Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of cable drawing, in particular to a line pressing device. The invention discloses a line pressing device which comprises a rolling shaft part and a support part, wherein the rolling shaft part is provided with a first support part; the rolling shaft part is provided with a wire pressing shaft which can rotate along the axis; the roll axial region is connected with the support portion to solve the aluminium pole and scratch the technical problem that produces the dust on crossing the eyelet, harm the health and cause the material waste, reached healthy environmental protection, material saving avoids the technological effect of accident.

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the present invention provides a wire pressing device, which includes a roller part 100 and a bracket part 200; the roller part 100 is provided with a line pressing shaft 102, and the line pressing shaft 102 can rotate along the axis; the roller part 100 is connected to the bracket part 200.
As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the wire pressing device may be divided into a roller part 100 and a bracket part 200, wherein the bracket part 200 includes a base 204, a first rib 201 and a second rib 201, which are oppositely disposed and vertically erected, and are perpendicular to the base 204, the roller part 100 includes a wire pressing shaft 102 and a bearing housing 101, and two ends of the wire pressing shaft 102 are respectively connected to the first bearing housing 101 and the second bearing housing 101; the first bearing sleeve 101 and the second bearing sleeve 101 are respectively and fixedly connected with the first rib plate 201 and the second rib plate 201 through screws, screw joints, welding, gluing and the like. The wire passing hole is formed by the enclosing of the wire pressing shaft 102 by the first rib plate 201 and the second rib plate 201, an aluminum rod, an aluminum wire, a metal rod and the like can pass through the hole, and when the wire pressing shaft 102 is abutted against the aluminum rod, the aluminum wire, the metal wire and the metal rod, and a cord is pulled, friction is generated, so that the wire pressing shaft 102 rotates.
As shown in fig. 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, the wire pressing device may be divided into a roller part 100 and a bracket part 200, wherein the roller part 100 includes a wire pressing shaft 102 and a bearing sleeve 101, and two ends of the wire pressing shaft 102 are respectively connected to the first bearing sleeve 101 and the second bearing sleeve 101; the bracket portion 200 includes a base 204 and a rib 201. The rib plate 201 is vertical, one end of the rib plate is connected with the base 204, the other end of the rib plate is connected with the first bearing sleeve 101, the second bearing sleeve 101 is further connected with the baffle plate, the line pressing shaft 102 and the rib plate 201 form a hook-shaped structure, and the lines can pass through the hook-shaped structure to be abutted against the line pressing shaft 102, so that the line pressing purpose is achieved. Although only one hook structure is shown in fig. 6, multiple hook structures may be provided for different cords at the same time.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, in one embodiment of the present invention, an adjustment member is added to the holder portion 200 to finely adjust the position of the bobbin 102 so as to be more easily operated without moving the base 204. The adjusting part comprises an adjusting shaft 202 and an adjusting frame, wherein the adjusting frame is provided with a slide hole, the first rib plate 201 and the second rib plate 201 are provided with slide holes or slide rails (or called slide grooves), and the adjusting shaft 202 penetrates through the first rib plate 201, the adjusting frame and the second rib plate 201. When the first rib 201 and the second rib 201 are slide holes or slide rails, as shown in fig. 4, under the condition that the adjusting shaft 202 is fixed on the bracket, the first rib 201 and the second rib 201 can adjust the position of the bobbin 102 by sliding along the adjusting shaft 202. Of course, the shaft 202 can be adjusted to be fixed to the first rib plate 201 and the second rib plate 201, and the shaft 202 slides in the bracket slide hole to adjust the position of the spool 102, the bracket does not necessarily need two plate-shaped structures, and does not necessarily need to be arranged between the two rib plates 201, and the bracket can be arranged outside the two rib plates 201, only the scheme shown in the figure is a design which is balanced, stable and occupies a smaller area.
When the first rib plate 201 and the second rib plate 201 are provided with slide rails, as shown in fig. 5, when the base 204 is placed on a horizontal plane, the adjusting shaft 202 moves up and down along the slide rails, so that the height of the spool 102 can be adjusted, and a limiting device can be arranged on the slide rails, so that the spool is fixed after being adjusted to a certain height. In addition, the slide rail can be set to a vertical strip and a plurality of horizontal strips, is in a Chinese character feng shape, can adjust the distance between the front and the back, and when the space is narrow, the slide rail can better adjust the position, is easy to place and also plays a role in limiting. In addition, an elastic structure can be arranged between the sliding hole and the sliding rail, the rib plate 201 and the support, so that the whole line pressing device has elasticity when pressing lines, and accidents such as line breaking and the like are not easy to happen.
Fig. 7 shows an embodiment of the present invention. Sliding rails are arranged on the first rib plate 201 and the second rib plate 201, the wire pressing shaft 102 penetrates through the sliding rails and can slide, and a limiting mechanism can be arranged on the sliding rails, so that the position of the wire pressing shaft 102 can be adjusted along the sliding rails and the wire pressing shaft can be fixed to a required place.
