Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
Incidentally, for reasons of cost effectiveness or the like, a ticket gate that writes and reads ticket information to and from an IC card or a mobile terminal device having an IC card function and assesses a fee may not be installed at a site, and a passenger using a site where a ticket gate is not installed cannot use an IC card, a mobile terminal device having an IC card function, or the like for fee assessment.
In this respect, it is an object of the present technology to provide an information processing system, an information processing method, a mobile terminal device, a server, and a program, which realize entry, exit, and the like by using the mobile terminal device without using a device that manages entry and exit.
Solution to the problem
A first aspect of the present technique is
An information processing system comprising:
and a server which executes a ticket checking process by acquiring the use status information and the security information from the mobile terminal device via the network, the mobile terminal device generating the use status information and storing the security information.
In this technique, the mobile terminal device generates the entry information or the exit information by using, for example, station information of a usage station as the usage state information. The mobile terminal device communicates with a wireless tag that is set in the use station and provides station information, or images a station information providing medium set at the use station or a subject that can specify the use station to acquire station information of the use station. The mobile terminal device generates entry information or exit information including the acquired site information. Further, the mobile terminal device stores security information, such as ticket information and electronic money information.
The server communicates with the mobile terminal device through the network, and performs a ticket checking process by using the ticket information and the electronic money information stored in the mobile terminal device and the use state information generated by the mobile terminal device. In a case where the entry information is not included in the ticket information read from the mobile terminal device, the server instructs the mobile terminal device to perform an operation of designating a ride station.
Further, the mobile terminal device generates entry information and exit information by using the acquisition position of the station information, and the server determines whether the entry information and the exit information are invalid information. For example, the mobile terminal device generates the entry information and the exit information by using the acquisition position of the station information, and the server determines that the entry information and the exit information are invalid in a case where a position difference between the station position indicated by the station information and the acquisition position of the station information is greater than a threshold value. Further, the mobile terminal device may generate the entry information by using the acquisition time of the station information, and the server may determine whether the entry information is invalid based on a time difference between the acquisition time of the ticket information from the mobile terminal device and the acquisition time of the station information indicated by the entry information generated by the mobile terminal device. The server causes non-invalidated information to be included in ticket information stored in the mobile terminal device. In addition, the server can detect the use site and the entry and exit of the use site based on the position information of the mobile terminal device.
In the ticket checking process, the server calculates a fee for calculating a fee corresponding to a boarding station and a alighting station based on the entrance information and the exit information. Further, in the calculation of the fee, user information of the mobile terminal device registered in advance may be used.
In the case where the balance indicated by the electronic money information of the mobile terminal device is less than the fee, the server performs a charge process of the electronic money information of the mobile terminal device, and causes the mobile terminal device to store the electronic money information indicating the balance after the fee is levied. Further, in a case where the balance indicated by the electronic money information of the mobile terminal device is less than the fee, the server may levy the fee or a shortage amount of the fee from the balance indicated by the electronic money information of a different ticket function specified in advance by the user, and store the electronic money information indicating the balance after levy of the fee in the mobile terminal device. Further, in a case where the balance of the electronic money information of the mobile terminal device is less than the fee, the server may collect the fee or a shortage amount of the fee from an IC card capable of communicating with the mobile terminal device, and store the electronic money information indicating the balance after the fee collection in the IC card. The server causes the outgoing information to be included in the ticket information after the fee is assessed.
A second aspect of the present technique is
An information processing method comprising:
communicating with a mobile terminal device that generates usage state information and maintains security information through a network; and
the ticket checking process is performed by acquiring the use status information and the security information from the mobile terminal device via the network.
A third aspect of the present technology is
A program for causing a computer to execute a ticket checking function, comprising:
a process of communicating with a mobile terminal device that generates usage state information and holds security information to acquire the usage state information and the security information; and
a process of executing ticket checking processing based on the use state information and the security information acquired from the mobile terminal device.
Note that the program of the present technology is, for example, a program provided in a computer-readable format to a general-purpose computer capable of executing various program codes, and may be provided by a storage medium or a communication medium (for example, a storage medium such as an optical disk, a magnetic disk, and a semiconductor memory, or a communication medium such as a network). By providing such a program in a computer-readable format, processing according to the program is realized on a computer.
A fourth aspect of the present technology is
A mobile terminal device, comprising:
an information acquisition unit that acquires information indicating a usage object;
a secure memory unit that holds secure information; and
a network communication unit which communicates with a server which performs ticket checking processing through a network.

<1. configuration example of information processing System >
An information processing system of the present technology includes a server that performs ticket checking processing by acquiring usage state information and security information from a mobile terminal device via a network, the mobile terminal device generating the usage state information and maintaining the security information. For example, in the case where the user of the mobile terminal device uses a railway, the use state information includes, for example, entry information or exit information generated by using site information of a use site, and the security information includes ticket information and electronic money information. As described below, the ticket information is information written by the railway operator into the secure area of the mobile terminal device, and includes usage status information.
The server performs a ticket checking process, that is, calculates a fee and performs fee levying, updating of ticket information and electronic money information, and the like on the mobile terminal device, based on the entry information and the exit information generated by the mobile terminal device and the ticket information and the electronic money information stored in the mobile terminal device. The ticket information includes entrance information and exit information. The entry information includes an entry record indicating that the user entered the ride, unique information (e.g., a station code) indicating the ride, information indicating the time of entry, and the like. The outgoing information includes an outgoing record indicating that the user is going out of the station, unique information (e.g., a station code) indicating the station, and information indicating the time of the outgoing. The entrance information and the exit information contained in the ticket information are entrance information and exit information generated by a railway operator, or entrance information and exit information which are generated by mobile terminal equipment and confirmed as valid information by the railway operator. In the mobile terminal device, ticket information and electronic money information are stored as security information in a memory area managed by an operator of the transportation system in a secure memory unit.
Fig. 1 is a diagram showing a configuration of an information processing system. Note that fig. 1 shows a case where a railway is used. The information processing system 10 includes a site service device 20, a site information providing medium (e.g., a wireless tag (e.g., a Near Field Communication (NFC) tag) 30 indicating site information), a server 40, a mobile terminal device 50 carried by a railway user, and the like.
The site service apparatus 20 and the server 40 are connected via a network NW. Further, the mobile terminal device 50 is set to be able to communicate with the server 40 via the network NW. Note that the network NW includes, for example, a Wide Area Network (WAN), a public line, a Virtual Private Network (VPN), a Local Area Network (LAN), and the like. Further, the NFC tag 30 is installed in a site where a ticket gate is not provided.
<2. configuration of site service apparatus and Server >
Fig. 2 shows a configuration of a site service apparatus. The site service apparatus 20 includes a ticket gate 21 and a site service control unit 22. Further, the site service apparatus 20 may include a site terminal that performs processing such as ticketing (ticketing). The ticket gate 21 and the server 40 are configured by an autonomous distributed architecture, and, for example, the ticket gate 21 may accumulate ticket information or the like for a predetermined period of time. In the case where communication with the server 40 is possible, the information accumulated in the ticket gate 21 is transmitted to the server 40 at regular time intervals. Further, even in the case where communication with the server 40 is impossible due to a failure, information loss is prevented by transmitting the accumulated information to the server 40 immediately after failure recovery. Further, in the case where an invalid card is found in the server 40, information indicating the invalid card (referred to as "invalid card information") is immediately transmitted to the ticket gate 21.
The ticket gate 21 includes a communication unit 211, a security control unit 212, and a ticket operation control unit 213.
For example, the communication unit 211 performs near field communication with the mobile terminal device 50 having an IC ticket function. Note that, as described later, the mobile terminal device 50 having the IC ticket function is provided with a secure memory unit that stores ticket information and the like.
The security control unit 212 performs authentication by using key information corresponding to the secure memory unit of the mobile terminal device 50, and reads and writes information from and in the authenticated secure memory unit. In the authentication, for example, the random number generated by each of the security control unit 212 and the mobile terminal device 50 is encrypted/decrypted by using the access encryption key of the access object, and it is confirmed that both have a valid access encryption key. Further, the security control unit 212 uses a random number generated by authentication as a session key, and uses the session key for encryption processing in communication after authentication. By using this method, difficulty in analysis by encryption processing and reuse of authentication information used by random numbers can be prevented, and communication can be performed with high reliability.
The ticket operation control unit 213 determines whether entry (or exit) to a site is possible based on the ticket information acquired from the secure memory unit of the mobile terminal device 50 via the communication unit 211 and the invalid card information provided from the management server 41 as described below, and performs door control based on the determination result. Further, in the case where the display unit is provided in the ticket gate 21, notification display control of the available period, the balance, and the like is performed based on ticket information, electronic money information, and the like acquired from the secure memory unit of the mobile terminal device 50. Further, the ticket operation control unit 213 generates entrance information and exit information. The ticket operation control unit 213 writes the generated entry information, the generated exit information, the electronic money information after fee collection, and the like in the secure memory unit of the mobile terminal device 50 via the communication unit 211.
The station service control unit 22 controls the operation of the ticket gate 21. Further, the site service control unit 22 performs processing of transmitting the information acquired from the server 40 to the ticket gate 21 via the network NW, and processing of transmitting the information acquired by the ticket gate 21 to the server 40 via the network NW.
Fig. 3 shows a configuration of a server. The server 40 includes, for example, a management server 41 and a security server 42. Note that the management server 41 and the security server 42 may be configured to be separately provided and connected via a network.
The management server 41 includes an operation control unit 411 and a database unit 412. The operation control unit 411 communicates with the station service control unit 22 of the station service apparatus 20, and registers information acquired by the station service apparatus 20 in the database unit 412. Further, the operation control unit 411 manages the IC card information based on the information registered in the database unit 412. Further, the invalid card information determined to be deactivated is registered in the database unit 412, and the operation control unit 411 transmits the invalid card information registered in the database unit 412 to the station service apparatus 20. Further, the management server 41 communicates with the security server 42 via the network NW, and performs processing similar to the ticket gate on the mobile terminal device 50. That is, the operation control unit 411 registers, in the database unit 412, information read by the security server 42 from the secure memory unit of the mobile terminal device 50, such as IC card information, ticket information, electronic money information, and the like. Further, the operation control unit 411 writes the entry information, the exit information, the electronic money information after fee collection, and the like in the secure memory unit of the mobile terminal device 50 via the secure server 42. Further, the operation control unit 411 performs processing of determining a site used by the user of the mobile terminal device 50 based on the site use identification information acquired by the mobile terminal device 50, and registers information indicating the determined site in the database unit 412 together with the IC card information, the electronic money information, and the like.
The secure server 42 includes a secure control unit 421. The security control unit 421 performs authentication with the mobile terminal device 50 via the network NW, and after the authentication is completed, reads and writes information from and to the secure memory unit of the mobile terminal device 50 by using encryption processing using a session key. Further, the security control unit 421 communicates with the management server 41 via the network NW, and performs processing of transmitting the information read from the secure memory unit of the mobile terminal device 50 and the station use identification information acquired by the mobile terminal device 50 to the management server 41, and processing of acquiring the information to be written in the secure memory unit of the mobile terminal device 50 from the management server 41.
<3. configuration of Mobile terminal device >
Fig. 4 shows a configuration of a mobile terminal device. The mobile terminal device 50 includes an NFC communication unit 51, a network communication unit 52, a secure memory unit 53, a storage unit 54, an imaging unit 55, a display unit 56, a position detection unit 57, a user interface (I/F) unit 58, and a control unit 59.
The NFC communication unit 51 performs near field communication with the ticket gate 21 of the station service apparatus 20. Further, the NFC communication unit 51 performs communication with an external recording medium (for example, a card-type IC ticket 71, a key holder-type IC ticket 72, or the like) that can be used as a ticket, and power supply to the external recording medium. Further, in the case where electronic devices such as a smart watch or an activity tracker are equipped with an NFC communication unit and can be used as tickets, or in the case where communication with a mobile terminal device can be performed by a wireless communication method other than NFC communication and a ticket function can be provided, these electronic devices can also be used as external recording media.
The network communication unit 52 communicates with the security server 42 of the server 40 by using communication using bluetooth (registered trademark) or a wireless network such as Wi-Fi (registered trademark) or a public line.
The secure memory unit 53 stores information, access to which is managed, for example, ticket information, electronic money information, and the like. Access to the information stored in the secure memory unit 53 is determined by access control and authentication. In the access control, access can be performed by a prescribed access method, and in the authentication, mutual authentication is performed by using an access encryption key. Note that information communication of the secure memory unit 53 is performed by using an encryption process using a session key.
The storage unit 54 includes a semiconductor memory or the like, and stores a control program and an application program executed by the control unit 59, data used when these programs are executed, data generated by executing these programs, and the like.
The imaging unit 55 includes a lens, an imaging element, and the like, and outputs an imaging signal to the control unit 59. For example, the user uses the imaging unit 55 to image a station information providing medium (e.g., a barcode indicating station information) or an object (e.g., a station signboard, a station building, etc.) that can specify a station for use, and outputs an imaging signal generated by the imaging unit 55 to the control unit 59.
The display unit 56 is configured by using a liquid crystal display element, an organic Electroluminescence (EL) display element, or the like. The display unit 56 performs display of various menus, display of instructions for operation states, setting states, and the like, display of operations of various applications, display of a captured image acquired by the imaging unit 55, display of various types of information, and the like.
The position detection unit 57 includes a positioning signal receiving unit, a gyro sensor, an acceleration sensor, and the like, detects the current position of the mobile terminal device 50 based on the positioning signal or the sensor signal, and outputs the detection result to the control unit 59.
A user interface (I/F) unit 58 includes a touch panel, switches, input keys, and the like, and outputs an operation signal corresponding to a user operation to a control unit 59. For example, the user interface unit 58 performs operations related to various application functions, operations related to a call, operations of setting or changing operations of the mobile terminal device, and the like. Further, the user interface unit 58 may include a microphone or the like. The user interface unit 58 outputs an operation signal corresponding to a user operation or an operation instruction voice acquired by a microphone to the control unit 59. Further, the user interface unit 58 may be configured to receive a remote control signal using infrared rays or other radio waves and output the received signal to the control unit 59.
The control unit 59 includes, for example, a Central Processing Unit (CPU) or the like. The control unit 59 executes a program stored in the storage unit 54 and controls each unit so as to perform an operation corresponding to an operation signal or the like from the user interface unit 58 in the mobile terminal device 50. Further, the control unit 59 generates entrance information or exit information by using information acquired by the information acquisition unit that acquires station information of a usage station (i.e., information acquired from the NFC tag 30 by the NFC communication unit 51, or information obtained by imaging a station information providing medium or object capable of specifying a usage station using the imaging unit 55), and performs communication control with the server 40 and the like. Further, the control unit 59 transmits information acquired at the use site by the NFC communication unit 51, the imaging unit 55, or the position detection unit 57 from the network communication unit 52 to the security server 42 of the server 40 as the site use identification information.
<4. first embodiment of information processing System >
In the first embodiment, the following case will be described: wherein the user carries the mobile terminal device 50 having the IC ticket function, the ticket gate 21 is installed in the boarding station, and the ticket gate 21 is not installed in the disembarking station but the NFC tag 30 is provided.
Fig. 5 is a sequence diagram showing an operation at the time of entry in the first embodiment. In step ST1, the station serving device performs polling. The ticket gate 21 of the station service apparatus 20 performs polling to detect an IC ticket capable of near field communication.
In step ST2, the mobile terminal device performs response processing. The mobile terminal device 50 stores the IC card information and outputs the IC card information to the ticket gate 21 in response to polling from the ticket gate 21.
In step ST3, the station serving device and the mobile terminal device perform authentication. After confirming that the mobile terminal device 50 has the IC ticket function based on the IC card information, the ticket gate 21 of the site service device 20 encrypts/decrypts the random number by using, for example, an access encryption key of the access object, and confirms that both have a valid access encryption key. Further, the authenticated communication is encrypted by using a random number used in authentication as a session key.
In step ST4, the station serving apparatus performs status confirmation. The ticket gate 21 of the site service device 20 reads the ticket information from the secure memory unit 53 of the mobile terminal device 50 whose validity is confirmed, and confirms that the mobile terminal device is not in the entry state. Note that the determination as to whether the mobile terminal device is in the entering state may be performed based on whether the entering information is included in the ticket information, and the state information indicating the entering state or the exiting state may be included in the entering information or the exiting information, or the state information may be included in the ticket information separately from the entering information or the exiting information. Note that in the following description, the status information is included in the ticket information separately from the entrance information and the exit information.
In step ST5, the station serving device executes the incoming information writing process. The ticket gate 21 of the station service apparatus 20 generates entry information, writes the entry information in the secure memory unit 53 of the mobile terminal apparatus 50, so that the entry information is included in the ticket information, and the status information becomes an entry status.
In step ST6, the ticket gate performs gate control. The ticket gate 21 opens the gate so that the user carrying the mobile terminal device 50 that has completed writing of the entry information can enter through the ticket gate. Note that the ticket gate 21 closes the gate in the case where the validity of the IC ticket is not verified, in the case where it is indicated that the IC ticket has been in the entry state, and in the case where the entry information is not validly written.
The site service apparatus 20 and the server 40 communicate with each other at regular time intervals, and cause the database unit of the server 40 to store information and the like acquired by the ticket gate 21.
In this way, when the user holds the mobile terminal device 50 having the IC ticket function over the ticket gate 21 of the site service device, the entry information is written in the secure memory unit 53 of the mobile terminal device 50 by near field communication, and the entry is allowed through the ticket gate.
Fig. 6 is a sequence diagram showing the operation at the time of going out in the first embodiment. In step ST11, the mobile terminal device performs polling. The mobile terminal device 50 performs polling to detect, for example, the NFC tag 30 capable of near field communication.
In step ST12, the NFC tag performs response processing. The station information is stored in advance in the NFC tag 30, and the NFC tag 30 transmits the station information in response to polling from the mobile terminal device 50. The mobile terminal device 50 generates outgoing information including the station information transmitted from the NFC tag 30, the time when the station information is acquired, and the like. Note that the station information includes information such as a station code indicating a station where the NFC tag 30 is set.
In step ST13, the mobile terminal device and the server perform authentication. The mobile terminal device 50 outputs an authentication request to the security server 42 of the server 40. Based on the authentication request from the mobile terminal device 50, the security server 42 confirms that the mobile terminal device 50 has the IC ticket function based on the IC card information of the mobile terminal device 50. Further, the security server 42 and the mobile terminal device 50 encrypt/decrypt the random number by using, for example, an access encryption key of the access object, and confirm that both have a valid access encryption key. Further, the authenticated communication is encrypted by using a random number used in authentication as a session key.
In step ST14, the server reads the information. The security server 42 of the server 40 reads the outgoing information generated by the mobile terminal device 50, the ticket information (status information and incoming information) stored in the secure memory unit 53, and the electronic money information.
In step ST15, the server performs status confirmation. The management server 41 of the server 40 confirms the entry state by the state information included in the ticket information acquired from the mobile terminal device 50. Note that processing in the case where the entry state is not instructed will be described later.
In step ST16, the server executes fee collection processing. The management server 41 of the server 40 calculates fees corresponding to the boarding and the alighting based on the entrance information and the exit information. Specifically, the management server 41 calculates a fee based on a boarding station determined from the entrance information included in the ticket information and a disembarking station determined from the exit information generated by the mobile terminal device 50. Further, the management server 41 assesses a fee from the balance indicated by the electronic money information read from the mobile terminal device 50, and updates the balance to electronic financial information indicating the balance after fee assessment. Further, the management server 41 stores the riding history, the fee levying history, and the like in the database unit.
In step ST17, the server executes information update processing for the mobile terminal device. The management server 41 of the server 40 outputs the outgoing information and the updated electronic money information to the security server 42. The security server 42 writes the outgoing information and the updated electronic money information into the secure memory unit 53 of the mobile terminal device 50 so that the outgoing information is included in the ticket information and the electronic money information is set as the updated electronic money information, and the status information becomes the outgoing status.
By performing such processing, even in the case where no ticket gate is provided at the destination, a fee corresponding to the riding section can be assessed from the user. Further, the server 40 can easily grasp the use state of a site where no ticket gate is set.
Note that in the case where the balance indicated by the electronic money information is smaller than the fee at the time of fee collection, information on the shortage amount, the payment method of the shortage amount, and the like is transmitted to the mobile terminal device 50, and a notification of the information is given to the user through the display unit 56 or the like of the mobile terminal device 50. In the case where an electronic money charging operation is performed or payment of a shortage amount by a fee adjuster or the like is made to complete fee settlement, the mobile terminal device 50 writes outgoing information and new electronic money information in the secure memory unit 53. Therefore, in the case where the fee levying is not completed, the outgoing information is not written in the secure memory unit 53, so that in the case where the outgoing information is not stored thereafter when the user enters through the ticket gate, the user can be prevented from entering through the ticket gate.
<5. second embodiment of information processing System >
In the second embodiment, the following case will be described: where no ticket gate is installed at the ride station and a ticket gate is installed at the next station.
Fig. 7 is a sequence diagram showing an operation at the time of entry in the second embodiment. In step ST21, the mobile terminal device performs polling. The mobile terminal device 50 performs polling to detect, for example, the NFC tag 30 capable of near field communication.
In step ST22, the NFC tag performs response processing. The station information is stored in advance in the NFC tag 30, and the NFC tag 30 transmits the station information in response to polling from the mobile terminal device 50. The mobile terminal device 50 generates entry information including the station information transmitted from the NFC tag 30, the time when the station information is acquired, and the like. Note that the station information includes information such as a station code indicating a station where the NFC tag 30 is set.
In step ST23, the mobile terminal device and the server perform authentication.
In step ST24, the server performs status confirmation. The security server 42 of the server 40 reads the ticket information from the secure memory unit 53 of the mobile terminal device 50 for which the validity is confirmed, and confirms that the mobile terminal device 50 is not in the entry state.
In step ST25, the server executes the entering information writing process. The security server 42 of the server 40 writes the entry information in the secure memory unit 53 of the mobile terminal device 50 so that the entry information is included in the ticket information, and the status information becomes the entry status. Further, the management server 41 of the server 40 may store the written information in the secure memory unit 53 and the database unit of the mobile terminal device 50.
By performing such processing, even in a case where no ticket gate is provided at the ride station, entry information indicating that the user is riding from the ride station can be stored in the secure memory unit 53 of the mobile terminal device 50.
Fig. 8 is a sequence diagram showing an operation at the time of going out in the second embodiment. In step ST31, the station serving device performs polling. The ticket gate 21 of the station service apparatus 20 performs polling to detect an IC ticket capable of near field communication.
In step ST32, the mobile terminal device executes response processing. The mobile terminal device 50 outputs the IC card information to the ticket gate 21 in response to the polling from the ticket gate 21.
In step ST33, the station serving device and the mobile terminal device perform authentication.
In step ST34, the station serving device reads the information. The ticket gate 21 of the site service device 20 reads the ticket information (entrance information) and the electronic money information stored in the secure memory unit 53 of the mobile terminal device 50.
In step ST35, the station serving apparatus performs status confirmation. The ticket gate 21 of the station service apparatus 20 confirms the entry state by entry information included in the ticket information acquired from the mobile terminal apparatus 50. Note that processing in the case where the entry state is not instructed will be described later.
In step ST36, the site service apparatus performs the fee levying process. The ticket gate 21 of the station service apparatus 20 calculates a fee based on the station information indicated by the entry information included in the ticket information. Further, the ticket gate 21 assesses a fee from the balance indicated by the electronic money information read from the mobile terminal device 50, and updates the balance to electronic financial information indicating the balance after fee assessment.
In step ST37, the station serving device executes information update processing for the mobile terminal device. The ticket gate 21 of the site service device 20 generates the outgoing information and writes the outgoing information and the updated electronic money information in the secure memory unit 53 of the mobile terminal device 50 so as to include the outgoing information in the ticket information, the electronic money information is set as the updated electronic money information, and the status information becomes the outgoing status.
In step ST38, the station service apparatus performs door control. The ticket gate 21 of the station service apparatus 20 opens the gate so that the user of the mobile terminal apparatus 50 carrying the writing of the outgoing information is able to go out from the ticket gate. Note that, in the case where the validity of the mobile terminal device 50 is not verified and the case where valid entry information is not written in the secure memory unit 53, the ticket gate 21 closes the gate.
The site service apparatus 20 and the server 40 communicate with each other at regular time intervals, and cause the database unit of the server 40 to store information and the like acquired by the ticket gate 21.
By performing such processing, even in the case where no ticket gate is provided at the boarding station, the entry information can be stored in the secure memory unit by using the station information output from the NFC tag 30, and therefore, a fee corresponding to the boarding section can be assessed from the user through the ticket gate of the boarding station. Further, the ticket gate 21 transmits ticket information read from the mobile terminal device of each user to the server 40, so that the server 40 can easily grasp the use state of a site where no ticket gate is set.
<6. third embodiment of information processing System >
In the third embodiment, the following case will be described: where no ticket gates are installed at the seating and the landing.
Fig. 9 is a sequence diagram showing an operation at the time of entry in the third embodiment. In step ST41, the mobile terminal device performs polling. The mobile terminal device 50 performs polling to detect, for example, the NFC tag 30 capable of near field communication.
In step ST42, the NFC tag performs response processing. The station information is stored in the NFC tag 30 in advance, and the NFC tag 30 transmits the station information in response to polling from the mobile terminal device 50. The mobile terminal device 50 generates entry information including the station information transmitted from the NFC tag 30, the time when the station information is acquired, and the like. Note that the station information includes information such as a station code indicating a station where the NFC tag 30 is set.
In step ST43, the mobile terminal device and the server perform authentication.
In step ST44, the server performs status confirmation. The security server 42 of the server 40 reads the ticket information from the secure memory unit 53 of the mobile terminal device 50 for which the validity is confirmed, and confirms that the mobile terminal device 50 is not in the entry state.
In step ST45, the server executes the entering information writing process. The security server 42 of the server 40 writes the entry information in the secure memory unit 53 of the mobile terminal device 50 so that the entry information is included in the ticket information and the status information becomes the entry status. Further, the management server 41 of the server 40 may store the written information in the secure memory unit 53 and the database unit of the mobile terminal device 50.
By performing such processing, even in a case where no ticket gate is provided at the ride station, ticket information indicating that the user rides from the ride station can be stored in the secure memory unit 53 of the mobile terminal device 50.
Fig. 10 is a sequence diagram showing an operation at the time of going out in the third embodiment. In step ST51, the mobile terminal device performs polling. The mobile terminal device 50 performs polling to detect, for example, the NFC tag 30 capable of near field communication.
In step ST52, the NFC tag performs response processing. The station information is stored in the NFC tag 30 in advance, and the NFC tag 30 transmits the station information in response to polling from the mobile terminal device 50. The mobile terminal device 50 generates outgoing information including the station information transmitted from the NFC tag 30, the time when the station information is acquired, and the like. Note that the station information includes information such as a station code indicating a station where the NFC tag 30 is set.
In step ST53, the mobile terminal device and the server perform authentication.
In step ST54, the server reads the information. The security server 42 of the server 40 reads the outgoing information generated by the mobile terminal device 50, the ticket information (incoming information) and the electronic money information stored in the secure memory unit 53.
In step ST55, the server performs status confirmation. The management server 41 of the server 40 confirms the entry state by the state information included in the ticket information acquired from the mobile terminal device 50. Note that processing in the case where the entry state is not instructed will be described later.
In step ST56, the server executes the fee levying process. The management server 41 of the server 40 calculates fees corresponding to the boarding and disembarking based on the entering information and the exiting information.
In step ST57, the server executes information update processing for the mobile terminal device.
By performing such processing, even in the case where no ticket gate is provided at the lower station, the fee corresponding to the riding section can be assessed from the user.
Therefore, in the case where the fee collection is not completed, the outgoing information is not written in the secure memory unit 53, and therefore, in the case where the outgoing information is not stored when the user enters through the ticket gate thereafter, the user can be prevented from entering through the ticket gate.
<7. fourth embodiment of information processing System >
Next, in the fourth embodiment, the following case will be described: wherein no ticket gate is installed at the lower stop and the entry information is not effectively written into the mobile terminal device.
Fig. 11 is a sequence diagram showing an operation at the time of going out in the fourth embodiment. In step ST61, the mobile terminal device performs polling. The mobile terminal device 50 performs polling to detect, for example, the NFC tag 30 capable of near field communication.
In step ST62, the NFC tag performs response processing.
In step ST63, the mobile terminal device and the server perform authentication.
In step ST64, the server reads the information. The security server 42 of the server 40 reads the outgoing information generated by the mobile terminal device 50, the ticket information (incoming information) and the electronic money information stored in the secure memory unit 53.
In step ST65, the server performs status confirmation. In a case where the status information of the ticket information acquired from the mobile terminal device 50 does not indicate entry into the status, the management server 41 of the server 40 executes the process of step ST 66. Note that in the case where the entry state is instructed, the fee levying and information updating processing is performed in a similar manner to the first and third embodiments.
The case where the state information does not indicate entry into the state is regarded as a first case where the user is about to enter, and a second case where the user goes out with the mobile terminal device which is not close to the NFC tag to effectively perform entry processing. In this regard, a first NFC tag used at the time of entry and a second NFC tag used at the time of exit are provided at one site. In this way, the mobile terminal device 50 generates different information at the time of entry and at the time of exit. Therefore, the management server 41 can determine whether it is the first case or the second case based on the information generated by the mobile terminal device 50.
In step ST66, the server gives an instruction to input information. Since the status information of the ticket information acquired from the mobile terminal device 50 does not indicate the entry status (entry information is not included in the ticket information), the management server 41 of the server 40 instructs the mobile terminal device 50 to perform an entry information input operation via the security server 42.
In step ST67, the mobile terminal apparatus executes the generation processing of the entry information. For example, the mobile terminal device 50 causes the display unit 56 to display an input screen of a ride station or the like, and the control unit 59 generates entry information indicating a ride station or a ride station, an entry time, and the like, according to a user operation to the user interface unit 58.
In step ST68, the mobile terminal device executes response processing. The mobile terminal device 50 transmits the generated entry information to the security server 42 of the server 40.
In step ST69, the server performs information confirmation. The management server 41 of the server 40 determines the ride station by confirming the entry information received by the security server 42.
In step ST70, the server executes the fee levying process. The management server 41 of the server 40 calculates fees corresponding to the boarding and disembarking based on the entering information and the exiting information. Specifically, the management server 41 calculates a fee based on a boarding station determined from the entry information generated based on the input instruction of the mobile terminal device 50 and a disembarking station determined from the exit information generated by the mobile terminal device 50.
In step ST71, the server executes information update processing for the mobile terminal device. The management server 41 of the server 40 outputs the incoming information, outgoing information, and updated electronic money information to the security server 42. The security server 42 writes the entry information, the exit information, and the updated electronic money information into the secure memory unit 53 of the mobile terminal device 50 so that the entry information and the exit information are included in the ticket information, the electronic money information is set as the updated electronic money information, and the status information becomes the exit status.
By performing such processing, even in a case where the user outputs from a destination where no ticket gate is set in a state where the entry information is not effectively stored in the secure memory unit 53 of the mobile terminal device 50, a fee corresponding to the riding section can be assessed from the user.
Incidentally, although fig. 11 shows an outgoing operation in the case where no ticket gate is installed, the processing of steps ST65 to ST71 may be performed in the case where a ticket gate is provided. In this case, even if there is no site worker or the like at the installation position of the ticket gate, the user can go out based on the operation of the user who generated the entry information.
<8. fifth embodiment of information processing System >
Next, in a fifth embodiment, a case of using a card-type IC ticket having a ticket function will be described. The mobile terminal device performs near field communication with the card-type IC ticket, and writes and reads information to and from the secure memory unit of the card-type IC ticket through the ticket gate 21 or the secure server 42 of the server 40 in a manner similar to the case of writing and reading information to and from the secure memory unit 53 of the mobile terminal device 50.
In this way, even in the case where no mobile terminal device is provided with the IC ticket function, the card-type IC ticket can be used by the mobile terminal device. Therefore, by using the card type IC ticket and the mobile terminal device, it is possible to legally enter or exit from a boarding station where no ticket gate is provided.
Further, not only card type IC tickets but also key holder type IC tickets, electronic devices equipped with NFC communication units to be used as tickets, and electronic devices capable of communicating with mobile terminal devices by wireless communication methods other than NFC communication and capable of being provided with ticket functions can be used to legally enter or exit from a boarding station where no ticket gate is provided.
<9. sixth embodiment of information processing System >
Incidentally, as described in the fourth embodiment, in the case where the user designates a station for taking a ride, when a station close to the station for taking a ride is designated differently from a station actually taken by the user, fee collection is performed at a fee lower than the regular fee. Further, even in the case where the NFC tag indicating the boarding or the alighting is illegally copied and used at a site different from the site indicated by the NFC tag, fee collection is performed at a low cost. In this regard, in the sixth embodiment, prevention of fee evasion will be described.
In order to prevent illegal use of the NFC tag 30, the mobile terminal device 50 generates entry information or exit information including station information transmitted from the NFC tag 30, time when the station information is acquired, and the like. Further, when the mobile terminal device 50 acquires the station information transmitted from the NFC tag 30, the mobile terminal device detects the position using the position detection unit 57, and the station information acquisition position is included in the incoming information and the outgoing information.
After authentication with the mobile terminal device, the server 40 acquires the entry information and the exit information generated by the mobile terminal device 50, and confirms that the entry information and the exit information are not invalid information based on the station information and the station information acquisition position included in the entry information and the exit information generated by the mobile terminal device 50. For example, the management server 41 of the server 40 has the installation position information of the NFC tag 30 providing the station information. In the case where the positional difference between the station position indicated by the station information and the acquisition position of the station information is larger than the threshold value, the management server 41 determines that the information is invalid. That is, in the case where the station information acquisition position indicated by the entry information or the exit information is outside the predetermined distance range from the installation position of the NFC tag 30 that provides the station information indicated by the entry information or the exit information, the management server 41 determines that the information is invalid.
The management server 41 performs the fee levying process based on the valid entrance information and the exit information, and writes the valid entrance information and the exit information into the secure memory unit 53 of the mobile terminal device 50. Further, the ticket gate 21 of the site service apparatus 20 can confirm that the entry information generated by the mobile terminal apparatus 50 is not invalid information in a similar manner to the management server 41, and perform gate control based on the confirmation result.
Note that, in the case where the entry information or the exit information is determined as invalid information, the management server 41 may notify the user of the mobile terminal device 50 of a warning notification or the like indicating that the information is invalid by using the display unit 56 or the like of the mobile terminal device 50.
By performing such processing, when the information of the NFC tag 30 is copied to another tag and used, it can be determined that it is illegally used.
Further, the ticket gate 21 and the server 40 may determine illegal use based on time information indicated by the entrance information and the exit information. For example, in the case where the time difference between the entry time indicated by the entry information and the exit time indicated by the exit information is smaller than the required travel time from the passenger station to the destination station, or in the case where the time difference exceeds a predetermined time set in advance in accordance with the required travel time, the case may be determined as an illegal use.
Further, the server 40 may determine whether the incoming information and the outgoing information are valid information in such a manner that: for example, by performing position detection at predetermined time intervals by the position detection unit 57, the mobile terminal device 50 generates movement history information of the user to enable confirmation of whether the user passes a boarding station or a disembarkation station designated by the user based on the movement history information.
<10. seventh embodiment of information processing System >
In the seventh embodiment, a case where money is automatically charged will be described. In the case where the fee levying process is performed by the user using the transportation system, when the balance of the electronic money information is small, the fee cannot be levied. In this regard, the mobile terminal device 50 has an automatic charging function for automatically charging money in the case where the balance becomes less than the preset amount.
For example, in the case where no ticket gate is provided at the station that is down as in the first and third embodiments, the server 40 calculates the fee based on the station information indicated by the entrance information and the exit information in the fee levying process. Further, the server 40 subtracts the fee from the balance indicated by the electronic money information read from the secure memory unit 53 of the mobile terminal device 50. Here, in the case where the balance is less than the fee, the recharge is performed by using a credit card, an account of a financial institution, or the like, which is registered in advance by the user of the mobile terminal device 50. Note that the recharge amount may be a shortage amount of the fee or a recharge amount set in advance by the user. The server 40 writes electronic money information indicating the balance after the charge is collected in the secure memory unit 53 of the mobile terminal device 50.
Thus, by providing the charging function, even when the balance of the electronic money information is small and a ticket gate is not provided at the next station, the electronic money information can be smoothly discharged from the next station.
<11. eighth embodiment of information processing System >
In the eighth embodiment, a case of a service of providing mutually usable IC tickets will be described.
The IC ticket is provided for each railway company or each group including a plurality of railway companies. Further, there is also a case: the provided IC ticket can be mutually used between railway companies and groups. Further, in the case where a plurality of functions of mutually usable IC tickets are provided in the mobile terminal device, a mechanism is proposed such that the function of an IC ticket designated in advance by the user (hereinafter referred to as "designated IC ticket") is used in a ticket gate or the like.
In this regard, in the present technology, in the case of carrying a plurality of mutually usable IC tickets, in the case where the balance is insufficient when fee collection is performed from a specified IC ticket, for example, the shortage amount is extracted from another IC ticket (an IC ticket set by the user to be usable when the balance is insufficient (hereinafter referred to as "combined IC ticket")).
The management server 41 of the server 40 performs the fee levying process based on the ticket information and the electronic money information read from the memory area of the specified IC ticket in the secure memory unit 53 of the mobile terminal device 50. Here, in the case where the calculated fee is higher than the balance indicated by the electronic money information, the management server 41 reads the electronic money information from the memory area of the combined IC ticket in the secure memory unit 53 of the mobile terminal device 50, and collects a shortage amount from the read electronic money information.
Further, after the completion of the fee levying process, the management server 41 writes the ticket information including the outgoing information and the electronic money information after fee levying into the memory area of the specified IC ticket in the secure memory unit 53 of the mobile terminal device 50. Further, the management server 41 writes the electronic money information after the collection of the shortage amount into the memory area of the combined IC ticket in the secure memory unit 53 of the mobile terminal device 50.
Note that the combination IC ticket is not limited to the function of the IC ticket provided in the mobile terminal device 50, and may be a card-type IC ticket or the like. Note that in the case of using the electronic money information of the card type IC ticket, authentication is performed between the secure server 42 and the card type IC ticket, and reading of the electronic money information and the like from the combination IC ticket is performed after confirming the validity. Further, a combination IC ticket may also be used at the ticket gate 21.
As described above, in the case of providing a plurality of mutually usable IC tickets, even if a shortage amount occurs when a charge is imposed from a specified IC ticket, the shortage amount is automatically imposed from the combined IC ticket so that the user can smoothly go out from the station.
<12. Another embodiment of information processing System >
In the above embodiment, the following case is exemplified: in which a wireless tag (e.g., NFC tag) is used as a station information providing medium and station information is acquired from the wireless tag, but the station information providing medium is not limited to the wireless tag. For example, a barcode (e.g., a two-dimensional barcode) may be used as the site information providing medium. In this case, the imaging unit 55 of the mobile terminal device 50 captures an image of the barcode, and the control unit 59 reads the station information from the barcode image and generates the incoming information or the outgoing information.
Further, information obtained by imaging a subject capable of specifying the use of a station may be used as the station information. For example, image information obtained by imaging a station signboard, a station building, or the like may be used as the station information. In this case, the imaging unit 55 of the mobile terminal device 50 generates a photographed image of a station signboard, a station building, and the like. The management server 41 (or the mobile terminal device 50) performs recognition processing on the acquired captured image, and specifies a use site. In addition, fraud can also be prevented by placing digital watermarks and the like on site signboards and the like.
Further, the management server 41 may detect a boarding station, a disembarking station, an entrance to the boarding station, or an exit from the disembarking station based on the position information of the mobile terminal device 50. The position of the mobile terminal device 50 may be detected based on a sensor signal or a positioning signal of a gyro sensor or the like as described above, or may be detected by receiving a signal from a beacon installed in a station.
Further, in the database unit 412 of the management server 41 in the server 40, the fee may be calculated by using the IC card information and the user information of the mobile terminal device corresponding to the IC card user information (for example, the address, sex, youth date, and the like of the user). For example, in the case where it is determined that the user of the mobile terminal device is an elderly person based on user information corresponding to IC card information of the mobile terminal device, discount of fees may be performed. Further, when the area where the user lives and the use date are set as the discount conditions, in the case where the transportation system is used on the date designated by the person who lives in the designated area, the fee discount process can be easily performed. Further, the server can easily set a discount condition according to an event or the like, and can also increase the number of users of a site where no ticket gate is set. Further, no change or the like is required for the program of each ticket gate.
Note that, in the above-described embodiment, the case of using a railway is described, but the present invention is applicable not only to railways but also to facilities and the like that manage entry and exit by door apparatuses.
The series of processes described in the specification may be performed by a hardware, software, or a combined configuration of both. In the case of executing software processing, a program that records a processing sequence is installed and executed in a memory of a computer included in dedicated hardware. Alternatively, the program may be installed and executed in a general-purpose computer capable of executing various types of processing.
For example, the program may be recorded in advance in a hard disk, a Solid State Drive (SSD), or a Read Only Memory (ROM) as a recording medium. Alternatively, the program may be temporarily or permanently stored (recorded) in a removable recording medium such as a flexible disk, a compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), a magneto-optical (MO) disk, a Digital Versatile Disc (DVD), a blu-ray disc (BD) (registered trademark), a magnetic disk, or a semiconductor memory card. Such a removable recording medium may be provided as so-called package software.
Further, in addition to installing the program from the removable recording medium to the computer, the program may be transmitted from the download site to the computer by wireless or by wire via a network such as a Local Area Network (LAN) or the internet. In the computer, the program thus transferred may be received and installed in a recording medium such as a built-in hard disk.
Note that the effects described in this specification are merely examples and are not limited, and there may be additional effects not described. Furthermore, the present technology should not be construed as being limited to the embodiments of the technology described above. The present technology is disclosed in the form of examples of embodiments of the present technology, and it is apparent that modifications and substitutions can be made on the embodiments by those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present technology.
