Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present invention and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other.
The first embodiment is as follows: referring to fig. 1, the power cable strapping tape according to the present embodiment includes a plurality of locking heads and a strap body having a length of at least 50cm, wherein the locking heads and the strap body are separated from each other, not in the prior art. The belt body is of a ratchet bar structure. The lock head is provided with a through channel 1, and at least one pawl 2 which can be meshed with a ratchet 9 on the belt body is arranged in the channel 1.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, a plurality of clamping grooves 8 are arranged on one side of the belt body, which is away from the ratchet 9, along the length direction of the belt body, and the groove depth direction of the clamping grooves 8 is the same as the direction of the ratchet 9, namely, the groove depth direction of the clamping grooves is inclined to one end and forms an acute angle with the length direction. The section of the clamping groove 8 along the length direction of the belt body is triangular, and the bottom is pointed.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a key 3 is provided on the outer side wall of the lock head facing away from the pawl 2, and the extending direction of the key 3 is opposite to the direction of the pawl 2.
In practical application, the key 3 of the power cable strapping tape according to this embodiment can be inserted into the clamping groove 8 at one end of the tape body, and the two are mutually bonded to realize connection. Then after the strap has been passed around the cable being strapped, the other end of the strap is inserted into the channel 1 so that the pawl 2 in the channel interengages with the ratchet 9 on the strap. Due to the structure of the ratchet bar and the pawl, the belt body can only move towards the direction of the channel outlet and can not reversely withdraw, so that the bundled cables are bundled more tightly, and the purpose of bundling is finally realized. After binding is completed, the remaining tape is cut off at the outlet of the passage 1.
After the above operation, as shown in fig. 1, on the key 3 side, the key 3 and the slot 8 are locked with each other, and the belt body pulls the lock head in the direction of the arrow on the left side in fig. 1. In the channel, the key 3 extends in the opposite direction to the pawl 2, and the belt body pulls the lock head in the direction of the arrow on the right side of fig. 1 under the engagement of the ratchet 9 and the pawl 2. That is, in this embodiment, after the cable is locked, the lock head is prevented from moving due to the opposite tension, and the binding of the cable is completed.
The band body remained after being cut can be matched with other lock heads to form a group of new strapping band structures to bind other cables. Because the length of the belt body is not limited any more, the thickness adaptability and flexibility of the embodiment to the bundled cable are stronger, and the waste caused by overlong belt body is avoided. Meanwhile, the existing strapping tape is made of plastic, so that a large amount of waste of the plastic tape body can bring white pollution. The waste of the belt body is greatly reduced, and the subsequent white pollution is reduced.
Further, the arrangement of the clamping groove 8 of the embodiment not only can be used for being connected with the key 3 on the lock head, but also can reduce the material consumption of the belt body and reduce the manufacturing cost.
Further, the structure of the key 3 in the lock head can be designed into two types in the use process:
first, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the key 3 is an oblique protruding structure which is integrated with the lock head, and is formed integrally, and the structure is simple.
Second, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the key 3 is a single component with a tapered cross section, a key slot is provided on the side wall of the lock head where the key 3 is located, and one end of the key 3 is hinged to the inner wall of the key slot through a hinge shaft 5, so that the key 3 can extend or retract into the key slot in a swinging manner. The key 3 is provided with a limit rod 6. The stopper rod 6 is disposed along the radial direction of the hinge shaft 5. The key groove is internally provided with a limit groove 7, the cross section of the limit groove 7 is a sector, the apex angle of the sector is an acute angle, and the sector is concentric with the hinge shaft 5. The limiting rod 6 is located in the limiting groove 7, so that the groove walls where the two edges of the fan shape are located can limit the swing amplitude of the limiting rod 6, and further limit the angle to which the key 3 swings out. The edge of the key slot is provided with a notch 4, and the notch 4 is communicated with the key slot.
The key 3 of the second structure does not occupy the external space of the lock head when not in use, and can reduce the manufacturing consumption. The free end of the key 3 is in use drawn out of the keyway through the recess 4. Meanwhile, due to the limitation of the limit rod 6 and the limit groove 7 on the swing amplitude, the extension direction of the key 3 can be opposite to the direction of the pawl 2 when the key swings to the maximum amplitude, and the locking function of the lock head is ensured.
The structure of the belt body is also divided into two types:
first, as shown in fig. 7 and 10, both sides of the card slot 8 are closed. The width of the clamping groove 8 is equal to that of the key 3, the key 3 cannot move to two sides after being inserted into the clamping groove 8, the structure is more stable, and the cable binding device is suitable for binding cables in environments with strong external interference, such as outdoor wiring.
Second, as shown in fig. 8 and 11, both sides of the card slot 8 penetrate. The width of the clamping groove 8 is consistent with the width of the belt body. After the key 3 is inserted into the clamping groove 8, once the binding is needed, the locking head or the belt body can be pushed to the width direction of the belt body, and the belt body and the locking head can be unbinding, so that the bound cable is unbinding. This structure not only reduces the preparation materials, but also allows for flexible unbinding. Meanwhile, the unbinding belt body and the lock head can be reused, so that waste is reduced.
In actual production, the distance between two adjacent clamping grooves 8 is set to be 1cm. The closer the interval of the clamping grooves 8 is, the more material can be reduced, and the waste caused by the fact that the clamping grooves 8 are far away from the end part after the belt body is cut at any position is avoided.
The overall length of the belt body is at least 50cm. The method is suitable for more cables needing thick wires.
