A plurality of groups of sludge falling holes 38 are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the catalysis bin 8 and around the rotating cylinder 26 in an array manner, the other ends of the sludge falling holes 38 are communicated with the sludge discharge pipe 6, after oxidation is completed, the discharge pipe 3 is closed, the cleaning pipe 4 is opened at the moment, purified water is introduced into the precipitation bin 9 and the catalysis bin 8 along the cleaning pipe 4, meanwhile, the air cylinder 20 drives the electromagnet 21 to descend to a minimum value, the electromagnet 21 drives the hard brush 22 to descend to a minimum value, the bottom of the hard brush 22 is contacted with the bottom in the catalysis bin 8, meanwhile, as the electromagnet 21 moves downwards, the magnetic repulsion of the electromagnet 21 to the magnetic slide block 30 is increased, the magnetic slide block 30 extrudes the reset spring 29 to move downwards to a maximum value under the magnetic force of the electromagnet 21, the bottom of the rotating rod 31 is contacted with the bottom of the catalysis bin 8, when the driving motor 25 drives the rotating cylinder 26 to rotate, the rotating cylinder 26 drives the rotating rod 31 to continuously rotate and scrapes off sludge at the bottom in the catalysis bin 8 to rotate, meanwhile, the transverse sweeping action of the hard brush 22 is matched to ensure that the sludge is not broken down into the sludge falling hole 38 and is further discharged along the exhaust pipe 6, so that the cleanness of the catalysis bin 8 and the precipitation bin 9 is ensured, and the pollution to the subsequent electrocatalytic oxidation is avoided.
The height of dwang 31 is greater than the height of connecting rod 34, and the difference in height of dwang 31 and connecting rod 34 equals the difference in height of side opening 28 bottom and 8 inner chamber bottoms in catalysis storehouse, consequently when magnetic slider 30 moves down to the maximum value, dwang 31 bottom can contact with the bottom in the catalysis storehouse 8, can not cause the hindrance to the removal of connecting rod 34 in side opening 28 simultaneously, further improves the stability and the linkage of device.
The sludge discharge pipe 6 inclines downwards along the end of the feeding pipe 2 to the end of the discharging pipe 3, the inclined sludge discharge pipe 8 can improve the sludge discharge effect and simultaneously ensure the smoothness of sludge discharge to avoid blockage in the sludge discharge pipe 6, the width of the rotating rod 31 is greater than the diameter of the sludge falling hole 38, thus effectively ensuring the full coverage of the rotating rod 31 on the sludge falling hole 38 and further realizing the cleaning effect on the bottom in the catalytic bin 8, the length of the hard brush 22 is greater than the distance from the top of the oil storage tank 24 to the bottom of the catalytic bin 8, therefore, the hard brush 22 can extend to any length in the catalytic bin 8 to further achieve different effects, the hard brush 22 is mainly used as an oil scraping part in the oxidation process, after the oxidation is completed, the hard brush 22 is used as a desilting part on the bottom in the catalytic bin 8, and can clean the positive plate 12 and the negative plate 13 in the electrocatalytic oxidation device 10, further improve the cleanness in the device, all parts in the device are cleaned in an all-round and dead-angle-free mode.
The filtration pore 32 is the structure of falling the centrum, and the bottom radius of filtration pore 32 is greater than the top radius promptly, consequently when dwang 31 lapse, filtration pore 32 in the dwang 31 can make the waste water in the filtration pore 32 constantly receive the extrusion and produce the bubble with the help of its structure of falling the centrum when moving thereupon, thereby the bubble constantly rises to the clean blasting of electrocatalytic oxidation device 10 tip to its oxidation impurity, further improves the clean effect to electrocatalytic oxidation device 10 oxidation impurity.

An electrocatalytic oxidation control system comprises a box body, wherein a controller is arranged on one side of the box body, and the electrocatalytic oxidation control system is characterized in that one side of the box body is communicated with a feeding pipe, the other side of the box body is provided with a discharging pipe, one side of the discharging pipe is communicated with a cleaning pipe through an electric control three-way valve, the bottom of the box body is provided with a sludge discharging pipe, and one side of the box body is provided with an oil pumping pipe;
the inside of the box body is divided into a catalysis bin and a precipitation bin through a middle baffle, an electrocatalytic oxidation device is arranged inside the catalysis bin, an electric telescopic rod is arranged on one side, close to a feeding pipe, of the middle baffle, a moving frame is arranged at the output end of the electric telescopic rod, a groove is formed in the inner bottom of the moving frame, a cylinder is arranged at the inner top of the groove, an electromagnet is arranged at the output end of the bottom of the cylinder, multiple groups of hard brushes are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the electromagnet in an array mode, oil storage tanks are arranged on the inner wall of the catalysis bin and one side, close to the feeding pipe, of the middle baffle, wedge-shaped vertical plates are arranged on one sides, close to the electrocatalytic oxidation device, of the oil storage tanks, and the bottoms of the oil storage tanks are communicated with an oil pumping pipe through communication pipelines;
the bottom uniform array of the catalysis bin is provided with a plurality of groups of driving motors, the top output end of each driving motor is provided with a rotating cylinder, the center of each rotating cylinder is provided with a vertical groove, the inside of each vertical groove is slidably connected with a magnetic slider, the top magnetism of each magnetic slider is the same as that of the bottom of an electromagnet, the bottom of each magnetic slider is provided with a reset spring, the other end of the bottom of each reset spring is fixedly connected with the inner bottom of each vertical groove, the peripheral side uniform array of each rotating cylinder is provided with a plurality of groups of side holes, the side holes are communicated with the vertical grooves, connecting rods are slidably connected in the side holes, one end of each connecting rod is fixedly connected with the peripheral side of each magnetic slider, the other end of each connecting rod is provided with a rotating rod, the inside uniform array of each rotating rod is provided with a plurality of groups of filter holes, and the bottom of the catalysis bin and the peripheral uniform array of each rotating cylinder are provided with a plurality of groups of mud falling holes, the other end of the mud falling hole is communicated with a mud discharging pipe.

The electrocatalytic oxidation control system as set forth in claim 1, wherein one side of said catalytic bin is connected to a feeding pipe, one side of said settling bin is connected to a discharging pipe, said feeding pipe is located at the top of one side of said catalytic bin, said discharging pipe is located at the bottom of one side of said settling bin, said feeding pipe and said discharging pipe are both provided with electromagnetic valves, said mud dropping hole is provided with an electrically controlled switch, the bottom of said box body is uniformly provided with a plurality of sets of legs, and said controller electrically controls each electrical element.

The electrocatalytic oxidation control system as set forth in claim 1, wherein the electrocatalytic oxidation device comprises a dc power supply, the dc power supply is located on the outer side of the box body, a positive electrode of the dc power supply is electrically connected with a positive plate, a negative electrode of the dc power supply is electrically connected with a negative plate, and the positive plate and the negative plate are distributed in the catalytic bin in a staggered manner.
4. The electrocatalytic oxidation control system as set forth in claim 1, wherein a dosing pump is provided on the top of the catalytic bin, and the dosing pump is externally connected with an acid bucket and an alkali bucket.

The electrocatalytic oxidation control system as set forth in claim 1, wherein the top of the wedge-shaped riser is provided with a wedge-shaped surface, the wedge-shaped surface is inclined upward from one end of the electrocatalytic oxidation device to the other end, and an oil outlet is provided between the wedge-shaped riser and the inner top of the oil storage tank.

The electrocatalytic oxidation control system as set forth in claim 1, wherein a plurality of groups of ozone generators are uniformly arrayed at the bottom of the catalytic bin, and a PH on-line detector, a COD on-line detector and an ammonia nitrogen on-line detector are disposed in the settling bin.

The electrocatalytic oxidation control system as set forth in claim 1, wherein the height of the rotating rod is greater than that of the connecting rod, the height difference between the rotating rod and the connecting rod is equal to the height difference between the bottom of the side hole and the bottom of the inner cavity of the catalytic bin, and the filter hole is of an inverted cone structure, i.e. the radius of the bottom of the filter hole is greater than that of the top of the filter hole.
