Referring to fig. 1, the method includes at least steps 110 to 130, which are described in detail as follows:
step 110, displaying a first page of the ERP system, the first page including a first control and a second control.
The ERP system is an enterprise information management system for integrated management of material resources, financial resources and information resources facing enterprises. The enterprise management system is characterized in that systematic management is carried out on business processes inside an enterprise, internal information sharing is achieved, and the enterprise management system takes management as a core and can provide real-time information of cross-department, cross-company and cross-region.
The first page may be a home page of the ERP system. Specifically, the first page of the ERP system may be displayed after the login account of the user is determined to be verified in response to a login operation triggered by the user. Of course, the first page may also be a tab page of the top page of the ERP system, or other pages in the ERP system, which is not specifically limited herein.
The first control and the second control are different controls on the first page, and the controls may be menu options provided on the first page and capable of being triggered, or buttons provided on the first page and capable of being triggered, and are not limited in detail here.
Step 120, detecting a trigger operation of the login user.
And step 130, displaying a process processing page according to the triggering operation aiming at the first control, wherein the process processing page is used for displaying a process to be processed by the login user.
The triggering operation for the first control may be a single-click operation, a double-click operation, a long-press operation, a sliding operation, a touch operation, and the like, which are triggered on the area where the first control is located, or may also be an operation in which the mouse moves to the area where the first control is located, and the like, which is not specifically limited herein.
The process processing page displays the processes to be processed by the login user, so that the user can process the processes to be processed by triggering to enter the process processing page, wherein the processes can be cross-department processes involving cooperation of a plurality of departments, or department processes involving cooperation inside the departments, and are not specifically limited herein.
In some embodiments, prior to step 120, the method further comprises: and determining a target process of processing the artificial login user of the current node. In this embodiment, step 130 includes: and if the triggering operation aiming at the first control is detected, displaying the target flow in the flow processing page.
In this embodiment, the process of the current node, which is a target process, is determined by matching the user identifier of the login user with the handler identifier of the current node of each process.
After the target process is determined, the target process can be displayed in the process processing page, so that the situation that the corresponding process is displayed in the process processing page before the nodes of the process reach the user and the user is misled is avoided.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a process including a plurality of nodes according to an embodiment of the application. The process shown in fig. 2 is a process from order placement to production delivery. In the flow shown in fig. 2, the handler of the node filled with color I is a user whose position is to sell PMC (Product Material Control), the handler of the node whose frame is a dotted line is a user whose position is to sell PMC (Product Material Control), the handler of the node whose frame is a bold solid line is a user whose position is TL (Team Leader), the handler of the node filled with color II is a user whose position is to sell Leader, and the handler of the node filled with color III is a user whose position is to supply chain PMC.
As shown in fig. 2, after placing an order for the first order by the user who sells the order, or after placing an order for the volume production order by the user who sells the PMC, checking the MOQ (Minimum order Quantity or Minimum order Quantity), and if the order Quantity is smaller than the MOQ, prompting that the order cannot be placed; if the order quantity is larger than the MOQ, or the quantity of the MOQ is not set, determining the order Type (operation Type), if the value of the Type field for identifying the order Type is equal to 1, indicating that the order is the first order, and if the value of the Type field is equal to 0, indicating that the order is the volume production order. If the order is determined to be the first order, transferring the order to a node audited by the TL; if the order is determined to be a volume production order, the order is transferred to a sales confirmation node, if the sales confirmation is passed, MOQ verification is carried out again, if the verification is failed (namely, the order is smaller than the MOQ), the fact that the order cannot be placed is prompted, if the verification is passed (namely, the order is larger than the MOQ), whether the proposed number and the order number (which is the production number indicated by the order) are consistent or not is judged, if the proposed number and the order number are consistent, the order is transferred to a TL audit node, and if the proposed number and the order number are not consistent, the order is transferred to a sales PMC rechecked node. If the sales PMC rechecks and the verification is not passed, returning the order to the node of the sales confirmation; and if the selling PMC is rechecked and the auditing is determined to be passed, transferring the order to the TL auditing node.
After the order is transferred to the TL audit node, if the audit is not passed, the order is refused to be placed and the process is ended; if the verification is passed, transferring the order to a sales Leader, performing verification by the sales Leader, if the verification of the sales Leader is not passed, refusing to place the order and deleting the order, then ending the process, if the verification of the sales Leader is passed, transferring the order to a to-be-removed node of a supply chain PMC, and then sequentially transferring to a node for obtaining a list removal suggestion, a node for confirming the list removal, a node for main plan scheduling, a node for production and a node for warehousing modification quantity. Further, after the order flow is transferred to the node for confirming the order splitting, the order flow is further transferred to the node for the supply quantity PMC to be placed; after the order flow is transferred to a node of a main plan scheduling, if the scheduling is finished and a delivery date is obtained, transferring the order flow to a node of a supply chain PMC to be ordered, then transferring to a node of a production order receiving, if the production department orders, judging whether the difference between the number of days of a committed transaction period (namely the committed transaction period of production) and the expected transaction period is more than 5 days, if the difference is more than 5 days, transferring the flow to a node of a sales PMC rechecking, if the audit is passed, transferring to the node to be put in storage, and if the audit is not passed, transferring the flow to a node of the supply chain PMC to be ordered; if the difference value of the number of days is 0-5 days, the process is transferred to the node to be warehoused, if the warehousing is determined, the process is transferred to the node with the warehousing modification quantity, then the process is ended, and if the warehousing is determined not to be warehoused, the process is suspended, and the delivery is waited to continue.
In the flow shown in fig. 2, nodes of the artificial sales PMC, the artificial TL, the artificial sales Leader, and the artificial supply chain PMC are involved, and according to this embodiment, if the current logged-in user is a user whose position is the sales PMC, if the participant who specifies the sales PMC in the flow is the current logged-in user, if the current node in the flow is a node for placing a production order or a node for reviewing the sales PMC, the flow is determined as a target flow corresponding to the logged-in user, and the target flow is displayed on the flow processing page.
In some embodiments, the flow processing page may be displayed in response to a triggering operation for the first control; in other embodiments, if there are multiple process processing pages, a process page entry list may also be displayed in response to a trigger operation for the first control, where the process page entry list includes multiple process page entries, each process page entry links to one process processing page, and if a trigger operation for one process page entry in the process page entry list is detected, the process processing page linked to the triggered process page entry is displayed.
For example, if the flow processing page includes a first flow processing page for displaying the flow to be processed and a second flow processing page for displaying the processed flow, a flow page entry (assumed as the first flow page entry) may be set for the first flow processing page and a flow page entry (assumed as the second flow page entry) may be set for the second flow page, respectively. And if the triggering operation aiming at the first flow page entrance is detected, displaying the first flow processing page, otherwise, if the triggering operation aiming at the second flow page entrance is detected, displaying the second flow processing page.
Referring to fig. 1, in step 140, according to the triggering operation for the second control, an information viewing page is displayed, where the information viewing page is used to display information that the login user has viewing right.
Like the first control, the triggering operation for the second control may be a single-click operation, a double-click operation, a long-press operation, a sliding operation, a touch operation, and the like, which are triggered in the area where the second control is located, or may also be an operation in which the mouse moves to the area where the second control is located, and the like, and the triggering operation is not specifically limited herein.
The information displayed in the information viewing page may be information related to work duties of the user, shared information, and data analysis results obtained by analyzing raw data in the system (for example, project information in which the login user participates in history), and is not particularly limited herein.
In some embodiments, the number of the second controls in the first page may be one or more, and is not limited herein. And when the number of the second controls is multiple, the information viewing page under each second control is used for displaying one type of information.
In the scheme of the application, a first control used for entering a process processing page and a second control used for entering an information viewing page are provided on a first page of an ERP system, which is equivalent to classifying a page needing to be subjected to process operation and a page needing to be subjected to data viewing, so that a user can enter the process processing page through the first control, trigger the second control to enter the information viewing page, and conveniently and quickly enter the process processing page needing to be accessed or the information viewing page needing to be accessed, the time for the user to find a page access entry is shortened, the time for accessing the page is shortened, and the page access efficiency can be improved. The problem that in the related technology, a user spends a large amount of time searching for the corresponding entry of the page to be accessed and the page access time is long due to the fact that all entries are displayed on the first page of the ERP system is effectively solved.
In some embodiments, the information viewing page may be displayed in response to a triggering operation for the second control.
In other embodiments, if there are multiple information viewing pages, the information viewing entry list may also be displayed in response to a triggering operation for the second control. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, step 140 includes:
and step 310, responding to the triggering operation of the second control, and displaying an information viewing entry list.
In step 320, if an operation triggered by an information viewing entry in the information viewing entry list is detected, an information viewing page corresponding to the triggered information viewing entry is displayed.
The information viewing entry list comprises a plurality of information viewing entries, and the information viewing entries can be links of one information viewing page, so that in response to an operation triggered by any one of the information viewing entries in the information viewing entry list, the information viewing page linked to the information viewing entries can be jumped into, and the information viewing page linked to the information viewing entries is the information viewing page corresponding to the information viewing entries.
In some embodiments, the triggering operation for the second control may be an operation of moving a mouse to a region where the second control is located, so that when a user moves the mouse to the region where the second control is located, the information viewing portal list may be displayed in a pull-down menu.
The triggering operation for the information viewing entry may be a click operation, a double click operation, a touch operation, a slide operation, and the like, which are triggered by the information viewing entry, and is not specifically limited herein.
In some embodiments, the plurality of information viewing entries in the information viewing entry list are classified and displayed according to the positions, so that a user is guided to quickly locate the information viewing entries related to the positions of the user based on the positions of the user, and the time for the user to find the required information viewing entries is shortened.
In other embodiments, as shown in FIG. 4, step 310, comprises:
and step 410, acquiring the post authority information of the login user.
Specifically, the post where the login user is located may be determined according to the user identifier of the login user, and since the post authority information associated with each post is preset, the post authority information associated with the post where the login user is located is determined as the post authority information of the login user. The post permission information indicates at least the viewing permission the logged-in user has.
And step 420, according to the post authority information, determining a first information viewing entry of which the login user has viewing authority and a second information viewing entry of which the login user does not have viewing authority in the information viewing entry list.
In the present application, for convenience of distinction, an information viewing entry in the information viewing entry list, in which the login user has viewing right, is referred to as a first information viewing entry, and an information viewing entry in the information viewing entry list, in which the login user does not have viewing right, is referred to as a second information viewing entry.
As described above, one information viewing portal links one information viewing page, and it can be understood that there may be a difference in information types to which information displayed on different information viewing pages belongs, for example, the information viewing page may be a page for displaying a historical sales order, or a page for displaying an advertisement placement condition, and thus, viewing permissions corresponding to the information viewing portals may be set, and thus, based on the post permission information of the login user, a first information viewing portal in the information viewing portal list for which the login user has viewing permission and a second information viewing portal in which the login user does not have viewing permission are determined.
In some embodiments, the post authority information of the login user indicates an information viewing entry that the login user has viewing authority, so that an information viewing entry in an intersection of the information viewing entry list and the information viewing entry indicated by the post authority information of the login user is determined as a first information viewing entry, and conversely, an information viewing entry in the information viewing entry list that is not indicated by the post authority information of the login user is determined as a second information viewing entry.
And 430, responding to the triggering operation of the second control, displaying the first information viewing entrance in a first display state and displaying the second information viewing entrance in a second display state, wherein the first display state is different from the second display state.
In some embodiments, the first display state is a triggerable display state and the second display state is a non-triggerable display state. The non-triggerable display state may be a gray scale display state, a hidden display state (i.e., in step 430, the second information viewing portal is not visible to the user), and the like, which are not specifically limited herein. It can be understood that when the information viewing entry is in a display state that can be triggered, if a specified operation is triggered on the information viewing entry, the user can jump to the information viewing page linked with the information viewing entry; when the information viewing entry is in a display state which can not be triggered, if the specified operation is triggered to the information viewing entry, the information viewing page linked with the information viewing entry cannot be jumped to.
When the second display state is the hidden display state, the second information viewing entry is not perceptible to the user, and therefore invalid triggering of the second information viewing entry by the user can be avoided.
In other embodiments, in step 430, a specified mark may be added to the displayed second information viewing portal, for example, an identifier is set, so that the specified mark indicates that the user does not have the viewing right of the information viewing page linked to the second information viewing portal.
In some embodiments, if the first information viewing entry and the second information viewing entry are both in a display state visible to the user in step 430, after step 430, if a triggering operation for the first information viewing entry is detected, jumping to an information viewing page linked to the triggered first information viewing entry; and if the triggering operation aiming at the second information viewing inlet is detected, not performing page jump. Further, if a trigger operation for the second information viewing portal is detected, prompt information may be displayed, where the prompt information is used to indicate that the user does not have the viewing permission of the information viewing page linked to the triggered second information viewing portal.
In this embodiment, the first information viewing entry and the second information viewing entry are displayed in different display states, so that a user can know an information viewing page with viewing permission and an information viewing page without viewing permission, and the probability of invalid triggering of the second information viewing entry by the user is reduced.
In other embodiments, as shown in FIG. 5, step 320, comprises:
and step 610, acquiring the post authority information of the login user.
And step 620, determining the data of which the login user has the viewing authority according to the post authority information.
In step 630, if an operation triggered by an information viewing entry in the information viewing entry list is detected, an information viewing page corresponding to the triggered information viewing entry is displayed according to the data of the login user with the viewing right.
Specifically, according to all data initially set in the information viewing page and the data determined that the login user has the viewing permission, the data which is not provided with the viewing permission by the login user in the information viewing page is determined, and the data which is not provided with the viewing permission by the login user in the information viewing page is hidden, so that all the data in the displayed information viewing page are the data which is provided with the viewing permission by the login user. Therefore, data which do not have the viewing permission of the user are prevented from being presented to the user, the safety of the data is guaranteed, and the data isolation among different posts is realized.
When the information viewing page is displayed, only the data of which the current login user has the viewing right is presented in the information viewing page.
In some embodiments, the first page further comprises a third control for triggering entry into the second page, the second page for displaying task functionality controls related to job duties; in this embodiment, the method further includes: and displaying a second page according to the trigger operation aiming at the third control and the task function control corresponding to the position where the login user is located.
In some embodiments, the second page may also be displayed in response to a triggering operation of the third control; or responding to the triggering operation of the third control element, displaying a responsibility related responsibility page entry list, wherein the linked page of the responsibility page entry is the second page, and of course, the responsibility page entry list comprises a plurality of responsibility page entries. Wherein the second page linked by the different responsibility page entry is also a different page. It can be understood that the task function controls corresponding to the different posts of the user have different differences in their work duties, so that the corresponding relationship between the posts and the task function controls can be preset, then the task function controls corresponding to the posts of the logged-in user can be determined according to the posts of the logged-in user, and the task function controls corresponding to the posts of the logged-in user can be displayed on the second page.
In the embodiment, as the third control is set on the first page, the user can conveniently enter the second page related to the own responsibility through the third control, and the task related to the work responsibility in the second page is processed based on the task function control related to the work responsibility.
The following describes the present invention with reference to a specific embodiment.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram illustrating presenting an information viewing entry list in a top page of an ERP system according to an embodiment of the present application, where, as shown in fig. 6, a menu bar 710 of the top page of the ERP system includes a "kanban" control 711, a "target" control 712, a "responsibility" control 713, a "flow" control 714, an "item" control 715, and an "information" control 716.
Where the "kanban" control 711, the "target" control 712, and the "info" control 716 may be considered as the second control in the above. The "flow" control 714 is the first control above and the "responsibility" control 713 is the third control above. Since the page entered by triggering the "item" 712 control can display basic information related to the item and flow information related to the item, the "item" 712 control can be considered as the first control or the second control above.
When the user moves the mouse to the area of the "kanban" control 711 on the home page, a first information viewing entry list 721 in fig. 6 is displayed, and for convenience of distinction, the information viewing entry list displayed in response to the triggering operation for the "kanban" control 711 is referred to as a first information viewing entry list.
As shown in fig. 6, a plurality of information viewing entries in the first information viewing entry list 721 are displayed in categories according to the positions, such as sales boards under operating positions, sales reports, sales profit reports, product instant sales reports, SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) boards, and other information viewing entries. The embodiment shown in fig. 6 shows that the information viewing portals are classified and displayed according to four positions of operation, advertisement, stock and APP operation, but in other embodiments, more or fewer positions may be set for classified and displayed, and the method is not limited in this respect.
Since the first information viewing entry list 721 triggered from the "kanban" control 711 displays a plurality of information viewing entries according to the position classification, the user can quickly locate the data related to the user according to the position of the user without spending a lot of time to find the data.
Through the "kanban" control 711, the user can view corresponding display data, specifically, the information viewing page linked to the information viewing entry in the first information viewing entry list 721 under the "kanban" control 711 may also display visual data, specifically, report data related to a post, so that the user can quickly know the current working condition of the user based on the "kanban" control 711. For example, if a user is an advertisement optimizer, the user can quickly navigate to an information viewing portal such as an advertisement billboard, a SKU list, etc. in the first information viewing portal list 721, and thus quickly access to the information viewing page linked to the information viewing portal to query for the desired data.
If the post of a user is a sales Leader (Leader), the user as the sales Leader has the right to view the sales situation. Thus, if the user, as a sales leader, moves the mouse to the area where the "target" control 712 is located, a second list 722 of information viewing portals may be displayed as shown in FIG. 7. It is worth mentioning that the information view portals in the second list of information view portals 722 shown in FIG. 7 are users that have view rights as sales leaders. In other embodiments, there may be differences between the entries in the second list of information viewing entries displayed by users of different positions that trigger the "target" control 712, such as a user who is a purchase leader whose corresponding information viewing entries in the second list of information viewing entries are content related to a purchasing department.
In this embodiment, the user as the sales leader can enter the information viewing page for viewing the sales target through the information viewing portal of the sales target bulletin board in the second information viewing portal list 722, wherein the information viewing page for viewing the sales target can display the task target, the completion condition of the sales target and the target achievement rate set by the user or a higher level. Furthermore, a user with the task target setting authority can trigger a 'sales team setting' information viewing entrance to enter a page for establishing a sales team; and a 'sales team target' information viewing entrance can be triggered to enter a page for setting a task target. Based on the established sales group and the task goals set for each member, each user of the sales group can check the information such as the sales goal and the goal completion condition of the user by triggering the "sales goal bulletin board" in the second information check entry list 722 after logging in.
If the user moves the mouse to the area where the "roles" control 713 is located, a list of information viewing portals associated with role content may be displayed, such that the information viewing portal in the list of information viewing portals enters a second page linked for viewing role content related based on the information viewing portal. The second page can display task function controls used for operating the work tasks of the position of the second page.
It can be understood that the work tasks required to be processed by different posts are different, and thus, the task function controls set for the different posts by the user to process the work tasks are different. For example, if the post of the user is a logistics specialist, the task function control displayed in the second page may be a task function control related to logistics operation, such as user logistics information maintenance, logistics shipment, customs declaration, and so on, so as to ensure that the user as the logistics specialist can process daily work tasks. For another example, if the position of the user is a supply chain specialist, the task function controls displayed in the second page for the supply chain specialist may be task function controls for supply chain related operations such as maintaining BOM (Bill of Material) cost, master plan scheduling, maintaining Material supply and demand, EOL (End-of-life), and the like. For another example, if the post of the user is a customer service technician, the task function control on the second page of the customer service technician may be a control for processing the bad comment information (e.g., returning the bad comment information to the mail), and the like; for example, if the user's position is a sales associate, the task function control in the second page for the sales associate may be a control for adjusting the sales price, or the like.
Under the 'responsibility' control 713, the task function controls related to the positions are displayed according to the positions of the users, so that the users at different positions can process the work tasks in the self-responsibility conveniently, and the users at different positions can only see the data corresponding to the self-position, namely the data seen by the users at different positions in the second page are isolated, thereby improving the safety of the data and ensuring the privacy of the data.
If the user moves the mouse to the area of the "item" control 715, a list of information viewing portals associated with the item may be displayed, where pages linked to each information viewing portal in the list of information viewing portals associated with the item are used to display information associated with the item. For example, the page may facilitate the logged-in user to view a list of items in which the logged-in user participates. When a project which is cooperated across multiple departments needs to be promoted, in order to facilitate division of labor and communication, a user with authority can enter a project new creation page by triggering an information viewing entrance for creating the project, OKR (objective and Key Results, objective and Key achievement law) of the project and task details of the project can be set on the project new creation page, and the responsible person of each task in the project and the processing time of each task are designated, so that project schedule management and project duplication are facilitated. Based on the created project, then users participating in the project may enter a page displaying the project information based on a "project" control 715.
If the user moves the mouse to the area where the "information" control 716 is located, a list of information viewing entries related to the shared information may be displayed, and based on the information viewing entries in the list of information viewing entries related to the shared information, the user may enter the page where the shared information is displayed. The shared information may be information shared by colleagues of other departments, or information shared by colleagues of the same part. The shared information may be data that can be shared according to public rights, for example, when a new product needs to be brought online, after the logistics maintains a transportation period of the product under the "responsibility" control, the logistics data can be shared, so that other people who pay attention to the product (for example, people who sell the product, etc.) can view the shared logistics data based on the "information" control 716.
If the user moves the mouse to the area where the "flow" control 714 is located, a list of information viewing entries related to the flow may be displayed, and thus, the linked flow processing page is entered based on the corresponding information viewing entries. The process may be a business process that requires collaboration between different people. Each user participating in the business process may enter a process processing page of the corresponding process flow from the "process" control 714. For example, in the process of purchasing, the following are passed in sequence: in the whole process, a user participating in the process can enter a corresponding process processing page from a 'process' control 714 to process tasks of corresponding nodes participating in the process.
The ERP system of the embodiment corresponding to fig. 6 and fig. 7 can be applied to the e-commerce industry as the whole process of managing orders, scheduling, production, warehousing, ex-warehouse and delivery of the e-commerce, and the ERP system can be used for processing work tasks and managing company resources for users at different posts of sales, sales planning, supply chain purchasing, scheduling, production and finance. FIG. 8 illustrates nodes that may be engaged by users of different posts in the ERP system, as shown in FIG. 8, including: the system comprises nodes of sales forecasting, sales purchase order placing, sales PMC confirmation, supply link order, supply chain material purchasing, supply chain production warehousing, sales and delivery planning, logistics and logistics planning and after-store receiving and sales. As each node on the full link is opened, the fine management of resources in enterprises is facilitated.
In this embodiment, the transaction data and the logistics data in the ERP system may originate from an external transaction platform, a local server sends a data acquisition request to the external transaction platform, and receives the transaction data and the logistics data returned by the external transaction platform, and then the local server sends the transaction data to the ERP system, and the ERP system may combine the transaction data and data (e.g., order data, production plan data, and purchase data) inside the ERP system to perform analysis, so as to present the analysis to a user.
In the scheme of the application, because the first control for triggering the entering of the process processing page and the second control for triggering the entering of the information viewing page are provided in the first page of the ERP system, a user can conveniently position the first control related to the process and the second control related to data according to actual needs, and does not need to search an entry for entering the process processing from a plurality of entries and an entry for information viewing, so that the user can conveniently position the entries quickly and then enter the corresponding process processing page or the corresponding information viewing page. Compared with the existing ERP system, the ERP system of the embodiment does not need a user to find own responsibility according to the process, the user can enter a second page related to the own responsibility from the responsibility control, the user can enter an information viewing page with viewing authority from the kanban control, and the data comparison is convenient for the user, so that the time for entering the required page is not slow due to the fact that the user spends a large amount of time to find the entrance.
