Abstract
The invention discloses household garbage waste gas treatment equipment which comprises a shell, a gas inlet, a heavy hammer, a first electrode frame, a first pore plate, an electrode tube, an electrode wire, a second electrode frame, a second pore plate, an electric heater, a catalyst and a gas outlet, wherein the first pore plate is fixed at the lower part of an inner cavity of the shell, the second pore plate is fixed at the upper part of the inner cavity of the shell, the electrode tube is connected between the first pore plate and the second pore plate along the height direction of the shell, the second electrode frame is positioned above the second pore plate, the first electrode frame is positioned below the first pore plate, the electrode wire is positioned in the electrode tube, the upper end of the electrode wire is connected with the second electrode frame, the lower end of the electrode wire penetrates through the first electrode frame and is fixedly connected with the heavy hammer, the electric heater is arranged above the second electrode frame, and the catalyst is arranged above the electric heater. The invention can effectively reduce the floor area of the equipment and improve the purification efficiency.

Background
The household garbage incineration technology is concerned with the characteristics of reducing, recycling and harmlessly treating garbage, greatly reducing the land occupation area of garbage landfill and the like. Further, domestic waste exhaust-gas treatment equipment still includes insulating case and insulating vase, insulating case fixed mounting in the both sides of casing, insulating vase fixed mounting in the inside of insulating case.
Further, the insulation box is fixedly arranged at the second pore plate and the second electrode frame.
Further, the electrode tube is welded between the first orifice plate and the second orifice plate.

according to the invention, firstly, the water vapor, oil stain and particulate matters in the household garbage waste gas entering from the gas inlet are removed through the electrode tube and the electrode wire which are connected between the first electrode frame and the second electrode frame and the heavy hammer which is positioned below the first electrode frame and fixedly connected with the electrode wire, then the temperature of the waste gas is raised through the electric heater and is sent to the catalyst, and the catalyst can catalyze and oxidize carbon monoxide in the waste gas into carbon dioxide so as to reduce the concentration of the carbon monoxide, thereby improving the purification efficiency.
In addition, the first electrode frame, the first pore plate, the electrode tube, the wire electrode, the heavy hammer, the second electrode frame, the second pore plate, the electric heater and the catalyst are integrally arranged in the shell, so that the floor area of the device can be effectively reduced.

And the air outlet 14 is arranged at the top of the shell 13 and used for discharging the treated domestic waste gas to the external environment.
In this embodiment, the first orifice plate 4 is fixed to a lower portion of an inner cavity of the housing 13, and the second orifice plate 7 is fixed to an upper portion of the inner cavity of the housing 13. The electrode tube 5 is connected between the first orifice plate 4 and the second orifice plate 7 along the height direction of the housing 13. The second electrode holder 10 is located above the second well plate 7, and the first electrode holder 3 is located below the first well plate 4. The electrode wire 6 is positioned in the electrode tube 5, the upper end of the electrode wire 6 is connected with the second electrode frame 10, and the lower end of the electrode wire 6 penetrates through the first electrode frame 3 to be fixedly connected with the heavy hammer 2. In practice, the electrode tube 5, the wire electrode 6 and the heavy hammer 2 can remove water vapor, oil stains and particulate matters in the household garbage waste gas entering from the gas inlet 1.
It can be understood that the first electrode holder 3, the first orifice plate 4, the electrode tube 5, the wire electrode 6, the weight dropper 2, the second electrode holder 10, the second orifice plate 7, the electric heater 11, and the catalyst 12 are all integrally disposed in the housing 13, so that the floor area of the device can be effectively reduced.
Preferably, the electrode tube 5 is welded between the first orifice plate 4 and the second orifice plate 7. The electrode wire 6 is arranged in the middle of the electrode tube 5. The lower end of the electrode wire 6 is fixedly connected with the heavy hammer 2 through a hook.
Further, the electric heater 11 is disposed above the second electrode holder 10, and the electric heater 11 is capable of raising the temperature of the exhaust gas and sending the exhaust gas to the catalyst 12. The catalyst 12 is disposed above the electric heater 11, and the catalyst 12 can catalytically oxidize carbon monoxide in the exhaust gas into carbon dioxide to reduce the concentration of carbon monoxide, thereby improving the purification efficiency.
Preferably, the electric heater 11 is fixed in the housing 13 by a flange.
In this embodiment, the household garbage waste gas treatment equipment further comprises an insulation box 9 and an insulation porcelain bottle 8. The insulation box 9 is fixedly arranged on two sides of the shell 13, and the insulation porcelain bottle 8 is fixedly arranged inside the insulation box 9.
In practice, the insulating box 9 may be fixedly installed at the second orifice plate 7 and the second electrode holder 10. The insulating cases 9 are welded to both sides of the housing 13.

In addition, the first electrode holder 3, the first orifice plate 4, the electrode tube 5, the wire electrode 6, the weight 2, the second electrode holder 10, the second orifice plate 7, the electric heater 11 and the catalyst 12 are all integrally arranged in the shell 13, so that the floor area of the device can be effectively reduced.
