Examples 1-4, 30 liners per group, and 80mm x 80mm length and width dimensions for individual liners, were tested for tear resistance and uniformity at 25 ℃ ± 1 ℃ in a room temperature environment, with the results shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
And (4) experimental conclusion: when the width of the cloth ring 22 is 1.4 times of the diameter of the first cloth piece 21, the breaking strength born by the lining is the largest, the evenness of the lining is the best, and the breaking elongation is smaller, so that the lining produced according to the steps of the embodiment 3 has the best quality and the better evenness of the cloth, has the tear resistance, can keep good telescopic elasticity, is not easy to tear, has closer breaking elongation in the transverse direction, the longitudinal direction and the oblique direction, is convenient to cut and sew clothes, and is not easy to deform after being used for a long time.
Example 5
In this embodiment, the preparation method of the tear-resistant lining cloth for down pants comprises the following steps:
the same procedure as in example 3 was repeated except that in step two, the distance was 0.65 times the diameter of the first fabric sheet 21.
Example 6
In this embodiment, the preparation method of the tear-resistant lining cloth for down pants comprises the following steps:
the same procedure as in example 3 was repeated except that in step two, the distance was 0.85 times the diameter of the first fabric sheet 21.
Example 7
In this embodiment, the preparation method of the tear-resistant lining cloth for down pants comprises the following steps:
the procedure of example 3 was repeated except that in the second step, the distance was 1.15 times the diameter of the first fabric sheet 21.
Example 3 and examples 5-7, each group of 30 inner cloths, each single inner cloth having a length and width dimension of 80mm x 80mm, were subjected to tear resistance and uniformity tests at room temperature of 25 ℃ ± 1 ℃ and the test results are shown in table 2:
TABLE 2
And (4) experimental conclusion: when the distance between the first fabric sheet 21 and the fabric ring 22, the distance between the second fabric sheet 23 and the fabric ring 22, and the distance between the adjacent tear-resistant air-permeable members are all 0.85 times the diameter of the first fabric sheet 21, the breaking strength of the lining fabric is reduced to a small extent as compared with that of example 3, the uniformity of the lining fabric is improved to a large extent as compared with example 3, and the elongation at break of the lining fabric is reduced to a large extent as compared with example 3, so that the quality of the lining fabric produced by the process according to example 6 is better than that produced by the process according to example 3, and thus example 6 is the most preferred example.
Comparative example 1
In this embodiment, the preparation method of the tear-resistant lining cloth for down pants comprises the following steps:
replacing the step two with:
step two: non-woven fabric is taken as a base layer 1, a plurality of first cloth pieces 21 are flatly laid on the upper surface of the base layer 1 through a textile device, a cloth ring 22 is laid on the outer ring of each first cloth piece 21, at least six second cloth pieces 23 are flatly laid on the outer ring of each cloth ring 22, the second cloth pieces 23 are uniformly distributed on the outer ring of the cloth ring 22, the first cloth pieces 21, the cloth rings 22 and the second cloth pieces 23 are hot-pressed and adhered on the upper surface of the base layer 1 through a hot pressing roller, then the lower surface of the base layer 1 is turned upwards through a turning device, the actions are repeated, the second cloth pieces 23 which are wound on the outer ring of the cloth ring 22 are sequentially connected through the textile device through first connecting wires 24, so that the anti-tearing ventilating members are formed, the distance between the laid first cloth pieces 21 and the cloth ring 22, the distance between the second cloth pieces 23 and the cloth rings 22 and the distance between adjacent anti-tearing ventilating members are kept consistent, the distance is 0.55 times of the diameter of the first cloth piece 21, a plurality of anti-tearing breathable components on the upper surface or the lower surface of the base layer 1 are sequentially connected in a longitudinal and transverse cross mode by using a plurality of strands of second connecting lines 3 through textile equipment, and then the plurality of strands of second connecting lines 3 are sewn on the base layer 1, so that anti-tearing layers 2 are formed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the base layer 1;
the rest of the procedure was the same as in example 6.
Example 6 and comparative example 1, each group of 30 lining cloths, the length and width of each lining cloth is 80mm × 80mm, the tear resistance and the uniformity of the lining cloth are tested at 25 ℃ ± 1 ℃ in a room temperature environment, and the test results are shown in table 3:
TABLE 3
And (4) experimental conclusion: when the anti-tear layer 2 is formed on only one of the upper surface or the lower surface of the base layer 1, the influence on the uniformity of the lining cloth is small, but the breaking strength borne by the lining cloth is greatly reduced, and the transverse, longitudinal and oblique breaking elongations of the lining cloth are greatly influenced, so that the difference between the transverse, longitudinal and oblique breaking elongations is large, and therefore the anti-tear layer 2 formed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the base layer 1 can effectively improve the breaking strength borne by the lining cloth, and the breaking elongations of the lining cloth in different directions are close to each other.
