Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a glufosinate-ammonium aqua and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Glufosinate ammonium (Glufosinate ammonium), chemical name (RS) -2-amino-4- (hydroxymethylphosphinyl) butanoate, of formula C5H15N2O4P has molecular weight of 198.16, is a broad-spectrum contact-killing type biocidal herbicide with broad and low weed-killing spectrumHigh toxicity and activity, good environmental compatibility and the like.
The color of the exported glufosinate-ammonium aqua is required to be bright blue, the color is prepared to have high requirement (more than 95 percent) on the purity of the original medicine, the dissolved aqueous solution is colorless, the color of the auxiliary agent is also required to be colorless, and the pure bright blue can be prepared only when the two are colorless at the same time.
However, in the domestic production process of glufosinate-ammonium technical, the production process of each manufacturer is different, and the impurities contained in the glufosinate-ammonium technical are uncertain. The water solution of the original medicine containing impurities is slightly light yellow after being dissolved by water, so that the color of the water aqua is slightly green after the brilliant blue is added, the color of the water aqua is deviated from the color required by the market, and the color of the prepared water aqua is more and more biased to green along with the increase of the heat storage time.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the application provides a glufosinate-ammonium aqua which contains gentian violet and can mask the faint yellow of the glufosinate-ammonium aqua solution, so that the glufosinate-ammonium aqua is normally bright blue in color. Meanwhile, after the gentian violet is added, the color of the glufosinate-ammonium aqua is normal bright blue, and the color is more stable after heat storage.
Therefore, the invention provides a glufosinate-ammonium aqueous solution, which comprises, by weight, 10-25 wt% of glufosinate-ammonium original drug, 10-25 wt% of auxiliary agent, 50-80 wt% of water, 10-40 ppm of brilliant blue pigment and 0.3-5 ppm of gentian violet.
Aiming at the problem that the color of a glufosinate-ammonium aqua in the prior art is slightly green and cannot meet the market requirement, the inventor of the application creatively screens out a pigment, namely gentian violet through research, and after the gentian violet is added into the glufosinate-ammonium aqua, the gentian violet can effectively shield the faint yellow of the glufosinate-ammonium aqua solution, so that the color of the aqua can be adjusted to be normal brilliant blue by brilliant blue pigment. Meanwhile, after the gentian violet is added, the glufosinate-ammonium aqua can be normally bright blue in color, and the color is more stable after heat storage.
The gentian violet is a mixed basic dye, is a mixture of methyl violet and crystal violet, is easy to dissolve in water, has a purple water solution and has a molecular formula of C25H30N3Cl·9H2O, molecular weight 407.98.
The brilliant blue pigment belongs to a water-soluble non-azo colorant, is easy to dissolve in water, is blue in an aqueous solution, and has a molecular formula of C37H34N2Na2O9S3Relative molecular mass 792.86.
In the application, the type of water in the glufosinate-ammonium aqua is not specifically limited, and the water can be deionized water or tap water and the like.
