Claims (10)
1. A finished product post-processing device for reconstituted tobacco is characterized by comprising a cut tobacco dryer, a packaging machine, moisture monitoring equipment and a controller, wherein the moisture monitoring equipment comprises first moisture monitoring equipment and second moisture monitoring equipment; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the inlet of the cut tobacco dryer is used for being in butt joint with the slicing machine, and the outlet of the cut tobacco dryer is in butt joint with the packaging machine;
the first moisture monitoring equipment is positioned at an inlet of the cut-tobacco drier and is used for monitoring a moisture value of a finished product before entering the cut-tobacco drier;
the second moisture monitoring equipment is positioned at an outlet of the cut-tobacco drier and is used for monitoring a moisture value of a finished product dried by the cut-tobacco drier;
the controller is used for adjusting the rotating speed of the cut tobacco dryer and the opening degree of the steam inlet valve according to the finished product moisture value of the moisture monitoring equipment and a preset moisture target value.

The finished product post-processing device for reconstituted tobacco according to claim 1, further comprising a distribution trolley and a storage cabinet, wherein the distribution trolley is used for uniformly distributing cut tobacco in the storage cabinet, and the storage cabinet is used for realizing cut tobacco drying cache;
the inlet of the distributing trolley is in butt joint with the outlet of the cut tobacco dryer, the outlet of the distributing trolley is in butt joint with the inlet of the storage cabinet, and the outlet of the storage cabinet is in butt joint with the inlet of the packaging machine.

The finished aftertreatment device of reconstituted tobacco according to claim 2, wherein said magazine is provided in a plurality arranged side by side, the outlet end of said distribution trolley being slidingly connected to the inlet end to distribute the cut tobacco evenly among the different magazines.

The finished product post-processing device for reconstituted tobacco according to claim 3, wherein the distribution trolley comprises a first conveyor belt and a second conveyor belt which are vertically arranged, the first conveyor belt is provided with a guide rail, and the second conveyor belt is provided with a sliding block which is in sliding fit with the guide rail.
5. The finished aftertreatment apparatus for reconstituted tobacco according to claim 2, wherein a third moisture monitoring device is provided on the transfer path between the bin and the baler.
6. The finished post-processing apparatus for reconstituted tobacco according to claim 5, wherein the first moisture monitoring device, the second moisture monitoring device and/or the third moisture monitoring device is an infrared moisture meter.
7. The finished product post-processing device for reconstituted tobacco according to claim 2, further comprising an automatic flavoring mechanism for automatically flavoring the cut tobacco sheet;
the inlet of the automatic flavoring mechanism is in butt joint with the outlet of the cut tobacco dryer, and the outlet of the automatic flavoring mechanism is in butt joint with the inlet of the cloth trolley.
8. The finished product post-processing device for reconstituted tobacco according to claim 7, wherein the outlet of the cut tobacco dryer is provided with two first material conveying mechanisms and two second material conveying mechanisms which are arranged in parallel;
the first material conveying mechanism is used for directly conveying the dried tobacco to the distributing trolley;
and the second material conveying mechanism is used for conveying cut tobacco into the automatic flavoring mechanism, and conveying the cut tobacco to the material distribution trolley after flavoring treatment.
9. The finished product post-processing device for reconstituted tobacco according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising a re-weighing instrument for re-weighing the finished product bags packed by the packing machine and checking whether the finished product bags meet standard requirements.
10. The finished product post-processing device for reconstituted tobacco according to claim 9, further comprising an automatic labeling machine for automatically printing and labeling the online bag after the re-weighing of the re-weighing instrument is qualified.
