When the humidifying module 2 is assembled, the humidifying module 2 is inserted into the shell 1 from the mounting socket 103, the humidifying module 2 divides the interior of the shell 1 into an air inlet cavity and an air outlet cavity, the air inlet 101 is communicated with the air inlet cavity, and the air outlet 102 is communicated with the air outlet cavity; the water spraying module 3 is arranged in the shell and is positioned above the humidifying module 2, and the electric control module 4 is also arranged on the shell 1 and controls the operation of electric components inside the humidifying equipment through the electric control board 41. For example, the electronic control board 41 is electrically connected with the drain pump to control the operation of the drain pump.
In the use process, the water spraying module 3 sprays water through the humidifying component in the humidifying module 2 below the water spraying hole 301, and when the air flow entering the shell 1 from the water inlet passes through the humidifying component, the humidifying component is utilized to humidify the air flow flowing through, so that the humidity of the air flow is improved, and finally the air flow is output to the outside from the air outlet 102, so that the indoor environment humidity is adjusted.
In the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to 4, in order to meet the requirement of compact design of the whole equipment structure, the length dimension of the whole equipment is effectively shortened, and the whole equipment is convenient to detach and maintain so as to reduce the maintenance difficulty and cost. The structural layout of each module inside the housing 1 is improved, specifically: the wet film assembly 22 is arranged to extend along the length direction of the water tank 21, and the electronic control module 4 and the drain pump are arranged side by side with the wet film assembly 22 along the width direction of the water tank 21.
Specifically, the wet film assembly 22, the drain pump and the electronic control module 4 are all disposed in the casing 1, and the electronic control module 4, the wet film assembly 22 and the drain pump are arranged along the width direction of the casing 1, so that each module can be mounted by fully utilizing the width direction of the casing 1.
On the one hand, the electronic control module 4 is integrated into the interior of the housing 1 to make full use of the interior space of the housing 1 for installation, and on the other hand, the drain pump is arranged on one side of the wet film assembly 22 in the width direction, so that the overall length of the humidification module 2 is reduced, and the overall length dimension of the humidification apparatus is reduced as a whole.
Therefore, when the device is installed in the home of a user, the problems that the installation is difficult and the later maintenance difficulty is increased due to the limited length size can be better solved.
Through with the electronic control module built-in the shell, can reduce the extra length size that produces of electronic control module in the shell outside, in addition, inside the shell, electronic control module, wet membrane subassembly and drain pump arrange the setting along the width direction of shell, can make full use of the width direction of shell arranges relevant device in the inside of shell, and then furthest reduces humidification equipment holistic length size, and then makes things convenient for humidification equipment's field installation.
In some embodiments of the present application, the wet film assembly 22 is sandwiched between the electronic control module 4 and the drain pump, the electronic control module 4 being located on one side of the air intake 101 and the drain pump being located on one side of the air outlet 102.
Specifically, in order to more reasonably plan the layout manner of the internal devices, the electronic control module 4, the wet film assembly 22 and the drainage pump are sequentially arranged along the width direction of the casing 1, the overall appearance of the electronic control module 4 is regularly arranged at the air inlet 101 to reduce interference to the air inlet side, and the smoothness of airflow is improved.
In another embodiment of the present application, the humidifying module 2 is inserted into the housing 1 from the mounting socket 103, and the exposed end thereof needs to be fixedly locked with the housing 1, for which purpose an end cover 24 is provided at one end of the water tank 21, and a handle 25 is provided on the end cover 24.
Specifically, after the humidification module 2 is inserted into the housing 1 from the mounting socket 103, the end cap 24 is abutted against the outer side wall of the housing 1 and covers the mounting socket 103, and then the end cap 24 is fixedly connected to the housing 1 by hand-screwing.
When it is necessary to detach the humidification module 2, the hand-screwed bolts are detached, and the humidification module 2 is pulled out of the housing 1 by pulling the handle 25.
In another embodiment, since the electronic control module 4 is integrated inside the housing 1, the internal space of the housing 1 is occupied and thus the air intake is easily affected. In order to increase the air intake of the whole machine, an air deflector 5 is further disposed in the air intake cavity, the air deflector 5 is located between the air intake 101 and the humidification module 2, and the air deflector 5 is configured to guide the airflow entering from the air intake 101 to flow toward the wet film assembly 22.
Specifically, the electronic control module 4 is positioned in the air inlet cavity, and the drainage pump is positioned in the air outlet cavity; the air deflector 5 is arranged in the air inlet cavity to direct the air flow introduced by the air inlet 101. Under the action of the air deflector 5, the air flow introduced by the air inlet 101 is guided to flow to the wet film component 22, and the air deflector 5 guides the air flow to flow, so that the random flow of the air flow in the shell 1 can be reduced, the wind resistance of other parts in the shell 1 to the air flow is further reduced, and the air inlet quantity of the whole machine is finally improved.
In some embodiments, in order to facilitate installation and arrangement of the air deflector 5, one end of the air deflector 5 is arranged below the air inlet 101, and the air deflector 5 extends obliquely upwards from the air inlet 101 to the wet film assembly 22.
Specifically, one end of the air deflector 5 is disposed below the air inlet 101, and the air deflector 5 extends in an upward direction toward the wet film assembly 22 in an overall inclined manner, so that the air flow entering from the air inlet 101 can be better guided to flow toward the wet film assembly 22 by using the air deflector 5 disposed in an inclined manner.
In some embodiments, two sides of the air deflector 5 are respectively provided with an upward folded edge structure 51.
Specifically, in the process of guiding the air flow through the air deflector 5, the edge folding structures 51 are distributed on two sides of the air deflector 5, and the air flow can be further guided through the edge folding structures 51 so as to block the air flow to the outer side of the air deflector 5, so that the air flow introduced from the air inlet 101 flows to the humidifying assembly to the greatest extent, and the air supply efficiency is improved.
In the second embodiment, the top water spraying module 3 needs to humidify the lower wet film assembly 22 when the air flow passes through the wet film assembly 22, however, because a certain interval is formed between the water spraying module 3 and the wet film assembly 22, the air flow can blow to the top of the wet film assembly 22 via the interval, and thus the water distribution at the top of the wet film assembly 22 is affected, especially the water falling to the top of the wet film assembly 22 is blown to the corner position, and the water film cannot be uniformly humidified.
In order to solve the above problems, as shown in fig. 8 to 14, a concave structure 223 is formed at the top of the mounting frame 221, a plurality of first water inlet holes 224 are formed in the concave structure 223, the first water inlet holes 224 are configured to guide water from above the wet film 222 to a middle region of the wet film 222, an annular rib 225 is further formed in the concave structure 223, and the annular rib 225 surrounds the outside of the first water inlet.
Specifically, the concave structure 223 is located below the water spraying module 3, water sprayed downward by the water spraying module 3 will fall into the concave structure 223, and the concave structure 223 covers the top of the mounting frame 221, so that in the water spraying process, even if the falling water flow is blown by the air flow, no excessive water is blown out into the air outlet cavity.
