The assembly method comprises the following steps: A. assembling the side die assembly on site according to the length dimension of the assembled concrete hole beam; B. placing the two groups of side mold assemblies at corresponding positions, attaching the opening protruding blocks on the two groups of side mold assemblies, and connecting the two opening protruding blocks by using bolts; C. and connecting and fixing the two groups of side die assemblies by using the connecting piece to finish the installation of the combined die. Technical Field

Background
Along with the promotion of the urban process in China, the building industrialization gradually becomes the main force of the building market by the characteristics of energy conservation, material conservation, land conservation, environment protection and the like, and gradually replaces the scattered, low-level and low-efficiency manual production mode in the traditional building industry. The method for realizing the industrialization of the reinforced concrete structure building in China at present mainly comprises the steps of prefabricating main body components in a factory, transporting the main body components to a site, and performing superposition assembly.
When the reinforced concrete beam is prefabricated in the factory, intelligent equipment and advanced management technology of the factory can be fully utilized, the production cost is reduced while the component quality is ensured, the common reinforced concrete beam is generally prefabricated in the factory, but for the beam with an opening in the vertical face, the integral die is not applicable, the side face of the die is required to be opened, once the side face of the integral die is opened, the universality of the integral die is seriously reduced, the manufacturing cost is increased, the number of waste dies is increased, and the implementation of the national green building development strategy is not facilitated. Therefore, the prior art has the problem of poor die versatility.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a combined die and an assembling method for producing an assembled reinforced concrete hole-forming beam. The invention has the characteristic of effectively improving the universality of the die.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the combined die for producing the assembled reinforced concrete hole beam comprises two groups of side die assemblies, wherein a precast beam pouring space is arranged between the two groups of side die assemblies, and a plurality of top connecting pieces and split bolts are also arranged between the two groups of side die assemblies; the side die assembly comprises one or more open side dies, and the side surfaces of the open side dies are provided with universal side dies which are spliced with each other.

Compared with the prior art, the invention consists of two groups of side die assemblies and connecting pieces, and the side die assemblies consist of the opening side die and the general side die which are mutually spliced, so that the die has extremely strong adjustability, can be assembled by using different moduli, and has wide die length selection range, and is fixed through mechanical connection and good stability. For the prefabricated beam with the opening on the vertical face, the special opening die module is combined with the common die module, and a set of die is not required to be produced again, so that the production time and the production cost are saved, the protection of the environment and the resources is facilitated, and the method has high economic benefit and social benefit. The die of the invention can also be used for producing common concrete precast beams. In summary, the invention has the characteristic of effectively improving the universality of the die.
The beam width dimension precision can be ensured through mutual jacking between the opening protruding blocks on the opening side die, and the two groups of side die assemblies are tightly connected together through tensioning of the split bolts and jacking of the opening protruding blocks, so that stability and firmness of the side die are facilitated, and the die expansion is avoided during concrete pouring.

The universal side die is formed by welding steel plates, bolt holes are reserved, and a plurality of universal side die assemblies are connected through bolts to form the side die of the precast beam.
The open side die is formed by welding a plurality of steel plates and is connected with the universal side die assembly through bolts, and a hole is formed in the vertical face of the precast beam.
The width of the bolt fixing gap is 20mm, and the bolt fixing gap is used for connecting a through bolt with a universal side die or an opening side die.
In the pouring process of the hole-opened beam, firstly binding the steel reinforcement framework of the beam in a precast beam casting space, and then limiting and fixing the steel reinforcement framework through the mounting holes; after the steel reinforcement framework is installed, pouring concrete to a corresponding height is started, and curing and molding are carried out.
