Description

Safety seat headrest detection equipment
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of safety seats, in particular to safety seat headrest detection equipment.
Background
Child safety seats are one type of "restraint systems for motor vehicle child occupants" (Restraining devices for child occupants of power-driven vehicles). In addition to child safety seats, child occupant restraint systems include infant carrier (for use by a newborn infant) and booster cushion (for use by a child of a larger size but not yet suitable for use by a seatbelt), but child safety seats are used in relatively high proportions. The child safety seat is formed by combining a belt assembly or a flexible part with a safety buckle, an adjusting device, a connecting device and an auxiliary device (such as a portable crib, a baby carrying device, an auxiliary seat or a collision protection device), and is fixed on a motor vehicle through a vehicle self-mounting clamping device, so that the body displacement of the child can be limited to reduce the damage of an emergency (such as collision or sudden deceleration) to the child.
The common automobile seat and the safety belt are specially designed for adults, the child is too short in riding position, the safety belt is too loose, the automobile seat and the safety belt are not suitable for the body type of the child, and the automobile seat and the safety belt are not safe and uncomfortable. The child safety seat is specially designed for children, and combines various factors such as automobile impact experiments, child injury medical researches, material mechanics, ergonomics, child psychology and the like so as to achieve the optimal use performance. In the event of a car crash or sudden deceleration, the child safety seat may reduce the impact on the child, limit the child's body movement, and thereby mitigate injury to them.
The safety seat is also provided with a safety seat headrest which plays a role in protecting the head of a child, so that the safety seat headrest is required to be adjusted in height in order to adapt to children of different age groups and body types, and the adjustment condition of the safety seat headrest cannot be detected in the production process of the safety seat in the prior art.
