The invention relates to a roller type hole plugging device which is used for plugging a PCB and comprises an oil squeezing hole plugging head, a roller type hole plugging head, a first driving device and a second driving device, wherein the first driving device and the second driving device are respectively used for driving the oil squeezing hole plugging head and the roller type hole plugging head to move relatively so as to clamp and loosen the PCB, the roller type hole plugging head is positioned on an oil pumping surface of the PCB and at the downstream end of an oil pumping hole on the PCB, and the oil squeezing hole plugging head is positioned on the other surface of the PCB. The oil squeezing hole plugging head is used for carrying out hole plugging operation on holes on the PCB, can be used for plugging holes of the whole board, can also be used for selectively plugging holes, and does not pollute the oil-discharging surface during plugging holes of the whole board; in addition, the roller type hole plugging head and the PCB are in rolling friction, friction resistance between the PCB and the roller is reduced compared with that of the traditional hole plugging head, friction scraps are rarely generated, hole plugging materials are not easy to pollute, and the roller type hole plugging device can be applied to a vertical hole plugging machine and a horizontal hole plugging machine.

The roller type hole plugging device is used for plugging the PCB 8, the oil squeezing hole plugging head 1 and the roller hole plugging head 2 are driven by the first driving device 3 and the second driving device 4 to realize butt-clamping of the PCB 8, the oil squeezing hole plugging head 1 is used for plugging holes on the PCB 8 and can be used for plugging whole boards or selective hole plugging, and because the roller hole plugging head 2 is positioned on an oil-producing surface 81 of the PCB 8 and is positioned at the downstream end of the oil-producing hole on the PCB 8, when the PCB 8 integrally moves forward for hole plugging, the roller hole plugging head 2 is always not contacted with the oil-producing particles on the PCB 8 and is not scraped with the ink particles of the oil-producing hole site, so that the oil-producing surface (the whole board surface of the PCB) is not polluted during whole board hole plugging; in addition, the rolling shaft hole plugging head 2 and the PCB 8 are in rolling friction, compared with the traditional hole plugging head, friction resistance between the PCB 8 and the rolling shaft is reduced, friction scraps are less generated, and hole plugging materials are not easy to pollute.
In this embodiment, the roller hole-plugging head 2 includes a first roller 21, and the first roller 21 is used for rolling and supporting the oil-bleeding surface 81 of the PCB 8. In the hole plugging process, the first rolling shaft 21 rotates along with the PCB 8 in the moving process, so that rolling support of the oil level 81 of the PCB can be realized.
In this embodiment, the roller hole plugging head 2 further includes two second rollers 22, where the two second rollers 22 and the first roller 21 are distributed in a triangle and are abutted to each other, the first roller 21 is a driving roller, and the second roller 22 is a driven roller. Since the clamping pressure to the PCB 8 is larger, the pressure of the first roller 21 to the PCB 8 may be unbalanced (the pressure difference between the two sides and the middle is larger), so two second rollers 22 are provided, and the second rollers 22 mainly balance the overall pressure of the first roller 21, so as to ensure that the first roller 21 has balanced pressure to the PCB 8.
In this embodiment, the oil squeezing plug hole head 1 includes a plug 11, a plug sealing ring 12, and a plug base 13, where the plug sealing ring 12 is disposed on a working end surface of the plug 11, and the plug 11 is fixed on the plug base 13. The plug seal 12 is used for preventing oil from leaking to the periphery during plugging.

The design of the roller type plug hole head can reduce the manufacturing time and cost of the jig, can avoid the complicated steps, has no professional alignment level limit on operators, greatly reduces the complex alignment flow of the plug holes of the traditional screen printer, and can rapidly switch the material numbers of the production plates.
