When the first shaft body 40 is in the heated state and shortens, because the second shaft body 60 is connected with the first shaft body 40, and the second shaft body 60 abuts against the first limiting part 61 through the second limiting part 62, therefore, only the end away from the flexible part 30 can be shortened, so that the first shaft body 40 drives the flexible part 30 to deform towards the side away from the air pipe 20, thereby avoiding the situation that the first shaft body 40 shortens towards the end close to the flexible part 30 and cannot drive the flexible part 30 to deform.
In this embodiment, an end of the second shaft 60 away from the first shaft 40 is spaced apart from the second housing 13, so that the second shaft 60 can move towards the end away from the flexible member 30, and when the pressure of the gas in the gas pipe 20 is greater than the pressure threshold, both the first shaft 40 and the second shaft 60 can move towards the end away from the flexible member 30 without being interfered by the second housing 13.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, fig. 9 is a first structural schematic diagram of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 10 is a schematic view of a second structure of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present application. In an exemplary embodiment, the present embodiment further provides a washing machine 200, which includes an inner tub (not shown) for containing laundry, an air duct 1001 for transmitting air and communicating with the inner tub, and the above-mentioned protection device 100, wherein the protection device 100 is disposed on the air duct 1001, and the air pipe 20 communicates with the air duct 1001. When the air pressure in the air duct 1001 is greater than the air pressure threshold, the air can be discharged through the protection device 100 to reduce the air pressure in the air duct 1001 and the inner barrel, and avoid vibration and abnormal sound.
For example, the washing machine 200 provided in this embodiment further includes a hot air blower 1002, the hot air blower 1002 can output hot air and is communicated with the air duct 1001, so as to raise the temperature of the air in the air duct 1001 by the hot air blower 1002, thereby achieving the effect of drying the laundry.
In order to further ensure the safety of the washing machine 200 during drying the laundry, in this embodiment, the washing machine 200 further includes a temperature sensor (not shown) and a main control board (not shown), the temperature sensor is disposed in the protection device 100, and particularly, may be disposed in the air pipe 20, and the temperature sensor may detect the temperature of the air in the air pipe 20. The main control board then is connected with temperature sensor and air heater 1002, and temperature sensor transmits the gas temperature that detects to the main control board, and when the gas temperature numerical value that the main control board received exceeded preset temperature value, the stop work of main control board control air heater 1002 avoided the high temperature to lead to the clothing to warp or catch fire scheduling danger.
It is understood that the temperature sensor may be disposed at the inner tub, the air duct 1001, the door, etc. of the washing machine 200, as long as the temperature of the air in the tub can be accurately detected.
The protection device 100 and the washing machine 200 provided by the embodiment of the application comprise an air pipe 20, a flexible part 30 and a shell, wherein the air pipe 20 is used for transmitting air, the air pipe 20 is a cylinder body with two open ends, one end of the air pipe 20 is communicated with the inside of the washing machine 200 and is used for transmitting air, the air pipe 20 and the flexible part 30 are contained, and the shell is further provided with an air outlet 115. The flexible piece 30 abuts against and is sealed at the other end of the air pipe 20, and when the air pressure in the air pipe 20 does not reach the air pressure threshold value, the air pipe 20 is sealed by the flexible piece 30; when the air pressure in the air pipe 20 is greater than the air pressure threshold value, the flexible part 30 is pressed to deform, so that the flexible part 30 is separated from the air pipe 20, the air in the air pipe 20 enters the inside of the shell and is exhausted along the air outlet 115, the air pressure in the washing machine 200 is reduced, and the problems of vibration and abnormal sound of the washing machine 200 are avoided. The protection device 100 further comprises a first shaft body 40, the first shaft body 40 penetrates through the fixing portion 33 of the flexible member 30, one end of the first shaft body 40 is arranged in the flexible member 30 and connected with the abutting portion 31, the first shaft body 40 is made of a heat-sensitive material and has the characteristics of heat shrinkage and cold expansion, the temperature in the air pipe 20 can be transmitted to the first shaft body 40 through the flexible member 30, when the temperature sensed by the first shaft body 40 is higher than a temperature threshold value, the first shaft body 40 is shortened to enable the flexible member 30 to deform and separate from the air pipe 20, so that high-temperature gas is discharged, and the danger that clothes deform or fire is caused by overhigh temperature is avoided. Protection device 100 still includes limit structure, limit structure is located protection device 100's second casing 13, limit structure is used for restricting the first axis body 40 and keeps away from the removal of flexible piece 30 one end, when guaranteeing that first axis body 40 is heated and shortens, can shorten towards the one end of keeping away from trachea 20, so that flexible piece 30 deformation and with the separation of trachea 20, avoided first axis body 40 to shorten towards the one end that is close to flexible piece 30, the condition that can't drive flexible piece 30 deformation appears. The protection device 100 further comprises a resetting structure, the flexible part 30 deforms due to the pressure of the gas in the gas pipe 20, after the gas in the gas pipe 20 is exhausted through the exhaust port 115, the internal gas pressure of the gas pipe 20 is reduced to be lower than a gas pressure threshold value, the resetting structure can assist the flexible part 30 to recover to a state of abutting against the gas pipe 20, and the problem of air leakage caused by the fact that the flexible part 30 cannot completely recover to a state of closing the gas pipe 20 due to long-time deformation is solved.

Claims (10)

1. A protection device, suitable for a washing machine, characterized by comprising:
the air pipe is a cylinder body with two open ends, and one end of the air pipe is communicated with the inside of the washing machine and is used for transmitting air;
the flexible piece is abutted against and sealed at the other end of the air pipe;
the shell is used for accommodating the air pipe and the flexible piece, and an air outlet is formed in the shell;
when the air pressure in the air pipe is larger than an air pressure threshold value, the flexible part deforms, so that the flexible part is separated from the air pipe, the air in the air pipe enters the shell and is discharged along the air outlet, and the air pressure in the washing machine is reduced.

The protection device according to claim 1, wherein the flexible member is a hollow structure, the flexible member includes an abutting portion abutting against the air tube, a connecting portion and a fixing portion, the fixing portion is fixedly and hermetically connected with the housing, the connecting portion is used for connecting the abutting portion and the fixing portion, and the abutting portion has a diameter smaller than that of the fixing portion.

The protection device of claim 2, wherein the housing comprises a first housing and a cover, the first housing has a first receiving space for receiving the air tube and the flexible member, the first housing comprises a first end and a second end opposite to each other, the second end is provided with an opening, the air tube penetrates through the first end, the cover is connected with the opening of the second end in a sealing manner, and the cover is fixedly connected with the fixing portion of the flexible member.
4. The protection device according to claim 3, further comprising a first shaft body, wherein the first shaft body is disposed through the fixing portion, and one end of the first shaft body is disposed in the flexible member and connected to the abutting portion;
the first shaft body is made of thermosensitive materials, and when the temperature of gas in the flexible part is higher than a temperature threshold value, the first shaft body is shortened so that the flexible part is deformed.
5. The protection device according to claim 3, further comprising a first shaft body, wherein the first shaft body is disposed through the fixing portion, and one end of the first shaft body is disposed in the flexible member and connected to the abutting portion;
the shell further comprises a second shell, the second shell is provided with a second accommodating space and used for accommodating one end, far away from the flexible part, of the first shaft body, and the second shell is fixedly connected with the sealing cover;
the protection device further comprises a resetting structure, the resetting structure is arranged in the second accommodating space and is fixedly connected with one end, far away from the flexible piece, of the first shaft body, and when the pressure of gas in the air pipe is smaller than the air pressure threshold value, the resetting structure can enable the first shaft body to move towards one end, close to the air pipe, of the first shaft body, so that the flexible piece can close the air pipe again.
6. The protective device of claim 5, wherein the reset structure comprises:
the first limiting piece is accommodated in the second accommodating space and is arranged at an interval with the first shaft body, and the first limiting piece is fixedly connected with the second shell;
the limiting piece is fixed at one end, far away from the flexible piece, of the first shaft body;
the two ends of the spring are respectively connected with the limiting sheet and the first limiting piece;
when the gas pressure in the gas pipe is greater than the gas pressure threshold value, the flexible piece deforms and is separated from the gas pipe, so that the first shaft body moves towards one side far away from the gas pipe and compresses the spring, and when the gas pressure in the gas pipe is less than the gas pressure threshold value, the spring pushes the first shaft body to move towards one end close to the gas pipe so as to close the gas pipe again.
7. The protective device of claim 6, further comprising a limiting structure located within the second housing;
the first shaft body is made of thermosensitive materials and comprises an initial state and a heated state;
when the temperature of the gas in the gas pipe is not higher than the temperature threshold value, the first shaft body is in the initial state, the first shaft body is fixedly connected with the abutting part, and the abutting part is sealed in the gas pipe;
when the gas temperature in the trachea is higher than the temperature threshold value, the first shaft body is heated and shortened, and the limiting structure is used for limiting the first shaft body to be away from the movement of one end of the flexible part, so that the flexible part deforms towards one side away from the trachea, and the abutting part is separated from the trachea.
8. The protective device of claim 7, wherein the limit structure comprises:
the second shaft body is positioned in the second accommodating space, the second shaft body is connected with the first limiting piece in a sliding mode, and one end of the second shaft body is connected to one end, far away from the abutting portion, of the first shaft body;
the second limiting part is positioned on one side, far away from the first shell, of the first limiting part and is fixedly connected with the second shaft body, and the sectional area of the second limiting part is larger than that of the second shaft body;
when the first shaft body is shortened, the second limiting part is limited by the first limiting part, so that the first shaft body drives the flexible part to deform towards one side far away from the air pipe.
9. A washing machine, characterized by comprising:
an inner barrel;
the air duct is used for conveying air and communicated with the inner barrel;
the protective device according to claims 1-8, wherein one end of the air tube is in communication with the air channel.
