The sidewalk cushion flattening device according to claim 1, wherein the outer bracket is connected with the transverse supporting rod through an adjusting and clamping assembly, the adjusting and clamping assembly comprises an n-shaped bracket, a rotating arm, a width adjusting screw rod, a rotating rod, a width adjusting nut and a width adjusting handle, the lower ends of the vertical parts at the two ends of the n-shaped bracket are connected with the transverse supporting rod, the front side of the transverse part of the n-shaped bracket is provided with the rotating rod, the two ends of the rotating rod are respectively connected with the transverse part and the transverse supporting rod in a rotating manner, the transverse supporting rod below the rear side of the transverse part of the n-shaped bracket is provided with the rotating arm, the inner end of the rotating arm is connected with the transverse supporting rod in a rotating manner through a pin shaft, the outer end of the rotating arm is provided with the width adjusting screw rod, one end of the width adjusting screw rod penetrates through a limiting plate arranged on the rotating arm to be connected with the width adjusting handle, the limiting plate limits the movement of the screw rod, the lower end of the limiting plate is provided with a hinge shaft penetrating through the rotating arm to be connected with the rotating arm in a rotating manner, the other end of the width adjusting screw rod is provided with a width adjusting nut through the side face of the rotating rod, the outer support is connected with the lower portion of the outer end of the rotating arm, and the width adjusting handle is rotated to move the width adjusting nut on the width adjusting screw rod so that the rotating arm can move and then be clamped on the outer side face of the curb.

The device of claim 2, wherein the n-shaped frame has an upper support plate inside the lateral portion, a lower support plate on the lateral support rod under the upper support plate, and height adjusting nuts on the upper support plate and the lower support plate, respectively, wherein the lower end of the height adjusting screw rod passes through the height adjusting nut on the lower support plate, and the upper end of the height adjusting screw rod passes through the height adjusting nut on the upper support plate and is connected to the height adjusting handle.
