本申请实施例公开了一种功率控制参数确定方法、终端、网络设备及存储介质。其中,该方法包括:确定上行信号采用的目标传输配置指示TCI状态,以及根据所述目标TCI状态,确定所述上行信号的功率控制参数。通过本申请实施例,提供了一种终端依据TCI状态来确定上行信号的功率控制参数的标准,使得终端能够以合适的发射功率来发送该上行信号,达到适应技术标准发展的需要。
