in a more preferred technical scheme, the outer diameter of the coring bit 1 is 5.5 inches, and the outer diameter of the coring bit 1 is 8.5 inches.
The method and the working principle of the technical scheme are concretely explained as follows: referring to fig. 1 to 6, when coring or reaming is required, the single-pipe drilling tool 4, the reamer mounting sleeve assembly 10 and its accessory components are thrown in, and after the single-pipe drilling tool 4 reaches the limiting shoulder, the in-place signaling device 5 sends out an in-place signal, and the single-pipe drilling tool 4 performs coring; when reaming drilling is needed, a reaming ball 7 is put in, drilling fluid reversely flows through a valve plate 8 and a core pipe 13 to push a piston 9 to move, and then a blade assembly 15 is driven to extend out through holes formed in a second reamer mounting sleeve 102 and a third drill rod 16 to ream while drilling; a bearing 11 and a bearing cover plate 111 are arranged behind the piston 9, the position is limited by a second reamer mounting sleeve 102, when the pressure of the drilling fluid reaches the pressure value set by the reamer ball return spring 61, the reamer ball 7 compresses the reamer ball limiting assembly 6, and the drilling fluid continues to provide the drilling fluid for the coring bit 1 through a distributing hole formed in the ball connecting seat 62; after coring or reaming is finished, drilling fluid supply is stopped or reduced, the reaming ball 7 is reset along with the reaming ball limiting assembly 6, and then the blade reset spring 17 pushes the piston 9 to drive the blade assembly 15 to reset, and reaming is finished; throwing in a spearhead fishing assembly 19, wherein the spearhead fishing assembly 19 pushes the transmission shaft 14 to force and further drives the blade assembly 15 to force to reset; the spear fishing head 191 cooperates with the snapping device 18 to fish the monotube drilling tool 4 and the reamer mounting sleeve assembly 10 and its accessories to the surface by using a winch, and coring is finished.

Claims (10)

1. A coring, salvageable reamer, comprising:
the core-taking reaming body is formed by sequentially connecting a core-taking drill bit (1), a first drill rod (2), a second drill rod (12), a third drill rod (19) and a fourth drill rod (20) in a threaded manner;
the core bit (1), the first drill rod (2), the second drill rod (12) and the third drill rod (19) form a drilling fluid conveying channel;
further comprising:
a reamer (3) mounted on the first drill rod (2), and a monotube drill (4) arranged in a first direction of the reamer (3);
a reaming ball limiting component (6), a blade component (15), a spring clip device (18) and a spearhead fishing assembly (19) which are arranged on the second drill rod (12);
in a coring working state or a reaming working state, after the single-pipe drilling tool (4) is put into operation and the single-pipe drilling tool (4) reaches the position of the limiting shoulder, an alarm signal device (5) arranged on the second drill rod (12) can send out an in-position signal, so that the single-pipe drilling tool (4) enters the coring working state;
when the working state is reaming drilling, a reaming ball (7) can be put into the reaming ball limiting assembly (6), drilling fluid can pass through the valve plate (8) and a core pipe (13) through the valve plate (8) adjacently arranged in the first direction of the reaming ball limiting assembly (6), and reversely flow to push a piston (9) to act, and the piston (9) drives the blade assembly (15) to extend out of the hole extending end of the third drill rod (16) during acting, so that reaming while drilling is realized;
the spearhead fishing assembly (19) is lifted to the ground surface by utilizing a winch to fish a single-pipe drilling tool (4) and the reamer mounting sleeve assembly (10), and the coring operation is completed.
2. The coring salvageable reamer of claim 1, further comprising: compression reaming ball limit assembly (6), work as after drilling fluid pressure force reaches a preset pressure value, reaming ball (7) can compress compression reaming ball limit assembly (6), so that coring bit (1) can last provide drilling fluid.
3. The coring and salvageable reamer of claim 2, wherein when the coring operation state or the reaming operation state is finished, the reaming ball (7) can be reset along with the reaming ball limiting assembly (6), so that the blade assembly (15) is reset through transmission control, and the reaming operation is finished.
4. A coring salvageable reamer as claimed in claim 3, further comprising:
the throwing fishing spearhead assembly (19) can drive the blade assembly (15) to be forcibly reset by pushing a transmission shaft (14).
5. The coring salvageable reamer of claim 4, further comprising:
the compression spring clip device (18) consists of a spring clip return spring (181) and a spring clip pin (182);
the dropping fishing spearhead assembly (19) comprises a fishing spearhead (191), and the latch pin (182) is clamped on the fishing spearhead (191).
6. The coring salvageable reamer of claim 5, wherein the stabbing spearhead assembly (19) further comprises:
a spearhead return spring (192), a spearhead pin shaft (193) and a spearhead seat (194);
and a second outer tube (1912) and a first outer tube (1911) arranged inside the fourth drill rod (20) and connected therewith;
a mounting shaft (1910) is mounted in the second outer tube (1912) and the first outer tube (1911) and extends towards the second direction to be connected with the fishing spear seat (194);
the second end of the spear fishing seat (194) is connected with the spear fishing head pin shaft (193);
the fishing spearhead return spring (192) is partially positioned in the first end of the fishing spearhead (191) so that the fishing spearhead pin (193) compresses the fishing spearhead return spring (192).
7. The coring salvageable reamer of claim 6, further comprising a shock spring cover plate (195), a shock spring (196), a shock spring mount (197), a centralizing ring (198), and a limit nut (199);
the limit nut (199) is arranged on the mounting shaft (1910);
the damping spring cover plate (195) is arranged between the fishing spear seat (194) and the mounting shaft (1910) and is mounted on a damping spring mounting seat (197);
damping spring (196) arrange on damping spring mount pad (197) and the cover is established drag for the first end of lance seat (194).
8. The coring salvageable reamer of claim 7, further comprising:
the reamer mounting sleeve (31) is connected to the reamer (3), and a reamer wear-resisting plate (32) is arranged on the periphery of the reamer mounting sleeve (31);
a jaw (41) is arranged in the single-pipe drilling tool (4);
also includes:
a core tube (42) connected to a first end of the jaw (41), a second end of the core tube (42) being connected to an exhaust valve fixing ring (45) and an exhaust valve (46) through a reducing joint (44);
the mounting seat (48) is connected with a fixing nut (47) to fix the first end of the single pipe drilling tool (4);
the core tube (42) is provided with a movable water distribution cap (43), and the movable water distribution cap (43) is arranged at the second end of the exhaust valve fixing ring (45).
9. The coring salvageable reamer of claim 8, wherein the reamer ball limit assembly (6) comprises:
the hole expanding ball return spring (61) is arranged between the in-place signal alarm (5) and the hole expanding ball (7);
a landing seat (62), on which landing seat (62) the reamer ball (7) can be seated;
further comprising:
a reamer mounting sleeve assembly (10) comprising a first reamer mounting sleeve (101) and a second reamer mounting sleeve (102) interconnected;
the mounting pin shaft (103) is arranged between the blade return spring (17) and the elastic clamping device (18);
the blade assembly (15) comprises blades (151) arranged on the third drill rod (19);
the blade is rotationally connected with a blade pin shaft (152);
the blade pin shaft (152) is driven by the transmission shaft to control the rotation of the blade pin shaft, so that the blade (151) can extend out of an extending hole formed in the third drill rod (19).
10. A method of using a coring salvageable reamer, comprising:
step 1, a coring and reaming body is formed by sequentially connecting a coring bit (1), a first drill rod (2), a second drill rod (12), a third drill rod (19) and a fourth drill rod (20) in a threaded manner;
the coring bit (1), the first drill rod (2), the second drill rod (12) and the third drill rod (19) form a drilling fluid conveying channel;
step 2, a reamer (3) arranged on the first drill rod (2), and a single-pipe drilling tool (4) arranged in a first direction of the reamer (3);
a reaming ball limiting assembly (6), a blade assembly (15), a snapping device (18) and a spearhead fishing assembly (19) which are arranged on the second drill rod (12), and a single-pipe drilling tool (4) is used for completing the coring operation;
step 3, putting into use a reaming ball;
when the working state is reaming drilling, a reaming ball (7) can be put into the reaming ball limiting assembly (6), drilling fluid can pass through the valve plate (8) and a core pipe (13) through a valve plate (8) adjacently arranged in the first direction of the reaming ball limiting assembly (6) and reversely flow to push a piston (9) to act, and the piston (9) drives the blade assembly (15) to extend out of the hole extending end of the third drill rod (16) during action so as to realize reaming while drilling;
step 4, slurry flows reversely through the mandrel and the valve plate, so that the slurry pushes the piston to move reversely, and the piston pushes the transmission shaft to move;
step 5, extending out the blade to complete reaming while drilling;
step 6, the reset spring pushes the transmission shaft to reset, and the reset operation is completed;
when the resetting operation fails, the fishing spear is put in, the blade is forced to be reset forcibly, and the fishing spear enters a winch to be recovered;
when the reset operation is successful, the blade is retracted and is thrown into the fishing spear, the fishing spear is retracted by the winch, and the coring and reaming operation is finished.
