Background
With the development of intelligent mobile terminals, banks have released mobile banking to handle part of services for users, but mobile banking has limited services, and some services that need physical handover or need staff to check or sign still need users to go to banking outlets to handle. The service processing authority information refers to information of related authority of the service terminal authorized by the user terminal to assist in processing the service information to be processed.
Specifically, after the user terminal passes the verification of the verification request, the service processing permission information of the service information to be processed is sent to the service terminal, the service terminal acquires the service information to be processed under the condition that the service terminal receives the service processing permission information sent by the user terminal, the service information to be processed is subjected to auditing, signing and other processing to obtain a processing result of the service information to be processed, the service terminal returns the processing result to the user terminal, and the user terminal receives and displays the processing result.
For example, the service scene of the staff on line is that the user terminal handles the information of the service to be processed on the line, when the user passes the verification of the verification request displayed on the user terminal, after clicking authorization on a service application program of a user terminal, the user terminal generates and sends service processing authority information to the service terminal, the service terminal of a worker serving the user terminal immediately displays to-be-processed service information to be processed after receiving the service processing authority information, before the staff completes the processing such as auditing, authorizing or signing on the service terminal, the service information to be processed on the user terminal can not continue to be further operated (can retreat or quit the current operation), after the staff completes the processing of auditing, authorizing or signing on the service terminal, the service information to be processed on the user terminal can continue the next operation.
In the process that the service terminal processes the service information to be processed, a real object handover may exist, such as a collar card or a U-shield (youbi), under such a condition, after the user completes an operation on the user terminal and the staff completes processing of the service information to be processed, the real object may be sent to the user through the robot according to the device position of the number calling device, and handed to the user, or the real object may be sent to the user through another staff according to the device position of the number calling device, and handed to the user.
In the service information processing method, an assistance processing request which is sent by a user terminal and corresponds to service information to be processed is received; according to the assistance processing request, obtaining service ranking information and returning the service ranking information to the user terminal; receiving the equipment position of the number calling equipment bound by the user terminal, wherein the equipment position is obtained by calculating the signal propagation time between the number calling equipment and the positioning base station; when detecting that the current number corresponds to the service ranking information and the distance between the terminal position and the equipment position of the number calling equipment bound with the user terminal is within a preset distance range, sending a verification request to the user terminal; and processing the service information to be processed under the condition of receiving the service processing authority information of the service information to be processed, which is sent by the user terminal and passes the verification based on the verification request, so as to obtain a processing result of the service information to be processed and return the processing result to the user terminal. By adopting the method, the service terminal can acquire the equipment position of the number calling equipment associated with the user terminal and go to the terminal position to process the service for the user terminal, and the user does not need to go to a counter to handle the service after waiting for a long time, so that the service information processing efficiency is improved.
In an embodiment, in step S202, the service ranking information is obtained according to the assistance processing request and returned to the user terminal, which specifically includes the following contents: acquiring the submission time of the assistance processing request; inputting the user information in the submission time and the assistance processing request into a ranking determination model for ranking processing to obtain service ranking information corresponding to the assistance processing request; and returning the service ranking information to the user terminal.
The queue number determination model may be a calculation method based on weighted summation, and is preset with a queue policy parameter and a weight of the queue policy parameter. The queuing strategy parameters comprise the submission time of the assistance processing request, the binding time of the user terminal and the number calling equipment, the service type of the to-be-processed service information corresponding to the assistance processing request and the user level.
Specifically, the service terminal acquires the submission time of the assistance processing request and the binding time of the user terminal and the number calling device, and performs number ranking processing on the user information in the assistance processing request according to the weight of the submission time and the weight of the binding time and the binding time to obtain service number ranking information corresponding to the assistance processing request; and returning the service ranking information to the user terminal.
It should be noted that different service scenarios may set the queuing processing mode according to the requirement. For example, if the binding time (or the time to reach the business scenario) of the user exceeds 1 hour and the submission time of the assistance processing request is less than 15 minutes, the user with the binding time (or the time to reach the business scenario) takes precedence.
In this embodiment, when the user terminal processes the service information to be processed, the service terminal needs to assist the service terminal in processing, the user terminal sends an assist processing request corresponding to the service information to be processed to the service terminal, and the service terminal performs queuing processing on the user information in the assist processing request according to the submission time of the assist processing request to obtain service queuing information corresponding to the assist processing request, so as to reasonably determine the queuing of each assist processing request.
In one embodiment, before receiving an assistance processing request corresponding to the to-be-processed service information sent by the user terminal, the method further includes: receiving binding information sent by a user terminal; sending the service processing control information to the user terminal according to the binding information and the device position of the number calling device associated with the binding information; the service processing control information is used for switching the interface of the user terminal to the service processing interface so that the user terminal can pre-process the service to be processed in the service processing interface.
The binding information refers to information indicating that the user terminal and the number calling device are bound and associated by the user.
Specifically, the user terminal performs binding processing with the number calling device according to the identification code on the number calling device to obtain binding information, and sends the binding information to the service terminal; the method comprises the steps that a service terminal receives binding information sent by a user terminal, when the device position of called equipment associated with the binding information is judged to be within a scene range of a service scene, service processing control information is sent to the user terminal, the user terminal receives the service processing control information sent by the service terminal, the service processing control information is rendered, a corresponding service processing control is obtained, and the service processing control is added into a target service interface; and responding to the triggering operation of the service processing control, switching the target service interface to the service processing interface by the user terminal, and preprocessing the service to be processed in the service processing interface.
In the embodiment, the service terminal sends the service processing control information to the user terminal according to the binding information sent by the user terminal and the device position of the number calling device associated with the binding information, the user terminal switches the interface to the service processing interface by triggering the service processing control corresponding to the service processing control information, and the user terminal preprocesses the service to be processed in the service processing interface, so that the service workload required to be processed by a worker is reduced, more manpower and material resources are saved to serve the user, and the processing efficiency of the service information to be processed is improved.
In one embodiment, after processing the service information to be processed to obtain a processing result of the service information to be processed and returning the processing result to the user terminal, the method further includes: receiving unbinding information between the user terminal and the number calling equipment, which is sent by the user terminal; the unbinding information is obtained by unbinding the user terminal and the number calling equipment; or according to the identification code on the number calling equipment, unbinding the binding information of the number calling equipment to obtain unbinding information, and sending the unbinding information to a user terminal associated with the unbinding information.
The unbinding information is information used for indicating that the user terminal and the number calling device are unbound.
Specifically, after receiving a processing result of the service information to be processed, the user terminal scans the identification code on the number calling device and performs unbinding processing with the number calling device to obtain unbinding information, and the user terminal sends the unbinding information to the service terminal and returns the number calling device. If the user terminal does not complete the unbinding process with the number calling equipment after receiving the processing result of the service information to be processed, the service terminal can scan the identification code on the number calling equipment, unbind the binding information of the user terminal to obtain unbinding information, and send the unbinding information to the user terminal associated with the unbinding information.
In the embodiment, the binding information of the number calling equipment is unbound through the user terminal or the service terminal according to the identification code on the number calling equipment to obtain the unbound information, the number calling equipment can be recycled, and the number calling equipment is distributed to the next user for use, so that the utilization rate of the number calling equipment is improved.
In one embodiment, the service information processing method further includes: acquiring the stay time of number calling equipment associated with a user terminal at each equipment position; inputting the service category information corresponding to each equipment position, the stay time of each equipment position and the user information of the user terminal into a product recommendation model to obtain the product recommendation information of the user terminal; and sending the product recommendation information to a user terminal for displaying.
The residence time can be the time for the number calling equipment to stay at each equipment position, the service scene can be divided into areas, and the time for the number calling equipment to stay in each area is determined according to the equipment position. Residence time includes the absolute length of time (e.g., 3 minutes, 5 minutes, etc.) and the relative length of time (e.g., longest residence time, next longest residence time, etc.).
The product recommendation model is used for predicting interested products or interested areas when the user terminal transacts services in the service scene at this time according to the relevant historical data of the user terminal.
Specifically, the method comprises the steps of obtaining the stay time of the number calling equipment currently associated with a user terminal at each equipment position; inputting the service category information corresponding to each equipment position, the stay time of each equipment position and the user information of the user terminal into a product recommendation model to obtain the current product recommendation information of the user terminal; and sending the current product recommendation information to a user terminal for displaying, or directly displaying on a service terminal.
Further, in addition to the current product recommendation information of the user terminal obtained in the above manner, the product recommendation information of the user terminal can also be obtained through related historical data. Specifically, a service terminal acquires the historical device position of a number calling device which is historically associated with a user terminal and user information authorized by the user terminal; determining the historical stay time of the user terminal in each area according to the historical device position and the area division information of the service scene; inputting the service category information corresponding to each region, the historical stay time of each region and the user information authorized by the user terminal into a product recommendation model for user portrayal to obtain the product recommendation information of the user terminal; if multiple kinds of product information appear in the product recommendation information, sorting the products according to the recommendation degree to obtain sorted product recommendation information; and sending the product recommendation information (or the sorted product recommendation information) to a user terminal for displaying, wherein the service terminal can also directly display the product recommendation information. Further, the product recommendation model can also be deployed on a server, and the server sends the product recommendation information to the service terminal and the user terminal after obtaining the product recommendation information, so that the data processing pressure of the service terminal is reduced.
The user portrait refers to a tagged user image abstracted according to information such as an activity track, a business habit, regional preference and the like of a user, and is not a portrait of a user in a literal sense.
For example, by performing customer portrayal through a product recommendation model, the input service category information corresponding to each area, the historical stay time of each area, and the user information authorized by the user terminal are not completed immediately when the user arrives at a service scene, but completed according to the relevant historical data left by the user terminal in the service scene, wherein the relevant historical data includes but is not limited to the following contents:
(1) and after the user history reaches the service scene, the staying time of each area of the service scene and the service type information corresponding to each area. For example, region 1 is a financial introduction; region 2 is the reading region; the region 3 is a noble metal or the like.
(2) The service types or consultation contents handled after the user history reaches the service scene.
(3) The tag of the user is determined according to the user information authorized by the user terminal, as shown in table 1.

In the embodiment, the activity track of the user in the service scene and the stay time of the user in each area can be recorded through the equipment position of the number calling equipment associated with the user terminal, and the user portrait is performed according to the information to obtain the product recommendation information of the user terminal, so that a worker can conveniently perform product recommendation according to the product recommendation information, and the product recommendation information recommended to the user is reasonable.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, another service information processing method is provided, which is described by taking the application of the method to the service terminal in fig. 1 as an example, and includes the following steps:
step S501, receiving binding information sent by a user terminal; and sending the service processing control information to the user terminal according to the binding information and the device position of the number calling device associated with the binding information.
The service processing control information is used for switching the interface of the user terminal to the service processing interface so that the user terminal can pre-process the service to be processed in the service processing interface.
Step S502, receiving an assistance processing request which is sent by a user terminal and corresponds to the service information to be processed; the submission time of the assistance processing request is acquired.
Step S503, inputting the submission time and the user information in the assistance processing request into a queuing determination model for queuing processing to obtain service queuing information corresponding to the assistance processing request; and returning the service ranking information to the user terminal.
Step S504, receiving the device position of the number calling device bound by the user terminal, wherein the device position is obtained by calculating the signal propagation time between the number calling device and the positioning base station.
And step S505, when the current number is detected to correspond to the service ranking information and the distance between the terminal position and the equipment position of the number calling equipment bound with the user terminal is within a preset distance range, sending a verification request to the user terminal.
Step S506, when the service processing authority information of the to-be-processed service information is received and sent when the user terminal passes the verification based on the verification request, the to-be-processed service information is processed, a processing result of the to-be-processed service information is obtained, and the processing result is returned to the user terminal.
Step S507, the unbinding information between the user terminal and the number calling equipment sent by the user terminal is received; the unbinding information is obtained by unbinding the user terminal and the number calling device. Or according to the identification code on the number calling equipment, unbinding the binding information of the number calling equipment to obtain unbinding information, and sending the unbinding information to a user terminal associated with the unbinding information.
The service information processing method specifically has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the service terminal can acquire the equipment position of the number calling equipment associated with the user terminal, and goes to the terminal position to process the service for the user terminal, and the user does not need to go to a counter to handle the service after waiting for a long time, so that the service information processing efficiency is improved.
(2) The safety of the process of processing the service information to be processed is improved by verifying the distance between the service terminal and the user terminal and the service processing authority information sent by the user terminal.
(3) And the service terminal carries out queuing processing on the user information in the assistance processing request according to the submission time of the assistance processing request to obtain service queuing information corresponding to the assistance processing request, so that the queuing of each assistance processing request is reasonably determined.
(4) The user terminal preprocesses the service to be processed in the service processing interface, and sends the assistance processing request to the service terminal when the assistance processing is required by the staff, so that the workload of the service required to be processed by the staff is reduced, more manpower and material resources are saved to serve the user, and the information processing efficiency of the service to be processed is improved.
(5) By introducing the number calling equipment with smaller volume, the user terminal can conveniently carry out number arrangement in each area of a service scene, and the number calling equipment is different from a number calling machine in the traditional technology in that the number calling machine is larger in volume and cannot move, so that the flexibility of the number arrangement of the user terminal is improved; the service terminal sends the service processing control information to the user terminal according to the binding information sent by the user terminal and the device position of the number calling device associated with the binding information, so that the processing of different types of services in offline service scenes and online different places is realized.
In order to clarify the service information processing method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure more clearly, the service information processing method is specifically described below with a specific embodiment. In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, another service information processing method is provided, which may be applied in an application environment shown in fig. 7, where a service terminal, a user terminal, and a server communicate with each other through an internal network in a service scenario, a service system is deployed on the server, a number calling device communicates with a positioning base station disposed in the service scenario, and the positioning base station transmits positioning related data to the service terminal; the method specifically comprises the following steps:
step S601, the user enters a service scene and gets the number calling device carrying the UWB chip.
And step S602, the user opens the service APP on the user terminal, scans the two-dimensional code on the number calling equipment and logs in. Step S602-1, the server completes the binding of the user terminal and the number calling device; and step S602-2, displaying the user information authorized by the user terminal and the device position of the number calling device on the service terminal.
Step S603, the service APP on the user terminal displays the service processing control information, and in response to the triggering operation on the service processing control, the user terminal switches the target service interface to the service processing interface, pre-processes the service to be processed in the service processing interface, and fills in the relevant service information to be processed.
Step S604, the user terminal completes the preliminary editing of the to-be-processed service information, and when the service can be continuously handled only by checking or assisting the to-be-processed service information by a worker, an assistance processing request is sent through a call button on the service APP.
Step S605, after receiving the assistance processing request sent by the user terminal, the server performs queuing processing on the user information in the assistance processing request according to each queuing strategy parameter (the binding time of the user terminal and the number calling device, the service type of the service information to be processed, the user grade and the submission time of the assistance processing request) and the queuing determination model to obtain service queuing information, returns the service queuing information to the user terminal, and displays the queuing information. And step S605-1, displaying the service ranking information of the user terminal and the equipment position of the associated number calling equipment on the service terminal.
Step S606, if the current number corresponds to the service ranking information of the user terminal, the staff carries the service terminal to go to the equipment position of the number calling equipment bound with the user terminal according to the equipment position.
Step S607, service processing. Step S607-1, the service terminal checks the service information to be processed, checks whether the preliminary edition of the user terminal is qualified or not, whether the user identities are consistent or not, if the step fails, the step S607-2 is executed, and if the step passes, the step S607-3 is directly executed; step S607-2, the user terminal modifies the supplementary to-be-processed service information or supplements the user identity certificate, and continues to execute step S607-1, if the supplementary to-be-processed service information or the supplementary user identity certificate cannot be modified, the step S608 is directly executed; step S607-3, the service terminal judges whether signature is needed according to the service type of the service information to be processed, if so, the step S607-4 is executed, and if not, the step S607-5 is directly executed; step S607-4, the user signs on the user terminal; step S607-5, judging whether the real object handover is involved according to the service type of the service information to be processed, if so, performing step S607-6, and if not, directly performing step S608; step S607-6, the robot verifies the user terminal according to the position that the distance between the position of the number calling device and the position of the device related to the user terminal is within the preset distance range; and step S607-7, after the verification is passed, the server instructs the robot to carry out object handover.
And step S608, returning the number calling equipment to the staff by the user.
And step S609, the staff scans the two-dimensional code on the number calling equipment through the service terminal. And step S609-1, the server unbundles the binding information between the user terminal and the number calling equipment.
Step S610, the processing of the service information to be processed is finished.
In this embodiment, the traditional mode that a user can only handle business in a fixed area in a business scene or can only actively find out a worker for handling business is changed, in this application, the user can handle business in any area in the business scene, the worker finds the user for handling business according to the equipment position of the number calling equipment associated with the user terminal, the experience of handling business by the user is improved, meanwhile, the user terminal pre-processes the to-be-processed business in a business processing interface, and sends an assistance processing request to the business terminal when needing assistance processing by the worker, so that the business workload required to be processed by the worker is reduced, more manpower and material resources are saved for serving the user, and the information processing efficiency of the to-be-processed business is improved.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, a further service information processing method is provided, which is described by taking the application of the method to the user terminal in fig. 1 as an example, and includes the following steps:
step S801, binding with the number calling equipment according to the identification code on the number calling equipment to obtain binding information with the number calling equipment.
Step S802, an assistance processing request corresponding to the to-be-processed service information is sent to the service terminal, and service ranking information returned by the service terminal according to the assistance processing request is received; the service terminal is used for receiving the equipment position of the number calling equipment associated with the binding information in real time, and the equipment position is obtained by calculating the signal propagation time between the number calling equipment and the positioning base station.
Step S803, receiving a verification request of the service terminal when it is detected that the current number corresponds to the service ranking information and the distance between the terminal position of the service terminal and the device position of the number-calling device associated with the binding information is within the preset distance range.
Step S804, under the condition that the verification request is confirmed to pass the verification, the service processing authority information of the service information to be processed is sent to the service terminal, and the processing result of the service terminal to the service information to be processed based on the service processing authority information is received.
Specifically, a user enters a service scene capable of handling a service and receives a number calling device, wherein the service scene can be an offline branch, an offline store and the like; the user terminal scans the identification code on the number calling equipment, binds with the number calling equipment to obtain the binding information between the number calling equipment and the number calling equipment, the to-be-processed service information is processed by the user terminal in a self-service mode, and if the user needs the service terminal to assist in processing when the to-be-processed service information is processed in the self-service mode, the user sends an assisting processing request corresponding to the to-be-processed service information to the service terminal through the user terminal. And the service terminal receives the assistance processing request sent by the user terminal, obtains the service queuing information according to the submission time of the assistance processing request and the binding time of the user terminal and the number calling equipment, and returns the service queuing information to the user terminal. When the service terminal detects that the current number corresponds to the service ranking information, the service terminal prompts a worker to go to the equipment position of the number calling equipment bound by the user terminal corresponding to the service ranking information on an interface, and then the worker carries the service terminal to go to the equipment position. After the user terminal passes the verification of the verification request, the service processing authority information of the service information to be processed is sent to the service terminal, the service terminal acquires the service information to be processed under the condition that the service terminal receives the service processing authority information sent by the user terminal, the service information to be processed is subjected to processing such as verification and signature, a processing result of the service information to be processed is obtained, the service terminal returns the processing result to the user terminal, and the user terminal receives and displays the processing result.
In the embodiment, the service terminal can acquire the equipment position of the number calling equipment associated with the user terminal and go to the terminal position to process the service for the user terminal, and the user does not need to go to a counter to handle the service after waiting for a long time, so that the service information processing efficiency is improved.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments as described above are sequentially displayed as indicated by arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed sequentially as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a part of the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments described above may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the execution order of the steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be rotated or alternated with other steps or at least a part of the steps or stages in other steps.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present application further provides a service information processing apparatus for implementing the service information processing method. The implementation scheme for solving the problem provided by the device is similar to the implementation scheme described in the above method, so specific limitations in one or more embodiments of the service information processing device provided below can refer to the above limitations on the service information processing method, and details are not described here.

A position obtaining module 903, configured to receive an equipment position of the number-calling equipment bound by the user terminal, where the equipment position is obtained by calculating a signal propagation time between the number-calling equipment and the positioning base station.
And a verification sending module 904, configured to send a verification request to the user terminal when it is detected that the current number corresponds to the service ranking information and a distance between the terminal position and the device position of the number-calling device bound to the user terminal is within a preset distance range.
And the result sending module 905 is configured to, when the service processing permission information of the to-be-processed service information is received and sent when the user terminal passes the verification based on the verification request, process the to-be-processed service information to obtain a processing result of the to-be-processed service information, and return the processing result to the user terminal.
In one embodiment, the service queuing module 902 is further configured to obtain a submission time of the assistance processing request; inputting the user information in the submission time and the assistance processing request into a ranking determination model for ranking processing to obtain service ranking information corresponding to the assistance processing request; and returning the service ranking information to the user terminal.
In one embodiment, the service information processing apparatus 900 further includes a service processing module, configured to receive the binding information sent by the user terminal; sending the service processing control information to the user terminal according to the binding information and the device position of the number calling device associated with the binding information; the service processing control information is used for switching the interface of the user terminal to the service processing interface so that the user terminal can pre-process the service to be processed in the service processing interface.
In one embodiment, the service information processing apparatus 900 further includes a device unbinding module, configured to receive unbinding information between the user terminal and the number calling device, where the unbinding information is sent by the user terminal; the unbinding information is obtained by unbinding the user terminal and the number calling equipment; or according to the identification code on the number calling equipment, unbinding the binding information of the number calling equipment to obtain unbinding information, and sending the unbinding information to a user terminal associated with the unbinding information.
In an embodiment, the service information processing apparatus 900 further includes a product recommending module, configured to obtain a residence time of the number-calling device associated with the user terminal in each device location; inputting the service category information corresponding to each equipment position, the stay time of each equipment position and the user information of the user terminal into a product recommendation model to obtain the product recommendation information of the user terminal; and sending the product recommendation information to a user terminal for displaying.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, there is further provided a service information processing apparatus 1000, applied to a user terminal, the apparatus including: a device binding module 1001, a request sending module 1002, a verification receiving module 1003 and a result obtaining module 1004, wherein:
the device binding module 1001 is configured to bind with the number calling device according to the identification code on the number calling device, so as to obtain binding information with the number calling device.
A request sending module 1002, configured to send an assistance processing request corresponding to the to-be-processed service information to the service terminal, and receive service ranking information returned by the service terminal according to the assistance processing request; the service terminal is used for receiving the equipment position of the number calling equipment associated with the binding information in real time, and the equipment position is obtained by calculating the signal propagation time between the number calling equipment and the positioning base station.
The verification receiving module 1003 is configured to receive a verification request of the service terminal when it is detected that the current number corresponds to the service queuing information and a distance between the terminal position of the service terminal and the device position of the number calling device associated with the binding information is within a preset distance range.
The result obtaining module 1004 is configured to, when the verification request is confirmed to pass the verification, send the service processing permission information of the to-be-processed service information to the service terminal, and receive a processing result of the to-be-processed service information by the service terminal based on the service processing permission information.
All or part of each module in the service information processing device can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 11. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, a mobile cellular network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a business information processing method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 11 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is further provided, which includes a memory and a processor, the memory stores a computer program, and the processor implements the steps of the above method embodiments when executing the computer program.
In an embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
In an embodiment, a computer program product is provided, comprising a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
It should be noted that, the user information (including but not limited to user device information, user personal information, etc.) and data (including but not limited to data for analysis, stored data, presented data, service data, etc.) referred to in the present application are information and data authorized by the user or sufficiently authorized by each party.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, high-density embedded nonvolatile Memory, resistive Random Access Memory (ReRAM), Magnetic Random Access Memory (MRAM), Ferroelectric Random Access Memory (FRAM), Phase Change Memory (PCM), graphene Memory, and the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM), external cache Memory, and the like. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others. The databases referred to in various embodiments provided herein may include at least one of relational and non-relational databases. The non-relational database may include, but is not limited to, a block chain based distributed database, and the like. The processors referred to in the embodiments provided herein may be general purpose processors, central processing units, graphics processors, digital signal processors, programmable logic devices, quantum computing based data processing logic devices, etc., without limitation.
All possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments may not be described for the sake of brevity, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present disclosure as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present application. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, and these are all within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A service information processing method is applied to a service terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving an assistance processing request which is sent by a user terminal and corresponds to service information to be processed;
obtaining service ranking information according to the assistance processing request and returning the service ranking information to the user terminal;
receiving the equipment position of the number calling equipment bound by the user terminal, wherein the equipment position is obtained by calculating the signal propagation time between the number calling equipment and a positioning base station;
sending a verification request to the user terminal under the condition that the current number is detected to correspond to the service ranking information, and the distance between the terminal position and the equipment position of the number calling equipment bound with the user terminal is within a preset distance range;
and processing the service information to be processed under the condition of receiving the service processing authority information of the service information to be processed, which is sent when the user terminal passes the verification based on the verification request, so as to obtain a processing result of the service information to be processed and return the processing result to the user terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining and returning service ranking information to the user equipment according to the assistance processing request comprises:
acquiring the submission time of the assistance processing request;
inputting the submission time and the user information in the assistance processing request into a queuing determination model for queuing processing to obtain service queuing information corresponding to the assistance processing request;
and returning the service ranking information to the user terminal.
3. The method of claim 1, before receiving an assistance processing request corresponding to the pending service information sent by the user terminal, further comprising:
receiving binding information sent by the user terminal;
sending the service processing control information to the user terminal according to the binding information and the device position of the number calling device associated with the binding information; the service processing control information is used for switching the interface of the user terminal to a service processing interface so that the user terminal can pre-process the service to be processed in the service processing interface.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein after processing the service information to be processed to obtain a processing result of the service information to be processed and returning the processing result to the user terminal, further comprising:
receiving unbinding information between the user terminal and the number calling equipment, which is sent by the user terminal; the unbinding information is obtained by unbinding the user terminal and the number calling equipment;
or according to the identification code on the number calling equipment, unbinding the binding information of the number calling equipment to obtain unbinding information, and sending the unbinding information to the user terminal associated with the unbinding information.
5. The method of any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
acquiring the stay time of the number calling equipment associated with the user terminal at each equipment position;
inputting the service category information corresponding to each equipment position, the stay time of each equipment position and the user information of the user terminal into a product recommendation model to obtain the product recommendation information of the user terminal;
and sending the product recommendation information to the user terminal for displaying.
6. A service information processing method is applied to a user terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
binding the calling equipment with the identification code on the calling equipment to obtain binding information between the calling equipment and the identification code;
sending an assistance processing request corresponding to the service information to be processed to a service terminal, and receiving service ranking information returned by the service terminal according to the assistance processing request; the service terminal is used for receiving the equipment position of the number calling equipment associated with the binding information in real time, and the equipment position is obtained by calculating the signal propagation time between the number calling equipment and the positioning base station;
receiving a verification request of the service terminal under the condition that the current number is detected to correspond to the service ranking information, and the distance between the terminal position of the service terminal and the equipment position of the number calling equipment associated with the binding information is within a preset distance range;
and under the condition that the verification request is confirmed to pass the verification, sending the service processing permission information of the service information to be processed to the service terminal, and receiving the processing result of the service terminal to the service information to be processed based on the service processing permission information.
7. A service information processing apparatus, applied to a service terminal, the apparatus comprising:
the request receiving module is used for receiving an assistance processing request which is sent by a user terminal, corresponds to the service information to be processed and carries binding information; the binding information is obtained by binding the user terminal and the number calling equipment;
the service queuing module is used for returning service queuing information to the user terminal according to the assistance processing request;
the position acquisition module is used for receiving the equipment position of the number calling equipment bound by the user terminal, and the equipment position is obtained by calculating the signal propagation time between the number calling equipment and the positioning base station;
the verification sending module is used for sending a verification request to the user terminal under the condition that the current number is detected to correspond to the service ranking information and the distance between the terminal position and the equipment position of the number calling equipment bound by the user terminal is within a preset distance range;
and the result sending module is used for processing the service information to be processed under the condition of receiving the service processing authority information of the service information to be processed, which is sent when the user terminal passes the verification based on the verification request, so as to obtain a processing result of the service information to be processed and return the processing result to the user terminal.
8. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program realizes the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6 when executed by a processor.
