the laying mechanism (7) comprises a second fixing plate (71), a first connecting rod (72), a nut (73), a third fixing plate (74), a first spring (75), a second connecting rod (76), a fourth fixing plate (77) and a roller (78), wherein the second fixing plate (71) is connected to the front side and the rear side of the middle of the top of the bottom plate (1), the first connecting rod (72) is rotatably connected to the inside of the rear side second fixing plate (71), the first connecting rod (72) is in contact fit with the second fixing plate (71) on the front side, the nut (73) is in threaded connection with the front side of the outer wall of the first connecting rod (72), the third fixing plate (74) is connected to the middle of the front side and the rear side of the bottom plate (1), the fourth fixing plate (77) is connected to the front side and the rear side of the left side of the bottom plate (1), the second connecting rods (76) are rotatably connected to the sides of the two fourth fixing plates (77), the first spring (75) is connected to the bottom of the third fixing plate (74), and the second spring (76) is rotatably connected to the bottom of the two second connecting rods (76);
