by the invention is non-toxic, non-corrosive and non-taste, and is an environment-friendly product.
In order to ensure the water treatment effect, the active polymeric hydroxycarboxylic acid salt is preferably obtained by reacting the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of humic acid, 30-50 parts of hydroxyl carboxylate and 30-50 parts of caustic soda.
The hydroxy carboxylate is used for increasing the hydroxyl and carboxyl in the active polymeric hydroxy carboxylate so as to increase the activity of the active polymeric hydroxy carboxylate and improve the water treatment effect.

It is a further object of the present invention to provide a use of the water treatment agent as described above in the treatment of reclaimed water.
According to the invention, the strong brine is treated by the water treatment agent, and ions which are easy to scale and corrode in the strong brine are removed under the synergistic effect of the active polymeric hydroxycarboxylic acid salt, the sodium metaphosphate, the sulfonated lignin and the active starch, so that when the treated medium brine is reused as make-up water of circulating water, the phenomena of pipeline corrosion, scaling and the like are not easy to occur, the utilization rate of the water is improved, the water cost is saved for enterprises, and the safe and stable operation of a system is ensured.
The specific using method of the water treatment agent is that when strong brine or reclaimed water is used as circulating water for supplementing water, a quantitative water treatment agent is fully dissolved into water to be treated before supplementing, so that ions easy to scale and ions easy to corrode in the water are removed by the water treatment agent after complexing, and water treatment is realized.
Specifically, when the water treatment agent is preferably used for treating strong brine, the using amount of the water treatment agent is 20-30 g/ton of strong brine; when the reclaimed water is treated, the using amount of the water treatment agent is 25-40 g/ton of the reclaimed water.

s2: according to the weight parts, 30 parts of active polymeric hydroxycarboxylic acid salt, 30 parts of sodium metaphosphate, 35 parts of sulfonated lignin and 5 parts of active starch are mixed to obtain the water treatment agent.
