The arm is placed between the lower arc-shaped backing plate 17 and the upper arc-shaped pressing plate 22, and the position of the upper arc-shaped pressing plate 22 is adjusted by the threaded rod, so that the upper arc-shaped pressing plate 22 presses the arm tightly. The blood flow rate is detected by the ultrasonic waves emitted by the ultrasonic transmitter 16 and the ultrasonic receiver 19.
