thirdly, the dial plate 100 is pressed, the locking part 42 is driven to drive the pressing part 41 to rotate, and the pressing part 412 elastically presses the dial plate 100 of the dial indicator; meanwhile, the positioning block 31 drives the fixed grid 300 to be reliably and parallelly contacted with the fixed grid fixing block 400 under the action of upward thrust of the jacking piece 33;
and step four, locking the fixed grid fixing block 400, and connecting the fixed grid fixing block 400 with the dial indicator measuring rod 200 through a fastener 500.

Claims (10)

1. A clamp for assembling a fixed grid of a digital display dial indicator comprises a base; it is characterized by also comprising:
the locking assembly is used for radially positioning the dial indicator to be installed and is arranged at one end of the base;
the positioning assembly is used for elastically and slidably arranging the positioning assembly for positioning the fixed grid in the locking assembly; and
the clamping assembly is used for axially positioning the dial indicator and is arranged at the other end of the base;
the fixed grid coated with the glue solution is placed on the positioning assembly, the dial indicator is positioned through the locking assembly, and the dial indicator is tightly pressed by the clamping assembly, so that the fixed grid fixing block and the fixed grid are reliably and parallelly attached and then are connected with the fixed grid fixing block and the fixed grid through the fastening piece.
2. The fixture for assembling the fixed grid of the digital display dial indicator according to claim 1,
the locking assembly includes:
a supporting seat;
and the locking blocks are symmetrically arranged on the supporting seat and used for positioning the measuring rod of the dial indicator.
3. The fixture for assembling the fixed grid of the digital display dial indicator according to claim 2,
the positioning assembly comprises:
the positioning block is arranged on the supporting seat in a sliding mode, and the upper end of the positioning block is provided with a limiting piece used for positioning the width of the fixed grid; and
the jacking piece pushes the positioning block upwards and elastically and is arranged on the supporting seat.

the positioning assembly further comprises:

thirdly, the dial plate is pressed, the locking part is driven to drive the pressing part to rotate, and the pressing part elastically presses the dial plate of the dial indicator; meanwhile, the positioning block drives the fixed grid to be reliably and parallelly contacted with the fixed grid fixing block under the action of upward thrust of the jacking piece;
and step four, locking the fixed grid fixing block, and connecting the fixed grid fixing block with the dial indicator measuring rod through a fastener.
