Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of reactors, in particular to a system and a method for detecting turn-to-turn insulation defects of a dry type air-core reactor.
Background
The reactor is composed of a plurality of coaxial parallel windings, and each parallel winding is electrically connected in parallel. Each parallel winding is formed by winding a plurality of copper wires or aluminum wires which are connected in parallel in a multi-layer mode according to design requirements, and polyester films are wrapped on each wire to serve as inter-turn insulation. The outside of the parallel winding is wrapped by glass fiber impregnated with epoxy resin, tightly encapsulated and cured at high temperature to form an encapsulation with good integrity, and the encapsulation is separated by glass fiber drawing strips to form a heat dissipation air passage.
The existing reactor generally judges whether insulation defects exist among the turns of the reactor by detecting voltage waveform changes or turn-to-turn magnetic field strength change values. However, when the reactor has a small turn number turn-to-turn short circuit fault, the voltage waveform change or the turn-to-turn magnetic field strength change value caused by the short circuit is often not obvious because the short circuit is less broken and the reactor is also interfered by external factors, so that whether the reactor has insulation defects or not cannot be effectively detected, and the improvement is needed.

Embodiment one:
a dry type air-core reactor turn-to-turn insulation defect detection system comprises a first current calculation module, a second current calculation module and a detection module.
The first current calculation module is used for obtaining a plurality of first working current values of a plurality of standard dry-type air-core reactors which have the same specification parameters and are in a normal running state under the preset amplitude frequency voltage, and calculating first average current values of the plurality of first working currents.
The second current calculation module is used for sampling the real-time current value of the dry type air core reactor to be tested under the preset amplitude frequency voltage at the preset frequency to obtain a plurality of second working current values, and calculating second average current values of the plurality of second working current values. The detection module is used for detecting turn-to-turn insulation defects of the dry type air-core reactor to be detected according to the first average current value and the second average current value, and judging that the dry type air-core reactor to be detected has the inter-turn insulation defects when the difference value between the second average current value and the first average current value is larger than a preset threshold value.
Generally, for a reactor under the action of a preset amplitude frequency voltage, the working current waveform, the voltage waveform or the inter-turn magnetic induction intensity value of the reactor can fluctuate due to interference of external factors. Specifically, external factors include external magnetic field changes, temperature changes, and the like. Because of external factor interference, if a single dry air-core reactor has inter-turn insulation defects and the number of turns of the inter-turn insulation defects is small, the working current waveform, the voltage waveform or the variation of the inter-turn magnetic induction intensity value of the single dry air-core reactor does not have obvious variation.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining a plurality of first working current values of a plurality of standard dry-type air core reactors which have the same specification parameters and are in a normal operation state under a preset amplitude frequency voltage, and calculating first average current values of the plurality of first working current values, wherein the purpose of obtaining a standard reference current value used for comparison judgment is to obtain the standard reference current value. The standard reference current value represents the median value of the current value fluctuation range of the standard dry-type reactor which has the same specification parameters and is in a normal operation state under the condition of being interfered by external factors.
For the dry air-core reactor to be tested with the same specification parameters, if the dry air-core reactor to be tested has a normal operation state (namely, no turn-to-turn insulation defect problem occurs), the real-time current value of the dry air-core reactor to be tested at the same preset amplitude frequency voltage can fluctuate up and down in the median. If the real-time current value exceeds the fluctuation range, the problem of turn-to-turn insulation of the dry air-core reactor to be tested can be judged.
For the dry air-core reactor to be tested, which has the same specification parameters as the standard air-core reactor and is in a normal operation state, the difference between the second average current value and the first average current value is smaller than the preset threshold value and the difference is smaller. When the inter-turn insulation problem occurs in the dry air-core reactor to be tested, which has the same specification parameters as the standard air-core reactor, the real-time current value of the reactor under the action of the preset amplitude frequency voltage is larger due to the inter-turn insulation of the reactor, so that the second average value of the real-time current values of the reactor under the same preset amplitude frequency voltage is also larger. And when the difference value between the second average current value and the first average current value is larger than a preset threshold value, judging that the dry air-core reactor to be tested has an inter-insulation defect.
By comparing and judging the first average current values of a plurality of standard dry air-core reactors which have the same specification parameters and are in a normal running state as standard reference current values and carrying out comparison and judgment on the second average current values of the dry air-core reactors to be tested, the problems that voltage waveform changes or inter-turn magnetic field strength change values are not obvious and then inter-turn insulation defects of the reactors cannot be effectively detected due to the fact that short circuits are less broken and the reactors are interfered by external factors can be overcome.
That is, the dry-type air-core reactor inter-turn insulation defect detection system fully considers the influence of the short circuit smash of the reactor and the inconspicuous change of the voltage waveform or the inter-turn magnetic field strength of the reactor caused by the interference of external factors, can effectively detect the inter-turn insulation defect of the reactor, and solves the problem that the existing reactor insulation defect detection method cannot effectively detect whether the reactor has insulation defects.
Embodiment two:
a dry type air-core reactor turn-to-turn insulation defect detection system comprises a first current calculation module, a second current calculation module and a detection module.
In this embodiment, the detection system further includes a temperature acquisition module and a positioning module.
The temperature acquisition module is used for acquiring a temperature distribution diagram of the dry type air-core reactor to be detected after the detection module judges that the dry type air-core reactor to be detected has an inter-insulation defect. The positioning module is used for positioning the turn-to-turn insulation defect of the dry type air core reactor to be tested according to the temperature distribution diagram. The temperature acquisition module is a thermal infrared imager.
Specifically, the positioning module comprises a difference unit and a positioning unit.
And the difference unit is used for calculating temperature differences between the real-time temperatures and the ambient temperatures of a plurality of preset position points on the dry type air-core reactor to be detected according to the temperature distribution diagram. The positioning unit is used for acquiring a preset position point of the dry air-core reactor to be detected corresponding to the maximum temperature difference value, and judging the preset position point of the dry air-core reactor to be detected corresponding to the maximum temperature difference value as the position of the turn-to-turn insulation defect of the dry air-core reactor to be detected.
For the dry air-core reactor to be tested, which has the inter-turn insulation problem, the temperature of the short-circuit turn can be rapidly increased due to inter-turn short-circuit current, and the position of the inter-turn insulation defect of the dry air-core reactor to be tested can be rapidly positioned by acquiring the temperature distribution diagram of the dry air-core reactor to be tested and acquiring the preset position point of the dry air-core reactor to be tested, which corresponds to the maximum temperature difference value.
Embodiment III:
in this embodiment, a method for detecting a turn-to-turn insulation defect of a dry air reactor includes the following steps:
s1, acquiring a plurality of first working current values of a plurality of standard dry type air core reactors which have the same specification parameters and are in a normal operation state under a preset amplitude frequency voltage, and calculating a first average current value of the plurality of first working currents.
S2, sampling the real-time current value of the dry type air core reactor to be tested under the preset amplitude frequency voltage at the preset frequency to obtain a plurality of second working current values, and calculating a second average current value of the plurality of second working current values.
S3, detecting inter-turn insulation defects of the dry type air-core reactor to be detected according to the first average current value and the second average current value, and judging that the inter-turn insulation defects exist in the dry type air-core reactor to be detected when the difference value between the second average current value and the first average current value is larger than a preset threshold value.
The method for detecting the inter-turn insulation defects of the dry type air-core reactors can overcome the problems that voltage waveform change or inter-turn magnetic field strength change value is not obvious and further the inter-turn insulation defects of the reactors cannot be effectively detected due to the fact that short circuits are less broken and the reactors are interfered by external factors by using the method for detecting the inter-turn insulation defects of the dry type air-core reactors by taking the first average current values of the plurality of standard dry type air-core reactors which have the same specification parameters and are in normal operation states as standard reference current values.
Embodiment four:
in this embodiment, a method for detecting a turn-to-turn insulation defect of a dry air reactor includes the following steps:
s1, acquiring a plurality of first working current values of a plurality of standard dry type air core reactors which have the same specification parameters and are in a normal operation state under a preset amplitude frequency voltage, and calculating a first average current value of the plurality of first working currents.
Preferably, each standard dry air-core reactor corresponds to a plurality of first operating current values. The first average current value is an average value of a plurality of first operation current values of a plurality of standard dry-type air-core reactors. If there are N standard dry air reactors, each standard dry air reactor corresponds to M first working current values, the first average current value is a value obtained by sequentially accumulating the M first working current values of the N standard dry air reactors and dividing the accumulated M first working current values by N.
As a preferred technical solution, the detection method further includes the following steps:
s4, after the detection module judges that the dry type air-core reactor to be detected has an inter-insulation defect, acquiring a temperature distribution diagram of the dry type air-core reactor to be detected. And acquiring a temperature distribution diagram of the dry type air-core reactor to be tested through the thermal infrared imager.
S5, positioning the turn-to-turn insulation defect of the dry type air-core reactor to be tested according to the temperature distribution diagram.
The temperature distribution diagram represents the temperature distribution state among turns when the dry type air-core reactor to be tested has an inter-turn insulation defect. For turns with insulation defects, the temperature will rise rapidly and be higher than the temperature of other normal turns at short circuit current.
The temperature distribution diagram of the dry type air-core reactor to be detected is used for acquiring the temperature of each point of the dry type air-core reactor to be detected, and comparing the temperatures to obtain the position of the highest temperature value, so that the insulation defect can be rapidly positioned.
Specifically, in step S5, the specific method for locating the turn-to-turn insulation defect of the dry air reactor to be tested according to the temperature distribution diagram includes the following steps:
s50, calculating temperature differences between real-time temperatures and ambient temperatures of a plurality of preset position points on the dry type air-core reactor to be detected according to the temperature distribution diagram.
S51, obtaining a preset position point of the dry type air reactor to be detected, which corresponds to the maximum temperature difference value.
S52, judging that a preset position point of the dry air-core reactor to be detected corresponding to the maximum temperature difference value is the position of the turn-to-turn insulation defect of the dry air-core reactor to be detected.
In this embodiment, the method for detecting the inter-turn insulation defect of the dry air reactor further includes the following steps:
detecting a plurality of first ambient temperature values of a standard dry type air core reactor which have the same specification parameters and are in a normal operation state, acquiring a plurality of first working current values under the preset amplitude frequency voltage and the same first ambient temperature value, and calculating a first average current value of the plurality of first working currents; and sampling the real-time current value of the dry type air core reactor to be tested under the preset amplitude frequency voltage at the preset frequency to obtain a second working current value and a corresponding real-time environment temperature value, and calculating second average current values of a plurality of second working currents. And detecting the turn-to-turn insulation defect of the dry type air core reactor to be detected according to a first average current value and a second average current value, wherein the first average current value and the implementation environment temperature value are the same, and judging that the dry type air core reactor to be detected has the turn-to-turn insulation defect when the difference value between the second average current value and the first average current value is larger than a preset threshold value.
Because the change of the ambient temperature also causes the toggle change of the working current of the reactor, the inter-turn insulation defect of the dry type air-core reactor to be detected can be better detected by acquiring a first ambient temperature value and a real-time ambient temperature value and taking the influence of ambient temperature factors on the working current of the reactor into consideration according to a first average current value and a second average current value which are the same as the implementation ambient temperature value of the first ambient temperature value.
The ambient temperature is also subject to fluctuating changes. In order to reduce the influence caused by the fluctuation of the ambient temperature and improve the detection accuracy, the first ambient temperature value and the real-time ambient temperature value are both temperature average values within a preset time length. Specifically, the first ambient temperature values and the real-time ambient temperature values of a plurality of time points within a preset time length can be collected, and then the first ambient temperature values and the tie values of the real-time ambient temperature values of the plurality of time points are calculated respectively to obtain a required temperature average value.
In the using process of the reactor, the aging problem is unavoidable. Different usage times of different reactors may lead to different degrees of ageing. The working current of the aged reactor under the same preset amplitude frequency voltage also has certain difference. The existence of aging factors can influence the detection accuracy of the inter-turn insulation defects of the reactor by the method.
To solve the above problem, in one embodiment, the detection method further includes:
acquiring the service time of a plurality of standard dry type air-core reactors which have the same specification parameters and are in a normal working state;
and respectively acquiring a plurality of first working current values of the standard dry type air core reactor in the same use time interval under the action of the same ambient temperature and the preset amplitude frequency voltage, and calculating a first average current value of the plurality of first working currents. If the number of the standard dry type air-core reactors in the same use time interval is A and the number of the first working current values of each standard dry type air-core reactor is B, the first average current value is the average value of the AXB first working current values;
sampling real-time current values of the dry type air-core reactor to be tested under the preset amplitude frequency voltage at preset frequency to obtain a plurality of second working current values, obtaining the service time of the dry type air-core reactor to be tested, and calculating second average current values of the second working current values;
comparing a first average current value of the standard dry type air core reactor which is in the same use time interval and acts on the same environment temperature and the preset amplitude frequency voltage with a second average current value of the dry type air core reactor to be detected so as to detect the turn-to-turn insulation defect of the dry type air core reactor to be detected, and judging that the dry type air core reactor to be detected has the turn-to-turn insulation defect when the difference value of the second average current value and the first average current value is larger than a preset threshold value.
And (3) judging that the dry type air-core reactor to be detected has an inter-insulation defect, and positioning the defect through an infrared thermal imager.
Therefore, the method fully considers the influence of the aging factors on the detection accuracy of the inter-turn insulation defect of the reactor, and can improve the detection accuracy.
A computer readable storage medium storing a computer program which when executed by a processor implements the method of dry air reactor inter-turn insulation defect detection.
