The invention discloses a processing method of a plastic thread product, which comprises the following steps: selecting a threaded product, wherein the threaded product comprises a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece, the first connecting piece is provided with male threads, and the second connecting piece is provided with female threads; connecting the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece together, and injecting glue into a gap between the male thread and the female thread; splitting the thread product after the glue is solidified; measuring the thickness of the glue to obtain the fit clearance of the male thread and the female thread; and correcting the size of the die based on the fit clearance, and processing a new thread product according to the corrected die. According to the invention, the fit clearance data of the male thread and the female thread can be obtained through the glue, effective data support is provided for mould correction, and a mould with higher precision can be developed at one time, so that the precision of a thread product is improved, the development cycle of the thread product is shortened, the yield of the thread product is increased, and the production cost of the thread product is reduced.
