Three sets of pressure support members which are synchronous in the same way form three circumferential point supports, and the assembling stability of the assembling bearing plate to the filtering, dehydrating and scouring composite member is obviously improved.
When the hydraulic cylinder pushes the front end supporting rod to descend to the lower limiting plate, the hydraulic cylinder, the front end supporting rod and the auxiliary supporting rod form a triangle, and the supporting effect of the rear end supporting rod is improved. When high-pressure sludge is injected into the filtering, dehydrating and scouring composite part, the leakage of the sludge from the filter box can be prevented, and the thrust output of the hydraulic cylinder can be reduced by means of the locking effect of the front end supporting rod and the rear end supporting rod, so that the energy consumption is effectively reduced. When the hydraulic oil cylinder contracts, the hydraulic oil cylinder simultaneously pulls the other end of the front end supporting rod and the rear end supporting rod to move upwards through the U-shaped limiting head, so that the plate pulling device can separate the filtering, dehydrating and scouring composite part.
The filtering, dewatering and scouring composite part comprises a filtering and feeding part, a sludge dewatering part and a scouring part, wherein the filtering and feeding part is arranged on the filtering seat, the sludge dewatering part is arranged on the filtering and feeding part, and the scouring part is arranged on the sludge dewatering part. The filter feeding part comprises a filter box, a second support lug, a mud conveying branch pipe, a mud conveying pipe and filter cloth (not shown in the figure), the filter box is in an annular tubular shape, the second support lug is arranged on the filter box, and the filter box is arranged on the cross beam through the second support lug, so that the filter box can pass through the second support lug and slide on the cross beam in a reciprocating manner. The bottom end of the filter box is connected with a liquid discharge pipe in a penetrating way, and the liquid discharge pipe is used for discharging water filtered from the sludge through the filter cloth.
One end of the mud conveying branch pipe is arranged on the side wall of one end of the filter box in a penetrating mode. The mud conveying pipe comprises a first mud conveying pipe and a second mud conveying pipe, the outer diameter of the first mud conveying pipe is smaller than that of the second mud conveying pipe, one end of the first mud conveying pipe and one end of the second mud conveying pipe are connected in a penetrating mode, a first release ring is arranged on the outer wall of the other end of the first mud conveying pipe, the first release ring is in a fan-shaped annular shape, a first sliding sealing ring is arranged at the other end of the first mud conveying pipe, the first sliding sealing ring can be used for improving one end of the filter box, the other end of the first mud conveying pipe is arranged at the other end of the second mud conveying pipe, and the second mud conveying pipe is in sliding sealing connection with the other end of the second mud conveying pipe on the filter box. And a second anti-drop ring is arranged on the inner wall of the pipe at the other end of the second mud conveying pipe, and the second anti-drop ring is in a fan-shaped annular shape. The first anti-drop ring and the second anti-drop ring can facilitate the other end of the first mud conveying pipe on one filter box to be inserted into the other end pipe of the second mud conveying pipe on the other filter box, and can prevent the separation so as to prevent the sludge conveying system from being interrupted. The filter cloth comprises a first filter cloth and a second filter cloth, the first filter cloth is arranged on the inner wall of one end pipe of the filter box, the first filter cloth is located on the inner side of a penetrating position of the mud conveying branch pipe and the filter box, and accordingly the mud conveying branch pipe can convey the sludge to the filter box to enable the sludge to be stored in the first filter cloth and one end opening of the filter box, the sludge conveying amount of the filter box is increased once, and the overall filtering efficiency of the sludge is improved. The second filter cloth is arranged on the port at the other end of the filter box. The second filter cloth can improve the sealing performance of the two adjacent filter boxes, and prevents sludge from leaking from the two filter box assembling positions.
The sludge dewatering piece comprises an extrusion oil cylinder and a relay dewatering piece, the extrusion oil cylinder is arranged on the filter box, and the relay dewatering piece is arranged on the extrusion oil cylinder. The extrusion oil cylinder is a bidirectional multi-section oil cylinder, and can output piston rods to two ends simultaneously, so that the filter plates connected to the two ends are pushed simultaneously to extrude and dewater sludge. The extrusion oil cylinder is arranged in the filter tank through an oil cylinder fixing frame, and the axis of the extrusion oil cylinder is overlapped with the axis of the filter tank. The relay dewatering piece comprises a thrust relay frame, a first relay pipe and a filter plate, wherein the thrust relay frame is arranged on the extrusion oil cylinder, the first relay pipe is arranged on the thrust relay frame, and the filter plate is arranged on the first relay pipe. The thrust relay frame is rectangular tube, thrust relay frame one side horizontal fixation sets up on the piston rod of extrusion hydro-cylinder one end, first relay pipe one end is run through the setting and is in thrust relay frame opposite side edge makes first relay pipe can circumferential direction is gone up to the thrust relay frame, fixed cover is installed on the first relay pipe and is relayed the throw-out collar, the relay throw-out collar is the ring plate shape. The thrust relay frame applies a thrust to the first relay pipe through the relay thrust ring. When fine sand grains are deposited on the filter plate and the flushing piece rotates on the filter plate and is blocked by the deposited fine sand grains, the filter cloth can be flushed continuously by extruding the reset spring to pass through the deposited sand grains, and after the flushing piece passes through the deposited sand grains, the relay push ring is attached to the other side edge of the thrust relay frame through the reset spring to reset, so that the reliability of the flushing piece is improved. And a plurality of seepage through holes are uniformly distributed on the filter plate and are used for allowing water filtered by the filter cloth to enter the filter frame through the seepage through holes and then to be discharged through a liquid discharge pipe. The filter plate is sleeved on the other end of the first relay pipe, so that the first relay pipe can rotate in the filter plate in the circumferential direction, and one end face of the filter plate is in contact with the relay push ring. So that the extrusion oil cylinder pushes the filter plate to extrude sludge to dewater through the filter cloth through the thrust relay frame, the first relay pipe and the relay push ring. The two sets of the relay dewatering pieces are arranged on the piston rods at the two ends of the extrusion oil cylinder one by one correspondingly.
The flushing part comprises a mud cake separating part and a high-pressure flushing part, the mud cake separating part is arranged on the relay dewatering part, and the high-pressure flushing part is arranged on the mud cake separating part. The mud cake separating piece comprises a second relay pipe, a worm wheel, a motor, a worm and a mud cake separating rod, one end of the second relay pipe is embedded in one end pipe of the first relay pipe, a sliding groove in the side wall of one end of the second relay pipe is matched with a sliding block in one end pipe of the first relay pipe, a second sliding sealing ring is fixedly sleeved on the outer wall of one end of the second relay pipe, and the second sliding sealing ring can ensure the sealing performance of the second relay pipe in the axial sliding process in the first relay pipe. The worm wheel is fixedly sleeved on the second relay pipe, the motor is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the filter frame, a rotating shaft of the motor penetrates into the filter frame, the worm is fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft of the motor, and the worm is meshed with the worm wheel. When the motor rotates, the worm drives the worm wheel to rotate, and the worm wheel drives the first relay pipe to rotate through the second relay pipe. The mud cake separating rods are in a groove-shaped tubular shape, one end of each mud cake separating rod is vertically arranged at the other end of the corresponding first relay pipe in a penetrating mode, four mud cake separating rods are arranged, and the four mud cake separating rods are evenly distributed around the first relay pipe in the circumferential direction. When the extrusion oil cylinder pushes the filter plate to extrude sludge, the mud cake separation rod extrudes the sludge along with the filter plate, and the mud cake separation rod protrudes out of the filter plate to improve the integral extrusion dehydration effect on the sludge. After the extrusion oil cylinder stops extruding and the adjacent filter frames are separated, the motor drives the mud cake separation rod to rotate on the inner side surface of the filter cloth so as to improve the separation efficiency of the outer side surface of the filter cloth and the mud cake.
The high-pressure flushing part comprises a rotary joint and a high-pressure flushing nozzle, the rotary end of the rotary joint is connected to the other port of the second relay pipe in a penetrating mode, the rotary end of the rotary joint is connected with the high-pressure flushing infusion pipe in a penetrating mode, and the high-pressure flushing infusion pipe is communicated with the high-pressure infusion pump. The high-pressure washing nozzles are uniformly distributed and run through the mud cake separating rod, and the length of each high-pressure washing nozzle is smaller than the depth of the mud cake separating rod. The mud cake separating rod continuously rotates in the process of separating from the mud cake or after separating from the mud cake, and the high-pressure washing nozzle washes the filter cloth from the inner side of the filter cloth so as to improve the washing efficiency of the filter cloth. The washing parts are provided with two sets, and the two sets of washing parts are correspondingly arranged on the two sets of relay dewatering parts one by one.
The filter-dehydration scouring composite pieces are provided with a plurality of sets, the specific number is determined according to the sludge dehydration requirement of a factory, and two adjacent sets of filter-dehydration scouring composite pieces are connected through a chain, so that when the plate pulling device pulls the first supporting lug to slide on the cross beam, a plurality of sets of filter frames can be separated through the chain at one time. The length of the chain is less than the sliding stroke of the other end of the first mud conveying pipe of one filtering, dehydrating and scouring composite part in the other end pipe of the second mud conveying pipe of the other filtering, dehydrating and scouring composite part, so that the situation that the other end of the first mud conveying pipe of one filtering, dehydrating and scouring composite part is pulled out from the other end pipe of the second mud conveying pipe of the other filtering, dehydrating and scouring composite part to cause the interruption of a sludge feeding system when the plate pulling device drives a plurality of sets of filter frames to be separated through the assembling bearing plate and the chain at one time is avoided.

1. A filter press with mechanical locking device, comprising:
a filter base;
the assembling and locking piece is arranged on the filter seat and comprises an oil cylinder supporting frame, a pressure supporting piece and an assembling and bearing plate, and the pressure supporting piece is supported on the oil cylinder supporting frame and bears the reverse acting force of filter pressing through the assembling and bearing plate;
the filtering, dewatering and scouring composite part is arranged on the filtering seat and comprises a filtering and feeding part, a sludge dewatering part and a scouring part, the filtering and feeding part is arranged on the filtering seat, the sludge dewatering part is arranged on the filtering and feeding part, and the scouring part is arranged on the sludge dewatering part; the sludge dewatering part is used for squeezing and dewatering sludge in the filtering and feeding part, the flushing part is used for separating dewatered mud cakes on the filtering and feeding part, and the flushing part is used for reversely flushing filter cloth separated from the mud cakes.

The filter press with the mechanical locking device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filter base comprises a front filter base, a rear filter base and a cross beam, the front filter base is provided with an assembling support ring, the rear filter base is provided with a sludge delivery main pipe, and the sludge delivery main pipe is used for delivering sludge to the filtering, dehydrating and scouring composite member; one end of the cross beam is connected to the front end filter base, the other end of the cross beam is connected to the rear end filter base, and a plate pulling device is arranged on the cross beam.

The filter press with the mechanical locking device according to claim 2, wherein the cylinder support frame is arranged on the cross beam and connected to the front end filter base through an auxiliary support rod; the pressure support piece comprises a front end support rod, a rear end support rod and a hydraulic cylinder, one end of the front end support rod is hinged to the T-shaped support on the assembling support ring, and one end of the rear end support rod is hinged to the other end of the front end support rod; the bottom end of the hydraulic cylinder is hinged to the oil cylinder supporting frame, and the top end of the hydraulic cylinder is hinged to the hinged position of the front end supporting rod and the rear end supporting rod through a U-shaped limiting head; and a plurality of sets of the pressure supporting pieces are uniformly distributed around the circumference of the assembling and combining supporting ring.
